Tugu Malang: "Gorgeous Hotel"

"Tugu Malang is such an amazing hotel. My husband & I are frequently in Malang & even if we dont stay in the hotel we always visit for coffee or a meal & the wonderful ambience. This weekend we decided to stay & once again we were not disappointed. From the polite friendly & efficient staff to the amazing decore this boutique hotel captures the feeling of the long forgotten & proud heritage of the Javanese & Chinese Indonesian culture. For anyone who likes a unique boutique experience this hotel is for you. You definitely wont be disappointed. A short becak ride & you'll find yourself at the local bird & fish markets."

Tugu Bali: "Unforgetable wedding ceremony"

Absolutely amazing place with very helpful and polite staff. Thanks to the manager And my dear friend who organized it I had the best small and informal wedding ceremony that I could ever stean of. Eventough It's pred expensive It's definitely worth the visit at least for the ambience and very nice appetizers.

Tiger Mountain Pokhara Lodge: "Second time incredible stay"

"We visited this lodge for the first time in 2012 and were so blown away by it's most loveliest and most competent staff, stunning location, wonderful food and wide range of acticities. In fact, everything was amazing. So, we decided to return. No doubt at all! And this place managed to blow us away again! Even after all the difficulties they faced since the earthquakes of 2015. We especially loved and still love the day hikes with, our now dear friend, Hari Bhandari. His knowledge of local people and culture, birds, plants, flowers, trees, butterflies etc. is impressive. Combine this with his modest, respectful and calm personality and you'll have the perfect guide. We will be back for sure!! Dear Marcus, Hari and all the staff members: thanks a million for another unforgettable stay!! Stayed March 2017, traveled as a couple"

Noel Rodrigo’s Leopard Safaris: "Wild at Heart"

"As we pulled up to the meeting point , we were met with a striking man in safari attire, Danu. Danu (our host) is a much younger Sri Lankan version of Sir David Attenborough-with a dash of Indiana Jones. His knowledge for wildlife is amazing and he has an eagle eye for spotting animals as did our amazing driver who is so knowledgable and we loved hearing about his tiger encounters in India. Both these guys are passionate conservationists but make it really interesting and are very sensitive to the needs of wildlife and safari newbies. My husband and I became so comfortable around then we found ourselves asking ridiculous questions like ""Does that elephant get lonely?"" Danu is a true professional for keeping a straight face when he answered ""Um, I haven't gotten around to asking him""... We are still laughing about but seriously these guys are like your personal wildlife Wikipedia. We booked the normal tents and were absolutely blown away by the luxury. We have been staying in 5 Star hotels throughout Sri Lanka but this was the cleanest room/tent we have ever seen with the crispest sheets and plugs for my phone. I will miss my outdoor shower, there is no better feeling than having an outdoor shower after a big day in the park. I have to talk about the food. It was next level! This was by far the best food I have had in Sri Lanka and what made it SO special was Danu showing us how to eat it like a local. I loved learning about the cuisine and Sri Lankan culture under the stars. The guys who were serving us in the bar and restaurant- a lantern lit space under the stars treated me like a jungle queen! I miss them already and plan to kidnap them the next time I come back. So I would highly recommend these guys to anyone who has a deep respect for wildlife, a love for a bit of luxury in the jungle and those who are wild at heart. Yala is calling for you. The Cabochon Hotel: "Great service"

Cute hotel, a different vibe to anything else in bkk. Can't fault the service, such lovely people working there! Amazing French toast for breakfast too. Clean and comfortable! Rooftop pool was always quiet and excellent, might just need a bit more shade.

Tugu Lombok: "One of best hotels in lombok"

"It's nice to see all top 3 hotels in lombok are actually within 10 m drive from each other . All situated on sire beach or beautiful Medana . The tugu is great ! Sharon the new GM is nice and always around . Staff is great here . Grounds amazing and large "

4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "Very tranquil visit"

"We had a great time at 4 Rivers Koh Kong. There is no air conditioning or wifi here, but they had enough fans in the room that it really wasn't much of an issue. They did not provide lotion in their toiletries. When I asked if they had any, they let me borrow some of the staffs personal lotion for my skin. The resort is very remote and charming. One of the chairs and the umbrella were broken on our patio, but it didn't hamper our stay. We really enjoyed our tours with Robbie and Wee, many of the guides are local and still learning English, so it was fun to talk with them! Everyone was so friendly! They had a good selection of food options. The food ranged from average, to good, but nothing was exceptional. My only disappointment was that they have so many local fruits, but only offered orange juice from a box for breakfast. I think that if they had a juicer and could offer an option of local fruit juices that would be a nice touch. I'd highly recommend spending 2-3 days here and just enjoying the beautiful sunsets, and swimming in the river and just being ""off the grid"". The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Satri House: "Wonderful stay in Luang Prabang"

"Not by the river, this hotel is nested a 5 minutes bicycle ride from the city attraction. It is a beautiful house, and the maintenance of this heritage house is just superb. Plenty of alleys, smalls buildings set-up on two different levels, it is a pleasure to gaze around, and discovering each corner. The rooms are specious, exceptionally clean, and the quietness over there is to be treasured. A big thank you to the personnel, who has been dedicated to attend every little request from us."

Inle Princess Resort: "Amazing hotel."

"Stayed at Inle princess for 2 nights on a family holiday to Burma. We had 3 rooms in total and unfortunately we didn't get the front river rooms but even the standard rooms are quite unique and special in their design and construction. It was cold in the month of February especially in the evenings and night but the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The bathroom got much colder but it was manageable. We travelled by boat throughout our two days in inle- which was also an amazing experience. Service at the hotel was excellent. We usually ate our lunches in the market, but had all the dinners in the hotel itself as it's not possible to travel out at night. Every avocado dish was outstanding. We also got a 60 mins couple massage at the hotel which was ok. Disappointed that they didn't have the option to take a steam included with the message as this was priced separately and the amenities/ facilities didn't seem worth the extra cost. Overall a great stay, beautiful hotel, highly recommend!"

Tugu Bali: "Came for the dancing, stayed for dinner"

We had a great time here. We saw the sign when passing looking for an ATM earlier in the day advertising the traditional dancing so decided to come back for dinner. Booking is essential! We got the last table. The dancing was great but the food was the best I’ve had in the week I’ve been here so far. Sure it’s a little pricey by Bali standards but I promise it is worth it! We would definitely come back.
