Sanak Retreat Bali: "Paradise"
We spent (only) one night in this paradise. Everything is just perfect, and worth the price they ask for it. Compared to other hotel we stayed in, we were particularly impressed by the attention they put un every single detail (closing your curtains in the room while you are having dinner for instance :-)). We would recommend it.Rachamankha: "A most enjoyable stay."
"I spent four nights here recently with my wife, son and his girlfriend. We had two deluxe rooms next to each other, but not adjoining. The hotel and it's staff were superb with a ""special mention"" for Paul Walker, the General Manager who could not have been more helpful and charming. The atmosphere is calm and serene, as is the Chinese inspired architecture, and is totally conducive to relaxation which, in our case, is exactly what was needed. The location is in the old city, but a short Tuk Tuk ride from the Night Bazaar and Worouot market. I would not hesitate the Rachamankha to anyone considering it."Mudanwan Villa: "Relax"
"Here is completely relaxed did not control a parked five hungry have food do not be afraid to ride a bicycle can go to the beach Pool Spa can also let you enjoy fishing "Jing’s Residence: "Personal"
"It's a 5 star all around. Excellent: accommodations; staff; and food. Central location. Everything worth seeing is walkable. Accommodations induced pickup and delivery at the rail station. Provided good information on what to see and how best to see. Language communication no problem. A must stop on a China visit. Stayed March 2016, traveled as a couple "David’s Kitchen: "Best dining in Thailand! One of a kind"
This was by far one of the best meals we ate in Thailand! The cocktails were exceptional, and the food was delicious! More importantly, David was such an interesting man, and it was an absolute pleasure to meet him and hear his story! You will feel special from the moment you step in the place. THIS IS A MUST!THE SAMAR: "Boutique Hotel"
Only a 4 day stay,I wish it had been longer. So much to recommend about this hidden gem The rooms are luxurious fantastic bathroom.Only 9 suites and 20 odd staff to look after you swimming pool sunbeds everything cratered for plus the restaurant and food were out of this world. If you get the chance stay here you will not be disappointed . Plus of course it is central to to Ankor Wat and the other numerous temples.Le Du Wine Bar & Restaurant: "Awesome fine dining in Bangkok"
"I managed to get a reservation here during a recent business trip to Bangkok. The restaurant was also incredibly accommodating to my schedule as I wasn't sure when I was going to land and get through the airport so I booked it for late, but they were willing to let me arrive earlier than my reservation. The restaurant is small and intimate though the tables were quite spread out so one could still have some privacy during dinner. Most of the patrons though were foreigners though one thai couple did come in during the night. The chef could be seen working closely with his team in the back and more often than not, would also come out to the serving area where another crew of 3-4 chefs would finalize the various dishes. Lots of people would ask to take pictures with the young chef (next time I will as well). I had their four course menu as I wasn't feeling super hungry and I was happy. I wouldn't have been able to eat the full chef tasting menu (six courses which a near by table ordered). I ordered a white and then a red glass of wine and again it was perfect for me. In the end, I was completely stuffed and very impressed with the quality of the food. It was a mix of thai mixed with western style preparation that just blew me away. I would come back here next time I am in Bangkok. One interesting note, I originally thought my server was from the US as she had what appeared to be a strong American accent, but it turned out that she had studied at a local international school which I guess were taught by American professors."Le Calao: "Delightful, a future icon of Luang Prabang."
With colleagues we hosted a small event at Le Calao over 3days. This is the newest addition to Luang Prabang's dining scene and the very high standard of service, impeccable attention to details and excellent food will ensure the future of Le Calao I am sure. The perfect venue for small meetings in their upstairs dining room and the perfect venue for intimate dining downstairs or on the terrace. And a superb location overlooking the river. Thank-you to Gilles, Yannick and the team for a perfectly managed and catered 3days. I will be back.Tandjung Sari: "Balinese beauty and hospitality"
For those seeking a Balinese experience of art, architecture, lovely gardens, delicious menu offerings, the sound of surf during breakfast, birds chirping a morning wake up, all held together by the warmth and graciousness of the staff, come to Tnadjung Sari. Spacious suites nestled in a private garden offer comfortable beds and light cotton nightshirts, a table set with a welcome bowl of tropical fruit, low loungey sofa, enormous bathtub and outdoors a shower. Each garden has a lounging pavilion begging you to take a nap or catch up on reading a good book. A beach boardwalk is convenient for strolling and great for people watching during breakfast. Convenient to all the street activities, I enjoyed coming back each time from shopping or trying one of the neighboring eateries to walk down the long landscaped private entry and knew I had comfort and bliss waiting for me. If you need bright lights and a lot of action, there are plenty in the area. Tandjung Sari offers the grace of the Balinese in a stellar setting.Inle Princess Resort: "Amazing Traditional Villas"
We only stayed there for a night and also it was kinda low season period so yea not so many guests were around and more quiet and peaceful. For the breakfast its not that great tho. The Spa looks so nice with hybrid colonial and traditional style cottage. You can also learn more about clay pot making process, they have nice jetty for boat pick up if you up to go for ride around INLE lake. The dinning hall itself it s more looks like a traditional Myanmar theater which is also good looking. For the pool, even its small, its still looks so beautiful with the set up and surrounding lake and plants. For overall, its a nice views with inner lake surrounded by the villas, very large villas interior, outside shower with large area, very fast wifi internet, nice people around. For me i really dont find it very good food for breakfast, may be i was there on the low season and not many guests are around and also staffs. Anyway the resort itself is so beautiful and interior decorations with stunning views.
