Cheong Fatt Tze – Blue Mansion: "Charming"

I was there before with friends and then the 2nd time with my hubby as i cant stop talking about it. The 2nd visit was a surprised for me for our annivesary. We have been upraded to old kitchen with private jacuzzi, it was fantastic. And we have an old kitchen stove preserved by unesco in our room, what else can we ask for more. The mansion, believe not need introduction or promotion, the building speaks for itself. The best conservation and well preserved building in Penang and Malaysia...so far...

Tugu Bali: "Memorable Stay"

"We stayed at Tugu for 4 nights early January and absolutely loved this little gem. Our accomodation was spacious, clean and filled with character and quirky design. My husband couldnt get enough of the indoor/outdoor shower overlooking our resident fish! I also really loved the high stone wall giving us complete privacy. The hotel is unique, for those looking for something with character and originality, you will really appreciate what is created in this little paradise. The whole place takes on a totally magical feel at night when the lamps/lanterns and furniture enhances the already rich romantic feel. We felt transported into another world... a special place we didn't want to leave. The swimming pool had lots of charm, we especially loved the frangipanis dotted around us. Location wise it's right next to the beach which is handy if you like to take strolls on the beach to burn all the delicious food offered! Also right next door is a newly opened bar (The Lawn) that has an amazing vibe overlooking the ocean and watching the surfers do their thing. The Japanese restaurant at Tugu is divine!! We loved every dish we tried and really enjoyed the space - They have done a beautiful job with the layout, again it's like being transported into a different world, all the furniture and decor worked really well together. The only dissapointment was my spa treatment, however the staff were very quick to address my concerns and make sure I was happy so in the end it wasn't an issue. We felt really welcome at Tugu and felt that the place had a really positive vibe. Service was definitely 5 star, giving attention to lots of little details, even giving us a little farewell gift! By the end we felt like we were leaving our second home. We will be back one day without a flicker of doubt... although I hear the Tugu Hotel in Lombok is also really special so we might have to visit there first ;) Thank you Tugu, for helping make our holiday a truly memorable experience. The Island Lodge: "A bijou at the Mekong Delta"

Our stay at The Island Lodge was simply awesome. The food is great and the service is extremely polite and attentive. Michel has taken his time to personally talk to us and make guests feel welcome which is much appreciated and adds to the warm experience we had. The whole experience is rounded up with the nice swimming pool at the Mekong river and the Spa which invite to some relaxing moments.

Talabgaon Castle: "We loved it and we are going back"

"The serenity of Talabgaon Castle took our breath away. The loving attention to detail in the restoration process is apparent. The castle is clearly still a home and as guests we are being welcomed in. We dined outside by the pool, listened to the peacock calls, wandered the grounds and watched the polo ponies exercise. we strolled the village street, bought lacquer bracelets and watched a potter make water jugs. It was a wonderful stay and we are already planning our trip back. "

Supanniga Eating Room: "Supanniga Cruise Menu"

Wow! What a nice surprise. This was my first river cruise in Bangkok, and I never really expected a Thai gourmet dinner. The food was very good and beautifully presented. There was: Taittinger champagne and an Amuse Bouche of fried Thai mackerel wrapped with Chaplu leaves, an Appetizer of 3 minced pork stir-fried with garlic and peanuts, pomelo salad with grilled prawn and spicy minced chicken salad, a Soup- Thai spicy soup with jumbo prawn, then 5 main dishes- pork, crab, fish and "Son-in-law" eggs, Dessert- mango sticky rice (the mango had been shaped into a flower) and to finish Petit Fours and Tea. bali jiwa: "Coming home"

"This was our second stay in Bali Jiwa Villa and it already felt like coming home. The surrounding is breathtaking, the staff so very warm and welcoming and villa full of beauty. We enjoyed every minute. You can easily go to Ubud for shopping or dinner. Most of the time we had dinner in the villa, which was lovingly prepaired and utterly delicious. We definitely will be back."

NOEL RODRIGO’S LEOPARD SAFARIS: "Superb experience"

"Had an amazing time, even though it was just for one night, it was a memorable time for me and my family. In general it's quite difficult to find fault with any aspect of it. From the tent and the facilities therein, the service and attentiveness of the staff, the layout of the campsite itself, and the attention to detail in every aspect was looked into. For anyone interested in enjoying an authentic Sri Lankan spread, this is the place to go to, a good variety of local fruit and vegetables... In terms of the safari into the park, the vehicle is well equipped and comfortable. Most notable however is the expertise and knowledge imparted to us by the the managers, Sajith and Danushka with regard to the animals, bird life etc making the experience all the more enjoyable. Overall a worthwhile visit, which you will not be disappointed by, five stars across the board. "

Sanak Retreat Bali: "Unique, peaceful and beautiful"

"Sanak is an oasis of peace, off the beaten track, between rice fields, with cooler temperatures than the rest of Bali but actually perfect and hot just a bit less humid and not boiling hot. The view over rice fields is amazing, we stayed in a bungalow - very comfortable and stylish. Good food, organic, catering for people with any special diet. No plastic or coca-cola, I loved it, lots of fresh herbal teas, great for people who are environmentally conscious, like nature and want to stay away from the crowds. Amazing massage, the best we had in Bali, especially the milder version of the Balinese massage was great. I recommend also a walk to the waterfalls, although the local guide was fussing over me as if I was to fall down from each bigger stone :) It was worth a little walk and there were no one else there. It was still raining at the time we were there (end of raining season) but mornings were sunny and good for activities. It looks beautiful in any weather here. Sanak supports preserving the local area and gives work to people in the village, I just love what they stand for. This is the best combination I have seen of eco-tourism and luxury. We will come back."

The Island Lodge: "A Great Place for Weekend Getaway"

"A very nice boutique resort, one hour drive from Ho Chi Minh City. Stayed one night at this remarkable resort for my family of four. Relaxed and enjoyed totally with the attentive service from all the staff. Restaurant offer good food and beverages with reasonable price. The sightseeing tour is sufficient and good for the kids to explore the locals in Mekong Delta. Only one negative comment is that the wifi connection in room was not stable throughout my stay at The Island Lodge. Highly recommended for a short trip stay (2 nights) away from the bustling of Ho Chi Minh City."
