Heritage Suites: "Excellent service in a beautiful setting"

Review by: Allison S | Source: Trip Advisor
"We were truly impressed by the quality of the service and amenities at Heritage Suites. Extreme attention has been given to every detail of the hospitality here, and it makes for a truly enjoyable stay. The staff are accommodating and personable, and made every aspect of our visit enjoyable. It is a lovely (and romantic) place to stay. We had dinner and cocktails at the hotel, and were impressed by the quality of both. We ordered breakfast in our suite the next morning, and because it arrived ten minutes late, it was removed from our bill at checkout--a good example of how attentive the staff is to making sure the hospitality is top-notch. Based on what people living in Siem Reap have told us, the staff at the hotel are paid and treated fairly (not the case everywhere) and it shows in the service they offer."

Supanniga Eating Room: "Thai home cooking at its best!👏🏼👍🏼"

CHAKRABONGSE VILLAS: "A palace"

Review by: Globetr0ttingG0urme | Source: tripadvisor.com
It's not often you get to stay in a real palace. And the Traditional Thai teak sala hotel rooms on its palace grounds are unique and remarkable. Our room fronted the Chao Praya river, and candidly, our private lanai/patio was double the size of most hotel rooms these days. Not cheap, but an experience. And perfect for that very very special celebration Best of all, Tatien district, which is behind the royal palace and Wat Po, is experiencing a revival with new eateries, things to do and trendy hotels. We loved the Museum Siam directly across from Chakrabongse Villas, and the River Books bookstore o hotel premises. Don't miss nearby Err restaurant, traditional Thai from the folks that gave us bo.lan.

Anopura: "Amazing creation in middle of nowhere"

Review by: VishvVijaeS | Source: Trip Advisor
"After reading trip advisor review, i booked this smallest luxury Oasis in middle of nowhere. There were no signages, google map was unable to assist you with direction, there was no signage outside the hotel and even the last patch of road was not in existence...... despite all this i just loved this property. I loved it for its tranquility, isolation and the creation of its maker. Anopura is very tastefully made and very professionally managed with limited people hanging on your head. The food was amazing and the dog 'Latika' was the best companion you could expect at a property like it, very well trained and joyful. Having just two rooms adds the charm to the place as it give you lot of privacy. This is simply great for couples looking for intimate and quality time with each other. Property has a beautiful square swimming pool made of black stone. There common place, kind of ‘baithak’, is very well planned and has comfortable seating, one can see 4/5 kind of mosquito repellants placed here as its an open area. I can keep telling all goodies about this place as my list in endless. Finally I will conclude that I fall in love with this place, will surely come again."

Samuay & Sons: "Simply The Best Thai Restaurant in Thailand"

Review by: pariyac2017 | Source: Trip Advisor
This restaurant is best described" Simply the best Thai restaurant in Thailand " We went there after reading a few reviews and so happy we managed to get a table on our first night in Udon Thani. We got there at almost 9pm at the suggestion of the owner because there was a big group of guests at 8pm and he did not want us to wait long for our orders. We were a bit hungry when we got there and ordered more than what we could eat but at the suggestions of the owner we cut down a few dishes to save some spaces for their desserts. The desserts we had were " something to die for ". We enjoyed every dish we had. No need to guess where we went for dinner the following night. Service was also excellent and definitely very good for value. We wish there was a Samuay & sons in Bangkok.

Tugu Bali: "A Gem!"

Review by: Brigette P | Source: Trip Advisor
"Hotel Tugu is a peaceful oasis in busy Bali. The hotel is uniquely furnished, more like a museum really. The staff extraordinarily friendly. The rooms, grounds, everything is very clean and well kept. You have a choice of western, traditional Indonesian or the amazing ""power bowl"" breakfast. I also took advantage of the spa services at the hotel - pricey, but not disappointing. This was our first trip to Bali and stop 1 of 4 on the island. We heard but didn't quite understand the beaches aren't clean nor are the streets walkable any great distance. Canggu is no exception to either. However, we were pleased with the selection of eateries walkable from the hotel - we enjoyed Old Man's, Fika, Betelnut. We didn't miss the beach with the hotel's beautiful, refreshing pool. If you are looking for a peaceful or romantic get-away with unique appointments and an exceptional staff with great attention to detail, I highly recommend Hotel Tugu. Stayed March 2017, traveled with family"

4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "Stunning and calm 3 days at 4 Rivers"

Review by: ofiucus | Source: tripadvisor.com
"We loved the lodge, from the moment we arrived the warm welcome and the stunning location were as much as we could have hoped for. From kayaking in the mangroves to swimming in the waterfalls and in the river just outside your tent - this place is anything but dull - check out their activity programme. We are vegan & vegetarian and the staff accommodated us completely - with a varied and changing menu with multiple options every day. Highly recommended - and having read the very few negative reviews I can only think of them as truly bizarre. This is heaven on Earth."

David’s Kitchen: "King David"

Review by: Donnajill | Source: Trip Advisor
David, The first of many best parts of our visit was your warm greeting. Hospitality at its finest. Then the delectable dishes of magnificently presented food. as a good as it gets. Please come to Chicago & make that pumpkin soup. Each course surpassed the next. I too would partner for life with a woman who could create that chocolate mousse. Kudos to your staff. The grand finale, a man proposed to a woman on Chinese Valentines Day. Cue the applause & thank god she said yes.

Glenburn Tea Estate: "A peaceful magical getaway"

Review by: karenmulla | Source: Trip Advisor
"We were 4 families that stayed in Glenburn Tea Estate for 4 days from 26 th Dec to 30th Dec 2015. It was a SUPERB holiday. The property is awesome... Both the colonial bungalows are tastefully furnished.....we were blessed with clear skies on all the days and thus we were awed by the magnificent views of the Himalayas, of course the highlight being the Kanchenjunga....you feel one with nature here... The rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious. They've retained their old world charm. The food was great with a different cuisine being served everyday. Breakfast and lunch in the outdoors and dinner in a beautiful dining room. They even organised a lovely bonfire for us one evening! Faye and Will are lovely hosts. The staff which includes their guides, drivers, cooks, housekeeping staff... Just about everyone are fabulous. The personal attention to detail was impressive. The service faultless!!!! We spent our days hiking, fishing and just languishing on the verandah or the gardens absorbing the gorgeous view and the tranquility of Glenburn. Both our hikes, one to the suspension bridge to Sikkim and the other to the campsite at the river followed by a barbecue lunch and a game of cricket were great. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners Anshuman and Husna Tara Prakash while we were in residence. They are a super couple and their all round supervision and dedication to maintaining the high standards is evident when one talks to them. The roads to and around the tea estate are bumpy but once there it is PARADISE ON EARTH. We are all looking forward to returning to Glenburn soon. A must visit for families, friends, couples or even solo travellers. Stayed December 2015, traveled with friends"
