Stayed here for two nights and loved every minute of my stay. I was welcomed and made to feel special for the duration of my stay. The rooms are relaxing and the resort very pretty. The staff were so polite and I was even given a birthday cake from the hotel. "I stayed in Hotel Tugu malang for 2 days in last February, I stayed in one deluxe room in 2nd floor not the cheapest room in the Hotel. The room is very spacious,we had a welcome message and welcome drink also welcome fruit when we are check in,Bath room is very wide Bed is very nice also,I think Hotel Tugu malang is the cheapest Tugu in Indonesia especially if you are compared with Hotel Tugu Lombok or Bali. We also have dinner last night in the Hotel they have so many choices of food,I ordered some duck and my friend ordered sop Buntut Also,Breakfast also nice they have traditionall Indonesian or java food,they provide buffee and alacarte also for the breakfast,for me the Hotel is the best Hotel in Malang. "Bassac Mekong Delta Cruises by Secret Retreats: "Peaceful cruise on Bassac III"
We did an overnight cruise on the Bassac III boat on 6/7 Dec 2017. It was an excellent way to see some of the Mekong Delta, combined with some relaxation and wonderful food. The crew were friendly and welcoming and the trip very well organised. The cabins are very small but comfortable and the small ensuite bathroom ingeniously designed. The food was plentiful and delicious. We visited a floating market and a local market and particularly enjoyed the visit to a local village, where we tasted fruit at a local house. Our young guide was delightful and, as she came from the area, she was able to give us a good insight into the daily life on the Mekong. "So, so nice!!!!It is different from all resorts you use to know. Beautiful tent, calm place and very nice people. The manager (italien), also friendly and kind. It's a litlle bit far from the town but they have transport, you´re there in 20 minutes. NO TV!!!!! I Must return one day"Rachamankha: "Charming hotel"
Rachamankha is a charming hotel with a friendly knowledgable staff and excellent service. The ensuite rooms are well appointed with lovely antiques, are air conditioned and the bathrooms have plenty of hot water. There is also an excellent restaurant that serves Thai and western fare. The hotel has a great pool which is wonderful after a hot day of sightseeing. The hotel is also an easy walk to the Sunday night market. If you are coming to Chiangmai I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.Jing’s Residence: "Somewhere different with old style class"
A different location, a relatively small, old walled city and accomodation to match. The only downside would be Pingyoa has too many shops selling virtually identical goods! The city wall is well worth a walk around.Cheong Fatt Tze – Blue Mansion: "A unique experiece"
The Blue Mansion was a wonderful, unexpected experience, a beautifully restored house with a calm and quiet environment. Large comfortable room, good choice of breakfasts and delicious food and good service in the Indigo restaurant. It is well worthwhile doing one of the tours to learn about the fascinating history given by a very entertaining Chinese lady. We found all the staff without exception to be very friendly and helpful, but in particular Shirley (I think that was her name) who gave us lots of advice of where to go and what to do which we did - the street art in Georgetown, markets, restaurants, Penang Hill and Battu Ferringai, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for a very different few days, we haven’t stopped talking about theBlue Mansion.satrin house: "beautiful antique design"
"Stayed few days in this beautiful hotel! The design is antique and it makes your stay special. Great service in the hotel, nice breakfast. 7 min from the night market/center, and free bicycle in the hotel make it faster. Highly recommended hotel in Luang Prabang "tugu bali: "The Secret Retreat!"
"This is our 2nd stay at Tugu. We enjoyed it so much we couldn't resist another stay. Although it is a little more expensive the Tugu ""offer"" is unique. You can lie in your own private space overlooking the sea without being annoyed by hawkers and just watch the surfers, or lie by the pool in privacy. The perfect getaway. We were fortunate enough to experience the cultural evening which presented us with 3 dances - so amazing and professional - a totally memorable experience. We used the hotel driver to take us to Seminyak on a couple of occasions - he was polite, courteous and perfect in every way. Thank you Tugu - your staff our amazing...well done Jenny. Good luck with the Living Wall construction, we look forward to seeing it in the future."
