Sea Dance Resort: "Amazing and personalized service, and beautiful resort! Home away from home."
"From the start to the end, they helped us devise up a great schedule for the days we were present. We were visiting with young children and elderly parents. We had already done our research on the things we wanted to see but they suggested even more and put it altogether to make our stay unforgettable. Service: This is not one of the huge hotels where you get robotic service. All the staff know you, remember your names and what you like! A special Thanks to Faith for organizing and following up with all our needs and wants during our stay. It was wonderful to meet the kind and talented (guitar player) Poy who made our stay heavenly. Location: the hotel is located in a quiet area of the town and not on the busy streets. You can get to busy streets from where they are located though on foot or by using one of the pick up taxis'. Rooms: we loved the rustic feel of the rooms and the fact that we had our own small pool where the kids could swim and play whenever they wanted. The rooms were clean and spacious. They provide bathrobes and flip flops to walk around and welcome food. Water is provided everyday. They also provide a kind of electric zapper looking like a tennis racket (which we had never seen before) and this soon became my husband's new pass time... Amenities: we went snorkeling with the kids and although it can be hard at first to wade into the water with the rocks, they provide the perfect refuge to admire all the colorful fish in their habitat. The hotel has a couple of kayaks and provided life jackets and even crocs. Food: DELICIOUS! Definitely recommend the Thai cooking class. Not only was it so instructive for my kids and fun, but the result was absolutely delicious. The cooks/chefs were the sweetest with my children and we were able to adapt the spices to our liking. We discovered new fruits and the kids loved chopping the fruit and mixing it all in! The highlight of my trip! All in all: Definitely recommend if you want a quiet trip with elderly family or young children as they cater for all. You can get the excitement needed with all the activities onsite or in town which they organize. Tip on Koh Samui: On a Friday night visit the Fisherman's market. When doing activities around Koh Samui, I suggest to put on insect repellent as we did get bitten quite a bit and we had put on repellent and wore long pants! Not in the hotel but when we were out doing excursions whether it be at the fish market, the elephant safari...etc."The Island Lodge: "Relaxing"
Excellent way to end our trip. Staff were lovely. Pool was great. Rooms are simple but perfectly furnished with a great view of the delta. Enjoyed the bike tour. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.Rachamankha: "Outstanding"
Serene' - the word that best describes Rachamankha at Chiang Mai A beautiful property, lovely staff and an excellent restaurant. The hotel is a 10-15 min walk from the night markets/walking streets. Would love to come back some time in the future. The Island Lodge: "Beautiful hidden gem"
A wonderful hotel with a lovely garden and pool. After a drive from Saigon we were warmly welcomed by the owner and some of his staff with refreshing drinks and cakes. The rooms are spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The hotel has a great restaurant and serves lovely food. Because it was low season the restaurant was open just for us. That's how service should be! We loved it here.Jing’s Residence: "Little bit of paradise in Pingyao"
"The Jing's residence is a lovely hotel right in the center of Pingyao. Pingyao itself is quite noisy, however you don't hear this at all inside the hotel. We booked a courtyard suite, which was actually two courtyard rooms converted into one room, with bedroom, sitting room, walk in wardrobe and bathroom. All very nice and the complimentary mini bar was a nice touch too, plus there is a turn-down service on a night. We ate in the restaurant which it is the most expensive restaurant in Pingyao by far but we really enjoyed the food, service and having the entire restaurant to ourselves! would recommend. We also had the afternoon tea which contained a selection of savory and sweet finger food (local to the area), along with Chinese tea of your choice. The ginger and lemon tea is particularly nice! The staff at the Jing's are all very efficient, pleasant and happy to help - a feat you do not normally get in China so this makes it stand out straight away. Would 100% recommend this hotel, its worth the extra pennies!"Inle Princess Resort: "Wonderfull days"
We hade two days at this amazing Hotel resort😘and we can recommand the Hotel. Beautiful spa and cottages verry nice food and friendly staff. We loved every minut. The lake and The resort are special and very ecological. Please preserve your beautiful nature and enviroment.Inle Heritage Stilt Houses: "Charmant"
Stayed April 2017, traveled with family"Tiger Mountain Pokhara Lodge: "To stay to write a book"
A wonderful place, at the foot of Annapourna in the Himalayas. How to forget it? The atmosphere is of absolute relaxation, 45 minutes (car or van) from the charming town of Pokhara. In this lodge the purity of the world's most impressive mountains breathe. Snowy summits eternally contrast with the more than enjoyable place microclimate. To stay to write a book. Accommodation includes full board, which allows share with other guests tables and dining terrace. Attention is dedicated and permanent. clean air, which widens the spirit breathes.Mathis Retreat: "Lovely boutique hotel – perfect hideaway"
"I stayed here for a week and I miss it everyday! For the first part of the week, it was me and a girlfriend who came to Ubud to get away from the city, do a little exploring and do some yoga. We weren't sure if we wanted to stay in Ubud the whole time or go somewhere else in Bali, but after two nights, we extended our stay. One of our favourite things was having breakfast looking at out the private rice fields every morning, it was so relaxing. The pool had the perfect view. The hotel had a really good balance between a tranquil relaxed vibe, without being sleepy, and had some really good tunes throughout the day by the pool too (I ended up asking them for their playlist). The hotel was just a 10 minute scooter ride into town, which meant everything was really accessible without it being crazy all the time. My friend ended up going home early and I stayed on for an extra 2 days. The staff took such good care of me. And as a solo female traveler, safety is extremely important. They was so lovely and even taught me some Indonesian. The GM was super lovely and very hands on, she would come by and chat with the guests, without being intrusive. It was such a wonderful trip and the hotel was a huge part of it. Seriously, great rooms, great resto (really good food!), great view and great staff. I would definitely come back!"Slow Villas and Spa: "Relaxing, privacy, surrounded by nature and friendly staff"
"Great villa, with everything you possibly need! Cannot say anything bad about this location (except from the fact that their price for the boat to go to Bali is way too expensive - go to the harbour and negotiate the price over there!) I love the fact that they use environmentally friendly products! Definitely want to come back!!"
