"The peacefulness of the resort. Staff were very discreet in their comings and goings so coming back to the room and it having been made up was a delight. Loved that the restaurant was on the premises as it was unseasonable hot and less inviting to go out. The art gallery and artifacts around the property enhanced the beauty and elegance of the resort. Everything about samanea exceeded expectations; the room was beautiful, extremely spacious, comfortable and clean and the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. The gardens in which the bungalows sit are beautifully cared for and create plenty of privacy and the pool and beachfront area are cool, tranquil and lush. Each bungalow has a different setting so if location is important to you then check where you are when booking. We spent four nights here and will certainly be returning when we come back to Kep. I was in search of a place that I could relax and do some writing and this place could not have served the purpose better. I initially booked for 2 nights and ended up staying 10 nights, the surrounding is exquisite, the staff is on top of their game and the sunsets are stunning. Every evening during the rainy season there is an amazing chorus of crickets - its like an orchestra playing. If you are looking for a place to get away from the hustle and clear your mind this place is it. The rooms are super clean with an inside and outside shower, the bed is super comfy and there are two infinity swimming pools but the river. "The Princess Resort is a lovely place to simply unwind after sight seeing around Mrauk Oo. There is a pool, spa, walking areas and wonderful resturaunt. The property is quiet with lovely tropical flowers and the staff very attentive. It is accessible by boat, which when the tide is against you is a long ride. But, the scenery on the way is wonderful. "It was our 1st year anniversary yesterday. My boyfriend booked a table at The Huế House for this special occasion. The restaurant is on the rooftop 10th floor of an office building where we can see Saigon at night time. We came in the afternoon & catched the sunset - very romantic atmosphere which is suitable for us. The food was very delicious. Very nice decor as well. The restaurant owner was very nice to us, when he knew about this special occasion, he prepared us a cake as a gift. Thank you very much. We booked the imperial suite and didn't regret it. Huge in size, wonderful bathroom with riverview and 2 balconies, one on the river and a smaller to to poolside. Villa Song Saigon is a peaceful retreat in an elegant area full of colonial houses. We loved the whole interior of the house, this french colonial style, bright and airy. The front desk arranged a private trip for us to the cu chi tunnels, the tour was organized well. Both days, we took the shuttle to town (only bus available when we stayed there), it was a short ride about 15-20 minutes and comfortable. Breakfast was good, also our asian lunch. Snacks are also available by the poolside. We loved our stay here, although it was a bit far out of Saigon Center.Neeleshwar Hermitage: "Exceptional in every way"
"My husband and I did the 7-day detox package, which includes yoga, meals made to suit our constitutions and health requirements, and 2 luxurious Ayurvedic treatments a day, plus consultation with their Ayurvedic Doctor. There's no doubt we've never felt better, but on top of that we were thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service, the kindness and attentiveness of the people who work there and the stunning gardens, pool and sea views. And the food is an art - fresh, creative, flavourful and satisfying. Truly a first class experience, with every detail attended to beyond our expectations. What makes this place special above all are the wonderful people who will make your stay more than just a vacation, but a lifelong memory. It may seem expensive, but it's worth every dollar! "I came with my friend for her 30th birthday and it was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend the tasting menu and the food was out of this world. Coupled with extremely tentative staff I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to couples, families and groups of friends. The wine and cocktails were fab, I had the apple cocktail served over a frozen apple and it was really yummy. We sat in the bar area watching the chefs at work and I think this added to the evening. Jing's Residence in the charming old town of Pingyao is one of a kind. It has all the attributes one wishes a hotel would possess, but rarely encounters in real life. For one thing, I was struck by the extremely appealing aesthetics of the compound, with its inner courtyards, its beautiful rooms/suites with all the amenities one would desire, its upstairs library with computers, its excellent restaurant... It is, however, the atmosphere of the place, the way you feel welcome and the sense that the staff cares about your well-being that really makes Jing's Residence such a unique and pleasing experience. My only regret is that, because of our tight schedule, we could not stay a few extra days and imbibe more of this relaxing, yet invigorating atmosphere.
