Villa Song Saigon: "Perfection"

Review by: mginter | Source: Trip Advisor
"This hotel is wonderful. You may hesitate to stay somewhere a bit outside of the main HCMC hustle and bustle, but once you're here you won't regret the decision. I didn't care much for HCMC, so after a few hours down there, it was nice to escape across the river (like fleeing back to the CT suburbs after an afternoon in NYC). Breakfast is fabulous and served to you riverside - full menu of choices. There are pretty regular boat shuttles into HCMC but if you don't want to wait for one or miss one, a cab ride is like $7 USD (which, if you can afford to stay here...shouldn't really be an issue). Beds are comfortable. Turndown service included yummy pastry - cream puffs, madeleines. Because it's a small hotel, the pool is quiet and never crowded. They also exchange cash at spot! Would return. Stayed March 2017, traveled with friends"

Sanak Retreat Bali: "Wonderful place to stay in Bali"

Review by: Aviva F | Source: Trip Advisor
"We booked a two-bedroom villa, even though it was just for my daughter and myself. The accommodation is amazing. We were woken up our first morning by a very noisy family next door, not respecting other people's peace and quiet. The management moved us without any fuss - they said they had been aware of the noise. The restaurant has the most amazing views - it is such a peaceful place to sit in the morning. The spa is beautiful, such a serene place. The staff are all very attentive. We had a blessing at the on-site temple, which I loved. We went on the trip to Tamblingan Temple. It is such a great thing to see. The only thing that I was disappointed about was that on a very rainy day we trekked through the forest for an hour to get to the canoe, to take us across the lake. I had been advised that my canvas pumps were adequate ( I did have walking shoes in the room) but my feet were absolutely soaked. When we got off the canoe, it became obvious we could have just driven to the lake and got on the canoe. I do understand that on some days the forest walk would have been lovely, but it was too wet and muddy. I was too soaked to go onto the waterfall (part of the same trip) - I'd also been told it would be very steep and wet. I just wish they had advised us properly before we set out, especially as I had asked (this was an expensive trip too - think we could have just organised a taxi) Our driver was so lovely and offered to take us to a coffee plantation instead. We loved it there and held a luwak too! Room Tip: The rooms near the spa might be quieter"

Cuca: "Wonderful experience"

Review by: Rychki | Source: Trip Advisor
"I was in Jimbaran for a wedding so googled best place to eat - Cuca popped up! The reviews were not wrong. I had the degustation like recommended, this consisted of baked scallop, cuban corn, roasted pork buns, mushroom fritters, smoked butterfish, bbq octopus, crispy fried chicken and bali breakfast for dessert. The portions were perfect, I wasn't starving when I got there but I left content, not stuffed. My fave dishes were the scallop, pork bun, butterfish and the dessert which is surprising as I'm not usually one for fruit based desserts. The presentation was beautiful, the setting was amazing (three choices - out in the garden with the coconut trees, in the private dining area or in front of the chefs). My waitress was very knowledgable and very attentive. The dishes came out in perfect timing, not letting me sit there for ages but also gave me decent room in-between courses. It's pricy for Bali but what you get - you'd be paying double or going towards triple that in Australia. The degustation also included and alcoholic digestive drink aswell. Was a very special experience and one of my best dinners in Bali over 4 trips to the island to date."

MesaStila: "Amazing Place !"

Review by: Muhamadian R | Source: Trip Advisor
"I was hesitant as the location is rather far from our base of stay in Yogya but saw the review and decided to try it. I was so glad I did, it’s such as unique and amazing place. Nestled in the middle if coffee plantation and surrounded by 8 mountains. In the morning we walked around the surrounding villages and feel so peaceful, the people are extraordinarily friendly and we feel at home. It’s not cheap at all but the stay was well worth it, I wished I stayed more than 1 night. Will return and stay longer God willing. Uploaded pictures that will say more words than I could write."

Neeleshwar Hermitage: "Relax in luxury"

Review by: a visitor from ireland | Source: Trip Advisor
"From the moment you enter this resort you start to relax. The resort is well designed so you feel very secluded from other guests. We had a seaview room which was very comfortable. It was spacious and had a nice sit out area which was shaded at all times. The pool is magical with great views over the sea. We stayed for 4 nights and for most of the time we were the only guests as it was the start of the season. I started each day with the yoga, the instructor Anil is excellent and he was patient with this beginner. The food is very good, no western food on the main menu but they did offer to create some for us - but we couldn't resist the local dishes. The do have indian beer and wine but no cocktails or spirits. The staff were very attentive and we were looked after very well. The spa is an oasis of calm and I recommend trying some treatments, the therapists were great. The beach was lovely to walk along, easily accessible from the resort. It's not a private beach so we met some very friendly locals. I only left the resort once, for a short cycle on one of the hotel bikes which was fun. I'd love to return here and could easily stay for a week. Total relaxation in this beautiful oasis of calm."

Talabgaon Castle: "Calm and serene !!"

Review by: SmitaMundra | Source: tripadvisor.com
"Just one and a half hour drive from jaipur, this hotel is a gem, a beautifully converted 'haveli'. We stayed in the heritage suit which was upto the mark and tastefully done. Since we ( me, my husband and two sons) were the only guests at that time, the service was impeccable. The staff is very humble and courteous and always ready to assist. The grounds are vast and spacious with plenty of space to walk around. The food is also very good. The place has a calm and serene environment. It is a perfect destination for short relaxing and quite holiday. Highly recommend it."

Rachamankha: "It felt like a dream"

Review by: Xtina0616 | Source: Trip Advisor
"This hotel is unreal. You will feel like you are in the movie, The best Marigold hotel. Very quite and calm(no offense to kids and parents, but thanks to their no kids policy) serene. Staffs were soooo nice. Their English was short but they tried their best. Location is perfect. Short walk to temples, street food, and sunday market(Must go!!!-food, music and everything is there, it's huge!!) You will get lost because every street looks the same and similar temples are every corner. We got lost so many times but just take tuk tuk back to your hotel. (I recommend writing down hotel addresss in thai since most drivers dont understand English. Room is beautiful, not 5 star hotel way, but more authentic kind of way which I love. The best part that made me almost cry? We had to leave hotel at 4am to catch our super early flight, they prepared us little bag of sandwiches, fruit, cracker, yogurt and soy milk. We arrived at the airport, nothing was opened, I had the sandwich which was made with love. Almost tasted like what mom makes for the kids. With a lot of love. Almost made me cry. I love love this hotel sooooo much. I will be back very soon."

Chakrabongse Villas: "Chakrabongse Villa – Royalty @ the Chao Phraya River"

Review by: Jacomo50 | Source: tripadvisor.com
"I was there for the 4th. tme in several years and it get's even better ! Chakrabongse Villa lies in my favourite part of the old city. Situated on the Rattanakosin Island @ walking distance from the pulsing food and flower market of BKK - Phak Klong Talad. Chakrabongse Villa is a very distinguished and stylised Boutique hotel and restaurant almost opposite the famous Wat Arun. The setting is gorgeous, the food is Thai and of course a little bit farang-style, but over all. To have dinner here with your friends or family is a real experience. The staff is very friendly, The wine-list could be bigger and at the end you just have to try it to to ad another experience to your life."

Tandjung Sari: "Perfect for Honeymooners"

Review by: Philadelphiakohsamu | Source: tripadvisor.com
My husband an I came to the beautiful place as a gift from my father in law, as he had stayed here before. We were so pleasantly surprised, the place was fantastic. The room was clean and had relaxing day beds inside and out the front of the cottage we even had out own private hut to relax in. The room was very clean and we felt very comfortable, the shower was outdoors. The best part was the beautiful gardens that surrounded us, the restaurant is on the beach, also the day spa at the hotel is the best I have ever been to. We cant wait to return.
