Tiger Mountain Pokhara Lodge: "A little piece of paradise above Pokhara"
Stayed here for 2 nights on a tour of Nepal and it was the highlight of the trip. Having stayed here in 2011 I was looking forward to my return visit and was not disappointed. The staff, as ever, were fantastic. Marcus was extremely helpful, going out of his way to help a couple of our group who were ill (illness contracted at previous places NOT at Tiger Mountain!). The choice of activities on offer is excellent, the food wonderful, the lodges superb - I'm looking forward to a return visit. I can't recommend this place highly enough.Sukoon Houseboat: "Superawesome"
Visited sukoon houaeboat on 1/7/15 for 1 night. Awesome experience!! Superb food!! Superb hospitality!! On a higher side if compared to other houseboats, but its incomparable to houseboats!! Its a luxury houseboat!! The staff is very cooperative. Jibin n babu too good!! Visit if u wana seek luxury!! Shikara ride is a must!! Also if lukng for a taxi for complete trip i would recomend out driver mushtaq bhaijaan..(099-06-460370)Excellent person with complete knowledge, knows where to visit and where to shop!!Manukan Island Resort: "Excellent service, wonderful view but overpriced food"
"Excellent service. Convenient to reach via Jesselton Point although the numerous boat company counters made the experience a little chaotic. Note that for an additional RM10 per person, the boat company offers return trip. Staff know the various companies very well and will contact them regarding the return trip on the behalf of guests. Upon arrival, we had to pay the conservation fee before we were brought into a small room next to the reception for registration. We booked a beach side villa which is near the two resort-run restaurants, a local cheaper restaurant and the sundry shop (selling water, ice-cream, snacks, etc at a more reasonable price). The private beach for guests is on the other side of the main building. There are beach chairs with umbrellas and hammocks. Internet worked but sometimes the signal was not very strong. Staff served us with complementary drinks and apples in our room on the first day of arrival. Room was very clean. We were lucky as we were told that the beach side villa has just been renovated. So everything was new. We received complimentary mineral waters. Breakfast was included in the cost of the room. International spread with sufficient variety. Dining at the Perahu restaurant was pretty expensive but there were no other choices at night. The selection was rather limited that we got bored pretty fast. Would recommend the burger and the ayam penyet. Room service available at no extra charges but limited food selection and there was a slight price difference for the same meal we could get from the restaurant. Very convenient when it is raining outside. Nice jungle trekking towards the sunset point. Took us about 40 minutes to trek through the forest. We could also take the normal paved road but we decided to be a little bit more adventurous. The path was clear. Torchlight and umbrella were provided in the rooms. Those were very useful when we happened to trek on a rainy late afternoon. Had a really enjoyable stay. Great for lazing around. Staff was ever so helpful. They made arrangement for us with the boat operator, Sunny Rainbow, for our return trip. We were initially told that we have to wait till 14:00. As we had two hours to spend, we went to the restaurant. An hour later, the staff came to us that a boat is leaving at 13:30. They had already gotten our bags out from the reception and were ready to help carry the stuff onto the boat. Would definitely love to visit again. Hope that more will be done to ensure the cleanliness of the sea. Pity to see so much plastics gathered near the beach at the sunset point."4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "My place of rest."
I truly appreciate the quality service the and attention that the staff gave us. The location is always one of my personal favorites to spend time unwinding from the challenges of mega city life. You need to spend a minimum of two days here to truly appreciate the recharge you will experience.Sandat Glamping Tents: "wonderful place"
Sadly we could only stay one night, we will definitely be back. Tasteful and top quality in every respect. We felt relaxed after one day like we'd been there a week! The staff were lovely, friendly but unobtrusiveNoel Rodrigo’s Leopard Safaris: "Great time"
"I loved it! From the first steps we made into the camp, till the minute we had to leave. Noel´s Safari Camp is probably the best and most ecological way of luxury living around the national park. Every tent has a comfy bed with netted windows, monkeysafe and outdoor styled bathroom facilities, solar lights, eco soap and wonderfully scented and clean towels and linen. Although we knew that we´re already in the national park, surrounded by wildlife we felt totally safe. We sadly didn´t get the chance to see any leopards on our safary, but the fact that we could spot lots of other animals in their natural environment itself is woth going there."Tugu Bali: "Amazing Experience. I love the TUGU!"
"I had a wonderful time during my short stay last week at Tugu Bali. When I return to, I'll certainly be staying again, and this time longer. Tugu Bali a beautiful and authentic hotel with a wonderful staff. I was traveling alone on this trip and I was truly sad my wife didn't get to experience this special hotel with me. From amazing breakfast to even better sunsets, if you're headed to Canggu Bali you want to go here. The experience was truly exceptional and one I will take with me forever... or at least until I return to Tugu."4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "A fantastic place never seen anything like this"
Peace and quiet- this is an amazing place. Go there and see and experience it. Lovely food and the tents are amazing with a front porch and the bathroom is something different you can look at the river wen you take a bath. The staff are really friendly and helpful and will do everything for you.Les Maisons Wat Ko: "Idyllic setting, quality accommodation."
We stayed for 6 nights in a delightful room, located in one of the 3 Khmer houses located in a tropical garden, with lotus pond and a fabulous pool. There were plenty of comfortable lounges and sun beds all with sun canopies to shield us from the strong sun. The pool was a perfect temperature. The food was beautifully presented and the set menus were delicious. The breakfast choice was excellent, and served over looking the garden. Tea and coffee was available all day if the dining area, there was plenty of comfortable seating around the lotus pond and in a covered in area out of the sun if preferred. The crockery used was unique and made by Cambodian Artisans. The staff were very attentive and gave us brilliant hints and advice about tours etc. The drivers we had, were arranged by the hotel and drove very safely and we felt relaxed on our drive to Siem Reap airport. All in all a beautiful place to stay in a very friendly atmosphere highly recommendedJing’s Residence: "Delightful hidden gem"
A very special place, very comfortable, beautiful courtyards and stylish rooms and lots of little extras. We ate in both nights and food was very good. The staff were very welcoming and the breakfast was varied and good. There was afternoon tea provided. A very good experience.
