MesaStila Resort and Spa: "Best hotel EVER"
I stayed for three nights at the MesaStila hotel and was blown away! The rooms are breathtaking, large, with enormous bath-tubs and rose petals, beautiful beds, and huge porch overlooking trees and valley. The service is impeccable, with housekeeping stopping by both morning and evening, to add special touches, fruit, etc that make the stay so special. Every single detail of the location is beautiful and made with love. Including the coffee which is grown and roasted on their very own plantation! Truly UNFORGETTABLE. "I am the principal of an international school in Phnom Penh. Our school collaborated with 4Rivers to raise funds for a school they are sponsoring near 4Rivers, so we were invited out to see it. First of all, the area is great, and lovely fresh air. All of the staff at 4Rivers were very attentive with no communication difficulties. The rooms were positively luxurious, especially considering we were just floating on a river. Beds were very comfortable, everything was prompt, food was delicious. I had a great time relaxing and would recommend it to anyone. Only downside is the sketchy internet, but they make that abundantly clear on the website, so bring a book! "Fantastic hotel, very well run and beautiful. Grounds were so well kept. Would highly recommend for both a short and longer stay. The food was very good. Beach goes on for miles. Hotel taxi transfers to other bars/restaurants and beaches for free. "Supanniga Cruise: "Unforgettable experience"
As a frequent single traveller to Bangkok, and a hard customer to please I highly recommend this dinner cruise , not a fan of the large cruise boats I decided to try the. dinner experience and I am so glad I did. Service was exceptional and the food was amazing, 7 courses consisting of small portions, super to try different dishes. The manger was superb, nothing was to much trouble a credit to the company. "Beautiful hotel. Looks like museum. Compliment to the owner. We stay in the executive suite which was really beautiful at room 214. Very nice bathroom and comfortabel bed. Love the tiles in the bathtub. The spa is very good. Teatime with tea, coffee, jamu and very delicious javanese snacks for free every afternoon. The food in the restaurant is ok. Presentation very nice but taste is missing. We love the staff at the reception. Very nice conversations. Thank you Fahria, Lina, Sirmon and the others. An excellent experience. Never seen it better. Well located. Nice people and an athmosphere from a forgotten time. I will come back. Ask for help and you get it. Highly recommend! This is one of the best restaurant in town that serves the best local food. The scenery is so beautiful with a nice garden and traditional decoration. The food was excellent. "MesaStila is a hidden gem, the grounds are incredible and exceeded all our exceptions, The staff were willing to help us at every turn. This is a must of those looking to get away from it all, explore the grounds, enjoy many activities available, relax by the pool. Hire a guide and head to a waterfall where you will walk thru villages and experience central java at its best. This property is a must - its perfect for stopping and remembering how calm life can be without the hassle and bustle. I urge everyone to go here. "I booked this based on good reviews.... pleased i did! Private and Location is excellent! Staff friendly, breakfast and dining great, clean spacious rooms. We stayed 2 nights then came back again our last night in Bangkok. At the doorstep nearly.... all to the right as you walk OUT of Maduzi driveway. MRT , BTS Skytrain Airport Line and City line (Sukhumvit) and ( Asoke) Sky Train connnection easliy done Night Martkets Soi 11 Street - food, bars, music Terminal 21 Shopping Centre Soi Cowboy ( Red Light District) We easily accessed Chatuchak Markets from here ( only open Sat and Sun ) Khao San Road we also accessed easily in a Tuk Tuk from the markets ( 20 mins) Also good markets on the road during day. Street food on footpath outside and up past 7/11 yum too! Maduzi offers a gym and a lovely bar area, dining area, day/ lounge area."
