Sanak Retreat Bali: "Family vacation"
"What a wonderful stay / experience - We just love Sanak Retreat Bali. After travelling around asia for 2 months We arrived at this wonderful, beautiful and most quiet place at Bali. We had a lovely and warm greeting by the staff / No I Will not Call it staff but the Sanak Family. Due our stay they where all so kind, helpful and aware of every guest. The surroundings are breathtaking and even in rain season this is the perfect place to be for exploring and relaxing. We are looking forward to come back!"SEEDS Restaurant & Lounge: "Amazing place, Amazing food, Amazing service"
"Its all about the love. You feel it right when you walk in the door. This place is unique. There is a special vibe, witch makes you feel a mix between, right at home, and at a relaxing beautiful spa. The food is so good, every little bite is perfect. If you are ever in Yangon, this is a must visit. Thank you for your kindness, at our visit."Cuisine Wat Damnak: "Elegant food and service"
"My wife and I enjoyed a dinner here as part of our honeymoon this week. I had the 6 course vegetarian menu, and my wife had one of the six course omnivorous options (including a frogs legs option!). All courses were simply superb. Beautiful balanced flavours were supported by technical flair. Service was perfect, warm yet unobtrusive. The decor was subtle and the atmosphere calm. Truly, this was one of the best meals I have ever enjoyed. Thank you!"Tugu Malang: "Outstanding customer service and atmospheric surroundings."
Malang is a glimpse into the Indonesia of yesteryear. Tugu Malang fully does justice to the atmospheric surroundings of a beautifully preserved city surrounded by a ring of mountains. My room was beautifully furnished and the Tugus antique collection is astounding. The bathroom is fantastic with an oversized tub for long hot soaks. Choose a suite for extra luxury and atmosphere. What makes this hotel outstanding is the sincerity of the customer service - the attention to detail and the friendliness of the staff thankyou to Bagus and Rosa you do Tugu Malang proud. The cooking class is tremendous fun as is the tour to the markets and streets of atmospheric Malang!!The Village House: "A little bit of Borneo"
"We visited for 2 nights from Kuala Lumpur to see a little of Borneo. The booking process was really smooth, and we had lots of advice on which trip to book. We arrived late on a Friday and the taxi the hotel had arranged was waiting for us to whisk us to the hotel. About an hours drive. We booked the suite which is a large room, decorated in a local style but all the mod cons, so to speak. Comfortable large bed with a large screen TV at the base. Good coffee machine, and large bathroom. Everything we could need. Saturday morning we went to Bako National park with a guide arranged by the hotel – we had a great day, he knew where to find all the local species of monkey! Saturday evening we had the 8 course tasting meal, which was delicious and not too much, although we had been walking all day! The beach at the end of the road is worth a stroll along, it is beautiful. As others have said, not somewhere you’d stop to sunbathe. The staff were charming, the bar was a great place to grab a drink before and after dinner. It is a quiet hotel, but it’s perfect for a short break."Rachamankha: "Delicious place and delicious food"
"Rachamankha is a beautiful hotel in Chiang Mai that also happens to have a very nice restaurant. We went there to celebrate some friends who was guiding in us in Chiang Mai/Chiang Rai during our stay. We went there early in the day to book a table for the evening. 5 persons having beer, water, wine, starters, main courses, desserts and coffee. Everything served with a smile in surroundings that were just as wonderful as the food. And we all felt welcome. I would go as far as to say; the best farang Thai food in Chiang Mai. Not spicy. I'm sure they would make it spicy if you want. And the Tenderloin were just perfect. If you want to experience a special place, go to Rachamankha. It's worth every bath. Stayed February 2017, traveled with friends"Tugu Lombok: "Amazing"
"My husband and 10 yr daughter visited this hotel for 5 days in April 2016. We arrived by boat on the shores of the hotel's beach. Our first impression was complete joy. The hotel manager was down to meet our boat with in moments. 'Elly', the manager, greeted us with a big smile and gracious welcome. They took our bags and Elly led us to the beautiful pool side restaurant where we enjoyed a complimentary cold drink and cold towells (scented with Jasmin). She told us all about the hotel and gave us a quick orientation. We were quickly taken by the gorgeous artifacts & structures surrounding the hotel grounds. Our room was gorgeous. The ceilings were high. The bathroom was well stocked with everytjing we needed. They had set up a separate, lovely bed for our daughter. The rooms had all the comforts you could require - stocked fridge, mosquito lotion and nets, earplugs for the early morning Muslim prayers ( which I love btw!) The hotel supplied kayaks and snorkeling gear (through we brought our own). The snorkeling was great here. The water was crystal clear and blue. The food here is incredible. Some of the best Indonesian food we've had anywhere. The drinks we all freshly mottled and cold! The art and acitecture of the entire hotel is memorizing. The staff was all very happy and very friendly, and always available. Elly organized an incredible waterfall hike to Mnt Rinjani for us. This was a highlight of our 6 week stay in Indonesia. The hotel's beaches are full of treasures from the sea. I even found an unbroken urchin shell. There are 2 amazing pools. Both very clean and cool. The entire experience of our stay at Tugu in Lombock was nothing short of wonderful. We hope to return there one day. We loved Tugu!!"Mrauk U Princess Resort: "wonderful stay"
Lovely room, friendly staff. Much sightseeing in surrounding area. Sights that you would not see elsewhere. Six hour trip up the river from SIttwe was relaxing and very interesting. Stayed three nights. Not your average location but you get a terrific glimpse of the countryChakrabongse Villas: "Beautiful stay! Highly recommend"
My friend and I stayed here for a few nights at the beginning of March. The villas are absolutely stunning with a beautiful pool and lovely dining area on the river. All the staff are polite, friendly and super helpful. Mr Ohm and Ms Atom were always there when we needed them, we especially appreciated the late check in and taxi from the airport organised for us. Room was gorgeous and very clean too! The hotel is right in the heart of old BKK so you can escape the hustle and bustle whilst also being able to see all the temples on your doorstep. This place is a hidden gem, highly recommend for anyone wanting a chilled space in BKK or for couples wanting a romantic getaway!Inle Heritage Stilt Houses: "Beautiful hotel & restaurant"
"We went for lunch and spent a few hours at their beautiful terrace watching the lake. Prices for food are well worth, especially considering how beautiful and calm everything is. The place is a school for unfortunate and unprivileged youth who train to become chefs and hotel staff. Seems like a great project. If within your budget I'd definitely recommend staying a night or two at the hotel. Stayed October 2016"
