Tugu Malang: "Fantastic experience"
"Loved basically everything about this hotel. The room was luxurious. Bed was big and soft, the bathtub was large enough, the room itself was the right size, and everything on that end was great. Amenities were also wonderful. There was a tasty fruit basket in my room when I arrived, there was a complimentary tea service which was extraordinary, live music (a local band) played in the evening and was excellent to listen to, and more. My favorite amenity was the tour of the hotel's extensive artifact collection; it was fascinating to see all the different sculptures, paintings, and architectural details. The food was good. I particularly enjoyed the grilled satay (both chicken and lamb) and the extensive breakfast spreads. The complimentary pastries upon checking out were also great. The grounds themselves, including the pool, were very nice. My only complaint was flaky and slow wifi. But otherwise, my stay was absolutely perfect. Would definitely stay again. visited this resort at the first time they made an opening and realize that should come back once again because miss all things in this resort. pool is still beautiful, statffs still very friendly, villa is still vintage, cozy, detailed etc. trees are still green. additonal thing that we didn't see it from the previous time from our visit is terrace by the Pai River, where can sit, chill, take some nice shot, chat with s.o.you love. This place can completely fulfill our short vacation and back to work with full of energy. No doubt to visit this place once again when we have vacation in Pai.Slow Villas and Spa: "Heaven on earth"
Absolute luxury, low key, discreet, perfect. Quiet oasis....wouldn't want this place to be anywhere but hidden away from the mainstream vibes. Those who say location is poor are fools...it's a perfectly hidden gem. Attention to detail here is amazing...even down to the chique dinnerware. Breakfast amazing...people and services fantastic. "We stayed 4 nights at this wonderful place. It is a bit outside Kep but you can easily catch a tuk tuk for 3 $. The staff were all so friendly and helpful all the time. The food was nice even though there was not that much from. Excellent happy hour with good drinks. Bungalows were big and very comfortable, clean and nice. Liked the outdoor bath! "Stayed as a family (kids 5, 9 & 11) for a long weekend (3 nights). Stayed in a two-story family villa that was spacious and cozy, with beautiful rice paddy views. Kids chased frogs at night with flashlights and splashed in the pool during the day. Playroom above the restaurant and the pétanque court in the back were great additions! Excellent food & service, superb massages - also for kids, which is rare and ours loved it! Did the walking tour in the rice paddies and nearby village, including a swim in the waterfalls - it was wonderful. Also did the trip to Danau Tambligan, which was interesting, and the Munduk waterfalls. The sunsets are amazing, and the peaceful surrounds make for a perfect R&R destination. We will be back! "This is a lovely botigue hotel along river side , with 23 rooms only .. Location is in District 2 , a bit far from Saigon City Center , but the hotel offer shuttle service , either by boat or by Taxi. we got a bigger size room but only swimming pool view, The breakfast was very good , with wide range of option , and enjoyed your breakfast on river side.. This boat company have 4 boats on the river. I have done 3 trips with them now. Wonderful service, the BEST FOOD EVER, professional service and fabulous guides . We visited Orangutans and sweet Daysk villages and met the village weaver. Beautiful river - so much bird life and not s busy river - just adrift at a slow pace and you can catch your breath and enjoy Borneo.Villa Song Saigon: "Luxury by the river"
This hotel oozes luxury at every pore, and they have thought of every detail. The room was magnificent with a comfortable bed, beautiful interior and lovely bath soaps. Service was fantastic - helpfully booking dinner for us on each night and arranging for taxis to take us there. The food was amazing - so much so that it was a struggle (that I lost on each occasion) not to overeat at breakfast. The spa and massage was luxurious, the pool looked beautiful, and the riverside setting is beautifully peaceful. In fact my only criticims is that in making the hotel so very comfortable it was difficult to drag ourselves to leave to explore Ho Chi Minh!Satri House: "Wonderful place, great location"
This is a beautiful destination hotel for a relaxing break. We stayed for 3 nights with our kids and grandparents and we all had a lovely time. The room was big, the bathroom was a bit awkward to use but it worked, the breakfast was fantastic. There are 2 pools and it is a lovely and peaceful setting. They have bikes to loan for free. The grounds and gardens are stunning. We booked through Mr&Mrs Smith so we received a free Lao Massage in the spa which was fab. I would definitely recommend Satri House.
