Rachamankha: "Amazing service and hotel!"
This hotel is absolutely amazing!! The manager, Paul, and every member of their staff went above and beyond to make our stay the absolute best possible! Would recommend this beautiful place to anyone. Close to all the great shops and restaurants Chiang Mai has to offer. Thanks to all the staff at Rachamkha!!!!Maisons Wat Kor: "Love this home very much"
"I love this home very much! I felt ""Wooooooooow"" when my Aunty - Thanet told me that, Maison Wat Kor was experienced by Anjelina Julie, but then, I thought that it was her joke to me. Finally, yes that's true. I feel very special and love a great moment we had together with the family. The nature, the architecture, the atmosphere and especially well treats by owner of the house made us feel as our home. I love the breakfast and bedroom. We will be back."Jings Residence: "An oasis of Calm in Pingyao"
Lonely planet says Pingyao is perfect. Well, Jing's Residence is the perfect place to stay in the perfect walled city. The service is exceptional. They anticipate your every need without being intrusive. Right from the moment you are collected at the airport with snacks to a concierge who helps you plan the perfect activities for your stay... the service is impeccable. The restaurant is outstanding; you'll want to have every meal here! We're foodies and really didn't want to go anywhere else which says a lot for people who normally like to explore local restaurants. The hotel is part of Relais & Chateau and Secret Retreats. Based on our experience here we'll look for other hotels in Asia which are part of these 'brands'. Go! You will love it!Reverie Siam Pai: "Oasisd"
We’ve stayed for 2 nights @ Reverie Siam Resort and all of us truly enjoyed it. We booked a Villa Family which was enormous in size. The Villa was well maintained, clean and equipped with a super comparable mattress. 👍👍👍👍👍Villa Song Saigon: "Fantastic weekend in HCMC"
This was a lovely hotel for a brief weekend in HCMC. Lovely location, quiet and tranquil setting, beautiful gardens, and loved the boat into the city center. You will need to take a taxi or uber back if you come back later in the evening. There is a beautiful pool which is open 24 hours, and breakfast served all day.Villa Song: "What a Haven – Just Gets Better and Better"
We returned to this hotel after almost three years and we were happy to find things just as we left them! The hotel continues to be a haven in a very busy city and District 2 is the perfect base. Highlights were the peaceful and delicious breakfasts on the river bank ( special shout out to Duy!) , the stunning swimming pool and stylish rooms in that beautiful colonial style building. Yega, Ms Truc and the rest of front desk team do a brilliant job. So helpful with restaurant bookings, directions, late checkouts etc.The regular speed boat into the middle of the city is very handy. Unfortunately the boat driver at the beginning of our stay (over TET holiday) was not the friendliest especially with our 8 year old who became quite frightened of him. On the last day of our stay there was a lovely smiley new driver who made all the difference. Thanks again to the whole team again !David’s Kitchen: "Absolutely amazing!"
The food was beyond exceptional, but it was the service that was over the top. This is an upscale restaurant that could easily compete with the best of the best and it is the staff that make your experience completely unique. From the person who greets you at the door, to the person who literally walked us right out to our car, everyone went above and beyond to make our night incredibly special. This is the only restaurant that I have ever visited where my husband and I were treated like royalty, but without the pretentious, stuffy feeling that you get when you are at most fine dining establishments. I'm not quite sure how David and Prom create this atmosphere, but this is what will keep people coming back. Thank you to everyone at David's Kitchen for a night we will never forget.
Stayed April 2017, traveled as a couple"Le Passe-Temps: "A cosy place to relax away from the crowds"
This small hotel is set on a quiet beach overlooking Ao Phang Nga bay, Beer and the staff are wonderfully attentive, and do everything to make your stay perfect. The sitting room / reception is beautiful, with a resident barman in the evenings. The rooms are well furnished, cosy and the hotel is ideal spot to relax after exploring the canyons of the Ao Phang Nga magrove forest - one of the most magical experiences I have ever had or taking a slightly less serene boat trip around the islands. The only shame about exploring the bay itself is that it is often populated by large crowds of lifejacket wearing tourists bobbing about in the water at every spot with a nice beach. The hotel's own beach is deserted as you can only swim for a couple of hours at high tide, so creating a glorious Robinson Crusoe feeling in such a busy area. The hotel is simple, but everything you need is well done. To be recommendedLe Passe-Temps: "Back to human values"
"This place is just a little paradise in a busy life time. The hosts are sinceres, human, warm, smiling and dedicated. Their team is their mirror, they make you feel home without being intrusive. A large choice of activities and amenities are offered, you can enjoy the time passes on the beach with book and drink, or a trip in their private boat..... At night you can drink fantastic cocktails and meet your neighbours to share your life, book, movie, emotional experiences. In the ""Passe temps"" the best human behaviors can be rediscovered!"
