Satri House: "Lovely, serene place to unwind!"
"Beautiful, serene hotel. The detailed decoration in all the hallways and rooms is amazing. The staff was always extremely friendly, ready to help with anything and made the stay very memorable. The hotel is not located in the middle of the busy area which is actually a nice change. The included breakfast is great and definitely a full meal (choice of local and western). This is really just a minor thing but the restaurant and room service hours could be a little bit better. Dinner ends quite early for what we are used to and walking back to town for a bite to eat is a bit far (and dark). The hotel is located quite a bit outside the busy streets where more touristy restaurants are open until late."Chakrabongse Villas: "Great ambience…amazing place..magic gardens"
"We were invited to a private function at this amazing place on the river...you could see Wat Aron opposite...we are familiar with the area..but the view on the terrace..at 7 pm..sipping champagne..was as close to heaven I was going to experience..the stars, and sights of the is beautiful city of Bangkok. This must be the absolute wedding venue..the gardens, the flowers , the trees made it heavenly.. We had wonderful food...indoors and outdoors...the crab curry was so delicious I had three helpings...my husband said that I should have had also the chicken...the deserts were so good...and normally I am not a desert person..it was a delight Dinner setting..it felt as if for royality..."Rice & Zen Boutique Resort: "Small Luxury Hotel Which Delivvered Great Service in Difficult Conditions"
"Considering the rain that this part of Thailand has had in recent weeks the level of service was excellent. The management team and staff are friendly and efficient. The quality of food is excellent and its presentation take it to the next level. Reception was happy to organise transport for us when we attended a private party and subsequently in the week when we visited Fisherman's Village. We were met at the airport by the owner of the resort Poy, and he regulalry puts in an appearance at the hotel. He can be justifably proud of his team, as they work tirelessly to .your stay is a happy one. We will be back, Stayed January 2017, traveled as a couple"Sandat Glamping Tents: "Amazing experience"
Our first glamping experience and it was amazing! I love how they are eco friendly and surrounded by nature. We loved the private pool and the big tents, they also don't get hot inside as they have the fans and it's really comfortable. Lovely staff, very welcoming :)Bali Jiwa Villa: "Bali’s best kept secret"
"Bali Jiwa Villa, located in the Ubud district is a hidden gem. Situated in the small village of Desa Kelusa on the outskirts of Ubud, it is set among beautiful rice fields in total privacy. It is a little hard to find, however this is what makes it an unique getaway for a couple looking for a romantic retreat or just a place far away from the usual crowds. There are two separate villas that are mirror images of each other, both with the same wonderful view, yet both completely separate and private. The room is colorful and tastefully decorated with one huge bed in the middle and comfy seats all around. The bathroom is large and modern and very well appointed. Each villa has it’s own pool that sits overlooking the rice paddies, but still offers privacy as it sits up above the rice fields. You can see people working in the fields sometimes, which gives you an unique feeling of being part of the village life that goes by each day. Bali Jiwa Villa has to be one of Ubud’s best kept secrets for those people who want to discover somewhere quite unique and special and I would recommend it to anyone who wanted to experience the true Balinese countryside. Nigel."MAISON POLANKA: "Our favourite place ever!"
We have never enjoyed a place to stay - anywhere we have travelled - more than Maison Polanka. This is like staying in someone's home - or the home you might dream about having one day. With large, beautiful gardens and an elegant swimming pool, but only a handful of rooms so it's very peaceful never feels crowded even with other guests around. We also had the best Cambodian food of our trip in their restaurant, which is really just a few tables outside by the pool, but outshone anywhere else we ate. Off menu, they were kind enough to make a special noodle soup (nom banh chok) one day for us for lunch - it was delicious and worth making a special request for (in advance). We stayed in the Khmer House as a treat, and it was beautiful and spacious, though I think anyone would be happy with any of the rooms they have. But the best part of Maison Polanka are the people who work there who are warm, welcoming and willing to help with everything, from tour planning, surprise afternoon cakes by the pool, and a wonderfully memorable trip to the Road 60 night market for a dinner of insects, stuffed frogs and other more familiar foods! Our thanks in particular to Cathy, Chan, and Vong! Don't bother looking anywhere else in Siem Reap, just stay here!Les Maisons d’Itac: "Surprising quality"
We took our staff for a company outing to this property over 3 nights. We are surprised with the quality of the villas, cabanas and pools and the amazing service that was provided. They are really lovely people and Bryan manages the place very well. We had no complaints and nothing went wrong,We purchased our foods and they cooked for us. Its a very quiet and peaceful location which is hard to find in Philippines. The only downsides are the long trip to get there which is about 3 hours and the lack of a beach to swim. On the plus side there are interesting activities around the place like kawasan falls and oslob whale watch, Ideal for people needing such a holiday or company affairs.Villa Song Saigon: "Great"
A very relaxing place with great gardens and pool. Excellent restaurant and choices of food. Room was very large and comfortable. Good bathroom. Out of town but still only 15 minutes away by speedboat or a bit longer by taxi.Tugu Malang: "Beautifull java architecture"
"I stayed in Hotel Tugu malang for 2 days in last February, I stayed in one deluxe room in 2nd floor not the cheapest room in the Hotel. The room is very spacious,we had a welcome message and welcome drink also welcome fruit when we are check in,Bath room is very wide Bed is very nice also,I think Hotel Tugu malang is the cheapest Tugu in Indonesia especially if you are compared with Hotel Tugu Lombok or Bali. We also have dinner last night in the Hotel they have so many choices of food,I ordered some duck and my friend ordered sop Buntut Also,Breakfast also nice they have traditionall Indonesian or java food, they provide buffee and alacarte also for the breakfast, for me the Hotel is the best Hotel in Malang. "Villa Song Saigon: "The most decadent hotel in a peaceful location"
From the moment we got out of the taxi upon arrival to getting in a taxi to leave, the staff were all tremendously helpful, polite and cheerful. They really made everything seem as if it were no trouble at all. Our room was decadent, comfortable and a joy to stay in. To top it off, all of the added perks just made this the most wonderful hotel to spend our short time in Ho Chi Minh in: the Apple TV, the complimentary minibar and the boat shuttle to the centre.
