"We arrived to grey weather and the welcome was as warm as ever! Every single one of the staff here are smiling and welcoming, they treat you like very special guests and the service is wonderful! The chalets each have 2 rooms, so very private...the ""wake ip call"" come with a person serving you tea or coffee as ordered the night before...today was early because the mountains"" are here""... So in order to enjoy the view you get up really early, it is worth it! The food here is scrumptious, be it Nepali or western...one tends to indulge... "We were truly impressed by the quality of the service and amenities at Heritage Suites. Extreme attention has been given to every detail of the hospitality here, and it makes for a truly enjoyable stay. The staff are accommodating and personable, and made every aspect of our visit enjoyable. It is a lovely (and romantic) place to stay. We had dinner and cocktails at the hotel, and were impressed by the quality of both. We ordered breakfast in our suite the next morning, and because it arrived ten minutes late, it was removed from our bill at checkout--a good example of how attentive the staff is to making sure the hospitality is top-notch. "The moment we entered the villa, it felt like home. The villa is nicely decorated, offering you all the space and luxury you desire. A private pool, nice garden, lovely staff, fabulous breakfast and all the privacy you need makes your dream come true. My partner got good advice on where to dive and experienced three nice dives. And we really enjoyed the massages at the Slow Spa which has a nice atmosphere. Slow villas offers a concept we really enjoyed. "This is the perfect place for people like us - wanting to get slightly off the beaten path but with creature comforts such as good water pressure, comfy bed, good food...and most importantly, a beautiful beach with some of the best snorkelling right off the beach we have seen. (...) The snorkelling was incredible - such a beautiful, healthy reef with tons of fish. We were honestly snorkelling 3-4 times a day and it was always different. I am torn as I sort of don't want to tell too many people about this gem of a place but also want to share the experience as this is what we were looking for in the Philippines. Without a doubt the highlight of our trip in terms of places we stayed and we will absolutely go back. An calm and tranquil oasis from the bustling city. So nice just to wander around the charming grounds of the hotel. There are lots of lovey spots to sit down and relax all around the hotel including the library. Very nice pool too. Staff very nice but perhaps not as professional as elsewhere in Thailand. "This has to be one of the best places we have ever been. So relaxing & looked after with great surroundings with also plenty of things to do with the kids. That is what a holiday is all about. The beach is so clear and perfect for kids as is not too deep! The architecture in this resort is breathtaking and the rooms are luxuries. When you walk in you will be amazed! Plus the food is very good, love the breakfast and everything is so fresh! We will be back! Stayed January 2017, traveled with family"
