Misool Eco Resort: "Phenomenal! The most incredible experience and marvelous resort"

This is our favorite place in the world now! Raja Ampat is astounding and Misool eco resort is the true gem of the region! We were there as snorkelers and loved every aspects of our stay there. Everything was organized and personalized flawlessly, from the booking process and transfer from Sorong to our perfectly set snorkeling planning on a great variety of gorgeous sites, everything about our stay was indeed quite perfect! Our bungalow was impeccable and spacious, wonderfully appointed and located, with the best outdoor bathroom of all times, the food was incredible with a variety of local and international choices, the snorkeling sites were remarkable. And maybe above everything else, everyone at the resort was formidable, each and every person working there warmly and kindly gave us the best experience of our lives! We are traveling around the world for a couple of years and this is by far the most amazing location and resort we've visited! The conservation efforts of the resort are working, the area is thriving again, it's inspiring. To us, Misool eco resort is a true haven and bliss is what we continue to feel when looking back at our time there. We will return for sure and highly recommend them. Thank you all again for making our time in Raja Ampat so unique and unforgettable.

Cheong Fatt Tze – Blue Mansion: "Beautiful historic hotel"

The hotel has been impressively restored with great attention to detail filled with character. Our room (The Mandarin) was spacious, very clean and airy with a large luxurious bathroom. We enjoyed having breakfast in the open courtyard surrounded by green plants and antiques. The children loved the pool. This place was perfect for our young family. We would definitely love to return!

Bassac Mekong Delta Cruises by Secret Retreats: "Excellent overnight cruise"

I agree with all the other reviews that rate this highly. Annie was our guide too (on Bassac III, the biggest of their 3 boats, sleeping a maximum of 24). Annie was a lovely guide with extremely good English. Even though she was a last minute substitute for another guide who had been taken ill, and she had been working herself and was expecting to go and visit her mother, she was gracious, enthusiastic and helpful. I didn't get up to see the sunrise but I loved the visit to the floating market and the peacefulness and beauty of the smaller canal we went along.

Reverie Siam: "Stunning hotel"

"This is a fantastic hotel, located on the outskirts of the samll town of Pai, in northern thailand. I stayed here with my girlfriend in June 2015 and the place far exceeded both of expectations. The desgin of the resort is fantastic, the french colonial theame is very well done and the rooms are perfect. The resort is quite and peaceful, a perfect place to unwind and relax. The restuarant offers a tappas style menu, which for us was actually a nice change from the more traditional thai dishes on offer elsewhere, although there are plenty of options in town if you wish to stick to thai. The chefs boards in particular were very good as a lunch/snack in the afternoon. (...) Overall though this hotel really is a gem, every aspect of it works wel togther and staff work hard to make your stay perfect, it is fantastic value for money, and although more than many other options in the area, it is well worth it."

Inle Princess Resort: "So much charm to his hotel!"

This is a beautiful hotel with a lot more charm that the other luxury option along the lake shore. The cocktails and drinks were exceptional and the staff were more than happy to recommend great local restaurants to us too. The spa was sensational- professional treatments in a beautiful setting. I would definitely recommend.

The Village House: "Lovely Place, PEACEFUL!"

Booked for 1 Night for my propose day, is a great place especially you want to do nothing by just relaxing and enjoy the day..very friendly staff, romantic and quiet as well. surrounding are nice but a bit lack of light at night at the backyard. by the way, i have to give extra credit about the pool.

MesaStila: "Food for soul"

Kami berkunjung di bulan Januari tahun ini (2017) dan merasakan pengalaman yang amat menyenangkan dengan ketenangan dan keindahan resort ini. Keramahan dan kesigapan staf terasa tulus dan menyenangkan. Makanan yang tersedia juga enak dan sehat. Semua aktivitas diselenggarakan dengan baik meskipun tamu saat itu hanya kami sekeluarga. Kami mendapatkan villa dengan pemandangan 3 gunung yang menjadi pemandangan indah sepanjang tinggal di resor ini.

Jing’s Residence: "Fantastic"

I traveled in China for one month to take my four adopted Chinese daughters back to see their place of birth. The trip was fantastic and we stayed in a variety of large and small hotels, but always the best available for the area (i.e. Peninsula in Shanghai and Hong Kong, which were great). Jing's place was the best small hotel by far. They received us very warmly and accommodated our early morning arrival finding us rooms even though check in wasn't until the afternoon. It's a beautiful small hotel with very friendly staff and a decent restaurant, also perfectly located in middle of old Pingyao. Imam, the manager was super, and tended to all our needs. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Pingyao. They also have a nice spa!

Tugu Lombok: "Urlaub"

"Das Tugu Hotel ist ein Traum und ganz besonders für einen romantischen Urlaub zu empfehlen .In diesem Hotel stimmt alles!! Jeder Wunsch wird einem von den Augen abgelesen! Man fühlt sich wie in einer geborgen Familie, da es ein kleines ganz besonders liebevoll gepflegtes Hotel ist. Das Frühstück sensationell! Allerdings sehr einsam und abgelegen. Für Ruhesuchende Personen das perfekte Hotel. Stayed January 2017, traveled solo"

The Apsara Rive Droite: ""

Superb lunch sat with gorgeous view over Nan Khan river. Quiet street away from the busy old town. Beautiful presentation, fresh unusual flavours without too much added spice. We tried the yellow pumpkin, eggplant, bamboo, green bean curry- wonderful. Also lemongrass and coriander fishcakes on cucumber salad. Delicious.
