Misool Eco Resort: "Active Family with 8 year old and 4 year old boys"

Review by: Khasha M | Source: Trip Advisor
"We traveled all over Indonesia for 9 weeks, and we absolutely LOVED Misool. Here's the scoop: 1. Accommodations - There is nice variety of room types, and every room has a fantastic view. In my estimation the resort's website accurately portrays the cottages and villas. They are all tastefully appointed, very clean, and well maintained. Stunning views right over the ""house reef"" (a large beautiful reef right out in front of the resort that is teeming with wildlife - sharks, turtles, and a huge variety of sea life. We stayed in one of the largest villas - Villa Utara - HIGHLY recommend this unit if you're 4 or more people. All units have their own decks with direct access right into the lagoon and over the reef.(...) 4. Diving and Snorkeling - Let me first state that I have been diving in more places around the world, than anyone else I've ever met. That being said, Raja Ampat is the best diving I've ever done, seen, or heard of on the planet. Dense population of wildlife, massive variety... simply awesome. The snorkeling on the house reef is better than most of the diving that people would rave about elsewhere. 5. Children and Family - at age 8 and 4, our boys do not dive. However, they still had a blast. They learned to snorkel, we went paddle boarding, kayaking, playing on the beach, looking for coconut crabs at night (found many)... no shortage of ways to fill the day and have a great time. Look, if you've read this far, I'll tell you that I only have a few reviews on trip advisor. Like most people, I'm more inclined to whine if things don't go well than to report my good experiences (check my other two reviews that are one star). However, we loved this place so much that I feel compelled to urge you to go. "

Tiger Mountain Pokhara Lodge: "Relaxation, Views & Friendly Service"

Review by: BaldEagle66 | Source: Trip Advisor
Tiger Mountain Pokhara Lodge was an amazing place to stay. Impeccable service and incredible views. Ask to go for a walk around the local village or enjoy a spot of bird watching. The fire pit is a great place to spend some time in the evening. I would highly recommend the experience.

Tugu Malang: "A hotel stay surrounded with beauty"

Review by: GinieMary | Source: Trip Advisor
I had been told this is one of the 100 most beautiful hotels in the world. I do not know about the other 99, but this, indeed is supremely beautiful with priceless artworks wherever you look and a lovely pool surrounded by tropical gardens. We were given a tour of the whole premises and heard of its interesting history and saw the magnificent special rooms and areas. On top of this, the staff were so friendly and helpful, we felt like honoured guests and lovely touches like fresh flowers and little poems in our rooms each night. A lovely aray of toiletries in our bathroom too. It has been Amoy to stay here.

The River Resort: "Luxury by the Mighty Mekong"

Review by: qualicumgirl | Source: Trip Advisor
We three seniors had two goals for this four day layover. One was a good rest after a busy two weeks. The second was to see sunset over the Mekong. We got our rest with fully appointed rooms with balconies overlooking the river, two infinity pools, seating under the trees for Happy Hour and a wonderful menu. Breakfast is included and it is excellent. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. All arrangements were made for our four events, to Wat Phou, aromatherapy massages (with muscle), the sunset cruise, and a walk through the villages and temples on the island across the way in the cool of the morning. There were several families with young children, and other seniors enjoying being pampered, like us. This place is perfect for those two demographics.

MesaStila: "Always Want to Come Back"

Review by: gracia c | Source: Trip Advisor
"This is the second time we visit this property within February 2016. First time was on Feb 7th, and the second time was on Feb 28th. We were travelling to Jogja but I missed this place so much, we decided to drive to Magelang to have an afternoon coffee here. I can't even decide where to begin to share with you how marvelous this place is. The property itself is a magnificent mixture between old time Javanese architecture of Joglo Houses, which are very beautiful, and some wooden buildings from Dutch Colonial era. The Coffee and several other traditional drinks here are just the perfect company to enjoy the weather and magnificent view of mt. Merapi. You can also pamper your eyes with the lush greeneries view everywhere you look. Last but not least, the staff here are just lovely. First class hospitality. "

Cuca: "Outstanding food, great service"

Review by: Saugato B | Source: Trip Advisor
One of the few genuinely surprising dining options in South East Asia. The food is refined. The flavours are balanced, the presentation unique. All ingredients are local. Coming to Cuca is a joy. Worth flying to Bali just for a meal here. Do not miss the Bali Breakfast!

The Cabochon Hotel: "Best restaurant ever"

Review by: Zachb5 | Source: Trip Advisor
Amazing food & great prices. The atmosphere is amazing and so romantic. The food is delicious. Everything we ordered was so good. Also the interior of the restaurant is so classy and elegant. After dinner we had some tea, in one of the tea rooms. I had such an amazing experience and will definitely be back

Chakrabongse Villas: "Quiet oasis, great location"

Review by: rtwnomads | Source: tripadvisor.com
The Oriental Villa was perfect for our family of 4 (kids 10 and 8). Great location to explore the highlights of Bangkok. Dinner on the river was outstanding, and Ms. Atom reserved us a table at Sala Rattanakosin (within walking distance, also on the river) when their chef was off and it was equally memorable.

4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "Relax on the river, marvel at the mangroves, unwind in the waterfall"

Review by: etwickenham | Source: Trip Advisor
"We drove five hours from the vibrancy of Phnom Penh to the peace of Tatai and the 4 Rivers - polar opposites. With no wifi, we abandoned the outside world for three days and sank into the luxury and tranquility of this mini resort. With just 12 lodges, and a whole river to yourselves, there is no option but to relax and unwind. We kayaked, swam, had a go at stand up paddle and took a couple of good tours; one to kayak through the mangroves, and the other (my favourite) to visit the Tatai Waterfall. The food throughout was excellent. Service very attentive. You emerge refreshed and ready to take on the rest of your journey. Great to know that the project is working so hard as a force for good in the local area too."
