It was great to experience the beauty of Thailand in the guest rooms, the restaurant and the gardens. The whole property feels zen and made for a very restful stay. The breakfast which was included in the price of our rooms offered many choices and everything was delicious. The service is impeccable and friendly. Every place we saw was kept clean and neat. If you wanna enjoy the garden of eden in real life this is the place to visit. Excellent rooms, high quality interiour, excellent food presented to perfection. Nice pool surrended by a beatifull garden, and a lot of swings two make your stay perfect. It is hard to leave this hotel but if you go left you cross a rainforrest and end up at a deserted beach.Tugu Bali: "Wonderful property and top-notch service"
Stayed here for my birthday in May, and found the service to be amazing. The entire staff was friendly but not obtrusive, and the hotel grounds are just beautiful. They also helped my friends arrange a birthday surprise for me; highly recommend this place for a peaceful getaway! Also very close to all of the fun nightlife in Canggu.Rachamankha: "YES! YES! YES! I wanted to stay at Tamarind but I could not get the same room for 4 nights, and I am so glad I chose this instead. This hotel is wonderful. A glorious architectural wonder in a quiet Chiang Mai old quarter spot. The rooms-and ours was a standard- are wonderful. I wished I could have seen the upgraded rooms, but if a standard was this great, who needs an upgrade? The only small negative I had overall is that the shower tiles are a bit dated...could use a re-do...other than than that, all was amazing. Awesome staff, beautiful, sumptous breakfast, gorgeous rooms and amenities, lovely pool area. Easy walk to anything and everything. Wonderfully helpful staff with activities and transportation. 5 star all the way.David’s Kitchen: "Excellent!!"

"I'm really glad that we stopped in here to get some food. The food is phenomenal, and the preparation and presentation is quite unique. It's a different take on Thai food, and the folks who work there had time to talk to us, and give us an education on how they source the food, from farm-to-table, and have relationships with actual farmers. The head chef even brought us different types of brown rice to show differences. I enjoyed their take on Tom Yam. I think one of the wonderful things they understand is that food IS medicine and it can heal you. I also like that they travel quite a bit, so they have a sophisticated palate, and introduce you to food you've already had, and make it in a new, and creative way. The dessert was also great. It wasn't overwhelming, like it sometimes can be. I ended up taking a lot of photos because they have some of the best presentation around. We received a wonderful,warm welcome at this peaceful haven which is a 10 minute taxi ride from the centre of Ubud. We chose a room in the new block overlooking the rice fields which was just beautiful- the pictures on the website do not do it justice. Fresh fruit was delivered to our room each evening. Breakfast at the Terracotta restaurant overlooking the rice fields was lovely and eating there in the evening was magical. The staff go out of their way to be helpful at every opportunity. We used the hotel as a base from which to explore this fascinating part of the island and would definitely recommend it. We visited Cambodia for the sole purpose of seeing the historic and amazing Angkor wat sites. Thankfully we chose a gem of a hotel in the Samar. This is the perfect hidden gem, it is an oasis of peace and tranquility, and a unique boutique hotel. The hotel is of a high standard, with friendly helpful staff who can arrange your trips and ensure your stay is excellent. The pool is quiet and essential to aid recovery from the heat and busyness of visiting popular historic sites. Food was excellent with prompt service when required to catch your transport for touring. Rooms were clean, comfortable, peaceful and unique making your stay special. This is definitely a luxury hotel where you are made to feel special with excellent service and standards. This is a perfect special place to stay and I would definitely recommend it and will definitely return.Tugu Lombok: "Amazing"
Although some might feel the place is too dark and is haunted, my husband and I however loved the quaint interior at the Tugu Lombok. Every piece of furniture or wall carving has been carefully chosen to decorate this hotel. The service was beyond excellent and they had an array of bespoke activities to choose from. I cant wait to come back!
