Inle Princess Resort: "WOW ! Very Impressed"

What amazing property! The grounds, the staff, all of it, was so incredible. The best hotel in Myanmar we stayed at. The grounds are breathtaking, the staff is very friendly , the food was superb, all of it. I am very pleased with this property. will not hesitate to recommend it to anyone ! TWO THUMBS WAY UP!

Amata Lanna: "Excellent"

Great location, close to the night market and a quick tuk tuk ride to the old city. About a 25 min walk. Great service, clean room, large bedroom and bathroom made with teak wood. Would definitely stay here again!

The Hue House: "Amazing and Excellent Value"

"We look for a restaurant Close to our hotel and this was one of 6. It had excellent reviews and we wholly endorse that view. We were warmly greeted and looked after by friendly smiling staff. Who were keen to serve but not over attentive in doing so, just as we preferred. The choice of food was traditional/regional Vietnamese and was superb. Excellent appetisers and main courses This is a little gem and not that busy probably because it is accessed via a main office building reception. Located on the 10th floor it enjoys commanding views over the city. Highly recommended."

We've been there for several times during our journey in Mianmar ,it was always a stunning experience with delicious menu compositions a perfect view over the lake and a professional warm atmosphere, congratulation for set up a such a valuable spot of high quality and hospitality in only a few months .. we will be back ....!

Noel Rodrigo’s Leopard Safaris: "A fantastic stay with great wildlife sightings and incredible food"

"We recently had a fantastic 4 night stay at Noel Rodrigo’s Leopard Safaris. Sam was our guide and he looked after us incredibly well and took us on some fantastic game drives where we saw leopards on 4 out of 7 drives and we also saw a sloth bear on the final drive! The park is also full of peacocks, spotted deer, crocodiles, elephants, water buffalo, wild boar and a superb array of birdlife plus lots of other interesting species. Sam was a passionate guide with incredible knowledge of all the animals and birds in the park and he was a safe and skilled driver. Our days started with an early wake up with a quick tea/coffee before setting off to Yala National Park to be ready when the gate opens at 6am to look for the wildlife while they are still active. The park is gate is around 20-30 mins drive from the camp. Morning drives last approx. 3 hours before returning for breakfast. Lunch was at around 1pm after which we left for the afternoon drive at around 2:30pm. The park closes at 6pm and we would have drinks before dinner at around 7pm. The food served at the camp was absolutely delicious, authentic Sri Lankan dishes with a fantastic variety each day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Spice levels are adjusted to your requested level (so don’t panic if you are not good with too much chilli!) and wine, beer & spirits are all included. We spent our first two nights in a mobile tent, with an insect proof sleeping area containing a double bed, bedside table with fan and light and power socket for charging batteries. In living area of the tent there were two camping chairs and table a cupboard and a light. Just outside the tent was a flushable toilet with a light and in a separate tent a shower which would be filled with hot water before our return from the afternoon drive. For our second two nights we were upgraded to one of the two luxury tents, which has air conditioning and an attached bathroom and it much larger. The plan for the camp is to eventually upgrade all of the tents to the luxury style and I am sure they will prove very popular, it was very comfortable. Thank you so much to General Manager Sajith for the upgrade! They are also in the process of building a swimming pool which will be a most welcome addition to the camp. We had a brilliant time at Noel Rodrigo’s Leopard Safaris and would definitely return. The great conversations with all of the staff during drinks and meals, the outstanding food, the service from the whole team and the exciting game drives made for a wonderful stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here."

The Cabochon Hotel: "Romantic Colonial Hide-Away in the heart of Bangkok"

"Extremely jet-lagged my husband and I stepped out of our 20 hour flight from Los Angeles, and were met at the airport by the hotel's private driver. A 25 minute drive later, we were quickly checked into the lovely Cabochon. Immediately I felt better, surrounded by the cool marble, fragrant lush trees, and fascinating lobby decor of this renovated colonial mansion tucked down a small alley. We arrived rather early for check in, but they set us up with towels, exotic passion fruit cocktails and lounge chairs beside the roof-top pool and after a dip-- was immediately refreshed. Our room was simple, quiet, clean and romantic with high ceilings, and a columned balcony. Other than a few modern amenities (like powerful air conditioner, fast wifi, in room safe, and a TV we didn't use) it was like stepping into the past. The breakfast was delicious and we even had lunch there in between excursions. The proximity to the SkyTrain subway was very convenient and the fastest way to get around town, but the hotel is happy to call a taxi for you-- and give directions. As with everywhere in Thailand, the staff are extremely helpful, friendly and polite. You will be happy to tip for service. There are many extrodinary restaurants near by including ""Bo.Lam"" and ""Soul Food."" We throughly enjoyed our visit to Bangkok and it started with the Cabochon. Tip for all of South East Asia: Most people in the service industry speak english fairly well, but get a ""Directions Card"" from the hotel front desk and put it in your pocket for later-- it will have the hotel name/address written in Thai (not useless english) and is very valuable to get a taxi ride home at the end of your night out. Muang La Resort: "Hidden gem"

By the moment we checked in, we felt at home. Great rooms on stlits, nice decoration and superb bahroom. Great riverview watching local life (bathing, laundrying, fishing) and buffaloes. Superb attentive service,such as hot herbal and ginger tea in the tub, local espresso coffeemachine on the terrace below the rooms. Friendly staff with a special mention to Rodolphe, the French Manager, who makes your stay being so special. Excellent creative meals and picknicks, enjoyable excursions. A great guide showed us the secrets of the Laos forests (edible herbs, medicinal plants), a true authentic experience. and last but not least, the MASSAGE....unique and perfect.

Rachamankha: "A haven within the walled city of Chiang Mai"

"This hotel was simply amazing! So peaceful! The grounds are stunning, the service impeccable. The location is perfect as it is within the walls of the old city of Chiang Mai, so easy to walk everywhere, but yet you don't hear any of the noise. We walked easily to the night market on Sunday as well as Wat Chedi Luang. The food was amazing and breakfast included. Just the breakfast set up was peaceful. You are served on the patio with blue/white china and tea/coffee cups. Everything is served on china or silver. The pool looked amazing, but we unfortunately didn't have time to use it. The room was quaint and relaxing. The shower was great! I loved the large heavy doors. The wifi didn't reach to our room well, but that didn't matter to me much. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in!"

Golden Buddha Beach Resort: "Priceless!"

We were at the Golden Buddha Beach in January and we loved every minute of our stay! A big thank you to Valerie and to all the friendly staff who made our stay unforgettable. Now back to winter I wish I was still there. Amos
