Nimmu House: "Absolutely wonderful"
Nimmu House is a boutique hotel 45 minutes from Leh. It's a wonderful place to stay: the charm of the old house, the fruit trees garden, the personalised service... The rooms are clean and beautifully renovated, as well as the rest of the house. The food is excellent and for all tastes. And the aperitif around the bonfire is a must!Rachamankha: "Heaven"
New to Thailand, we could not have wished for a better hotel. Elegant without being pretentious, staff so friendly and accommodating, food delicious and reasonably priced - breakfast was fabulous. Chiang Mai is so charming and 3 days/nights was not enough, we were sad to leave and hope to return one day.Tugu Bali: "Amazing Karma Mantra Massage"
"Went for a Karma Mantra (Chakra Awakening) massage and what an amazing experience. Very powerful and beautiful space. One of the best massages ever so I ended up booking a second one 2 days later before I left Bali to experience again. Worth every penny. Powerful ceremony after the massage after which time a plate of fruit is delivered. Nice space to integrate the energies. Must try. Also had lunch at hotel and it was amazing. Stayed March 2017, traveled solo"GLENBURN TEA ESTATE: "An outstanding very special place to stay"
"This is probably one of the very best hotels we have stayed in anywhere. The location is magical (although be prepared for a very rough road to get there for about the last 40 minutes) and the ambience is particularly special. We could not have been better looked after by the staff who were attentive, efficient and friendly. Meals were quite superb, amongst the very best we had in India. William and Faye are excellent hosts and keep a watchful eye to make sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. I recommend it very highly indeed. "Talabgaon Castle: "We loved it and we are going back"
"The serenity of Talabgaon Castle took our breath away. The loving attention to detail in the restoration process is apparent. The castle is clearly still a home and as guests we are being welcomed in. We dined outside by the pool, listened to the peacock calls, wandered the grounds and watched the polo ponies exercise. we strolled the village street, bought lacquer bracelets and watched a potter make water jugs. It was a wonderful stay and we are already planning our trip back. "Les Maisons Wat Kor: "Feel like home place"
"We staid for 2 nights at Maisons Wat Kor with our family and friends and everyone loved their stay. Rooms are good size, very tastefully decorated and clean, the garden is really big and relaxing to walk around. There is a connecting room for families with the kids! The kids loved the pool and little bungalow overlooking lotus pond where they could relax and play. The staff were always helpful and organized trips to town if we wished to do so. Though it was nice just to hang around the place. We also had Spa treatments on request. The restaurant is also a lovely place to eat in the evening. We enjoyed local cuisine and had nice evenings together. The breakfast are included and are also very good. Highly recommended for family trips, romantic stay or just relaxing weekend with friends "Sea Dance Resort: "Perfect"
I was wondering how to describe Sea Dance ,possibly if you can imagine the comfortable feeling of your home crossed with a five star hotel that is as near as I can get. The accommodation is exactly as described and photographed the staff are excellent Faith Helen and Poh are always mentioned and are great but every one of them are smiling and helpful, I wish I had space to give them all a name check. What ever you needed was arranged without fuss. The food was mouth watering , drinks the same including the complementary 'gin and tonic' ice lolly !!!! The beach is rocky but the pool is fab. I could go on but just to say from airport pick up to airport drop off Sea Dance was unbeatable.Cheong Fatt Tze – Blue Mansion: "Walk into amazing history! Most excelent"
"Most amazing history and architecture; a truly east meets west in a unique blend that worked in C19th and is a place which has a feeling that has to be experienced to be believed. The current owners restored this place with meticulous detail to the most miniscule of reproduced effects, having to seek out craftsmen to work with a lost art. External feature details are fashioned from broken and shaped especially fired porcelain bowls. Colourfast beauty that will last potentially for centuries. The world should thank people with this level of vision to preserve such magnificent history. The history of the original owner, Cheong Fatt Tze is as fascinating as the building itself. We had the great privilege to meet and talk with owner, architect and one of the visionaries behind the Cheong Fatt Tze Mansion renovation which won the UNESCO Most Excellent Project, Lin Lee Loh-Lim. Passion personified! Check when Lin Lee Loh-Lim is conducting tours. Having stayed for several nights I can say the place and the staff are the most amazing I have ever encountered. Oh that we should all take so much pride in our work and enjoy it so much. The Restaurant with French fusion dishes is great value for money and excellent quality. This one liner is a total understatement. Yes I'm besotted with the Blue Mansion, its has been one of those experiences I will treasure and talk about for the rest of my life! Something I must say is that some of the surrounding property owners appear to have little respect for what the Blue Mansion represents and the leadership that properties of this calibre offer the future of Georgetown and Penang as a world class destination. I can only hope that the Penang City Council and Chamber of Commerce can work with all accommodation providers and landowners in the area to put sustainable noise abatement in place to enhance the experience and vision that has been so delightfully preserved in the Blue Mansion and the surrounding area. I'll be back to experience the charming ambiance of the Blue Mansion in the future. I wish the owners and staff every continuing success."Rachamankha: "Most beautiful, well-managed and lovely hotel we’ve ever experienced"
A stunning architectural delight and oasis from the bustle right in the thick of the Old City in Chiang Mai. Just a block from the largest temple complex in the city and an easy walk to anywhere in the old city. True five-star service. Wonderful pool. And a library!Talabgaon Castle: "Enjoyable Stay"
The fantastic property nestled in the interiors of Rajasthan is a unique and interesting proposition. I truly enjoyed my stay was very well looked after. The heritage room was fabulous with all the amenities and the bathroom is of great quality. The food was of good quality and the personal involvement of the owners is quite apparent in the overall detailing. The staff is always ready to please. You could stay and be totally disconnected from the outside world and have a refreshing holiday.
