NEELESHWAR HERMITAGE: "Idyllic Ayervedic break by the Arabian Sea"
This is a wonderful place to rejuvenate: attractive, comfortably furnished cottages, welcoming & helpful staff, excellent food prepared by highly skilled chef, superb treatments organised to address specific needs all set in a beautiful location. Excellent library. Great trips & events e.g Theyam, birdwatching, ashrams & temples.Cheong Fatt Tze – Blue Mansion: "A Glimps of Time"
"The time we entered the Blue Mansion, we were embraced in the aroma of ancient times. I spent a whole evening visiting around the hotel and had a wonderful time enjoying the scenes. When it was getting dark gradually and the red lanterns were on, it seemed I had traveled back to the old times. It was a pleasant and satisfying trip to this hotel. Stayed February 2017, traveled with friends"Sanak Retreat Bali: "Beautiful beautiful beautiful"
I don't know where to start but Sanak Retreat is super beautiful ! Do not expect party or night out nearby Sanak as this place is far from the usual tourist places but that's what make Sanak so special. A place for total relaxation. Very well designed, attention to detail in service and the design. Staff are very professional and super friendly. We eat there 3x a day as no restaurants nearby but we knew this and we love it. The view is amazing especially during sunset. They have beautiful spa and also offers some well tailored programmes (trekking, waterfalls trip and many others). I'm so happy and I'm booking again for my next visit this coming October :-) See you soon Sanak! The Apsara Rive Droite: "Loved it!"
This hotel is just a 2 min boat trip across the river from its sister hotel Apsara in the old town. You just drop by at their receptions and tell them you whenever you need to cross. Very convenient. Apsara Rive Droite is a little gem with a pool, a nice garden, beautiful rooms and a pleasant little restaurant and bar. The hotel manager (Hann) is the perfect host with his friendly, yet professional style. Even if the hotel is just two minutes by boat fron the old town, it is located in a less touristy area. I quite enjoyed strolling i this neighbourhood too as it gave glimpses into laotian everyday life. This includes the morning alm cermony that takes place on the road just outside the hotel.Tugu Malang: "Wonderful stay in a slightly eccentric hotel"
"What an experience!! This hotel was perfect, get the best room you can afford - it is so worth it. The hotel is an attraction in its own right, make sure you take the tour to see the VIP suites and function rooms., the bizarre collection of furniture and nick nacks courtesy of the owners. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and all of the trips we took originated from their suggestions and with their help. The piece de resistance is the full day tour to Mt Bromo with waterfall included, organised and accompanied by front desk staff (amazing). Malang itself is a wonderful indonesian city with first rate coffee shops, a great bird market and some lovely streets to walk down. PS(the free afternoon tea is a must)"Rachamankha: "It can’t get better than this"
"This an exceptionally good hotel on so many levels. Among many outstanding attributes it has: A great position in the old city, close to the action but tucked away in a quiet spot. A beautiful, interesting building with many nooks and crannies. Wonderful staff. The front desk manager Wanida was superb leading up to and during our stay. Large, extremely comfortable and well-equipped rooms. A large, inviting pool. A good restaurant. Beautiful gardens. This hotel displays the standards to which all quality hotels should aspire."Rachamankha: "A classy sanctuary"
"The Rachamankha gave us the chance to 'step off' from our busy work lives for 5 blissful nights. The setting is quintessentially boutique, with exquisite architecture and design, a chic pool area complete with cushions on lounge chairs, ambient al fresco dining and lots of special places to relax in solitude with a book or cocktail. We stayed in a garden courtyard room which had high ceilings and pared back decor with cool tile flooring and a separate bathroom. The breakfast a la carte options are numerous and tasty, although the quality of the restaurant cooked meals does not quite match the standard set by other aspects of the hotel. I would definitely stay there again. "Les Maisons Wat Ko: "Great place to stay in Battambang"
"A great experience! We were welcomed with passion fruit juices . The property is beautiful, quiet , great pool, huge tropical garden ,private room and , very clean .The food at the hotel was also delicious. The staff is very friendly and warmest welcome, Mr. Kim Nou very kind and help full He offers a great experience with natural life overall a very pleasant experience . Highly recommended!"Maison Polanka: "the coisy intimacy of luxury"
"Amaizing experience!!! Great location, beautiful and peaceful place with a fantastic staff. This is a place we would love to call home (maybe because it was decorated as a personal Home). Every room has its character, really comfortable after a morning a visit.Food is excellent. As for the service, it was exceptional, especially considering the size of the hotel. The founders and owners have created an exclusive piece of luxury: true peace. Stayed March 2017, traveled as a couple"Rachamankha: "Exquisite and serene"
This hotel is an oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle that is Chiang Mai. Only two blocks from the Sunday walking street, it is a world apart. A small boutique hotel, the architecture and antiquities are exquisite. Service is quietly attentive, the breakfasts are fabulous, the pool serene. Usually when I travel I don't want to waste a minute, but honestly I was reluctant to leave the grounds of the hotel. Rachamankha provided the perfect respite to a busy month in southeast Asia
