This place has simply gotten things right. The service is amazing - staff constantly surprised us with their foresight and attention to details we sometimes forgot eg offering bottled water for our bike ride, calling ahead re our flights, farewell gifts, organising and accompanying us on our trips out, closing our window shutters in the evening, offering blankets when it got cold dining outside. It goes without saying that the resort is beautiful with spectacular views of the lake and the furnishings and design are tasteful. Decent selection for breakfast with something new each day. Homemade yoghurt was delicious. Dinner and lunch menus were also different each day - food was all tasty but wholesome and clean. The rooms are huge and comfortable. Only regret is we should have booked a lake view room, well worth the extra dollars!Dewakan: "Top of the World"

We spend 5 nights in this hotel, everything was perfect : rooms are nice and full furnished, very quiet environment ! And the owners of this paradise Françoise and Michel are so nice and helpful. The restaurant is also amazing (you have test quiche lorraine and fondant chocolat). I warmly recommend this place if you want a fantastic stay in Vietnam.Flower Island: "Simply Amazing"
"If you are looking for a place to truly relax, that is off the beaten path, and want to be surrounded by friendly mellow guests and attentive, caring staff, then this is the place for you. Flower Island is not like the other crowded resorts in Palawan. This is truly a place where you will chill and relax. For those that can’t sit still there is snorkeling (great reef just steps from your room), kayaks, SUPs, pearl farm tour and trekking around the island to keep you occupied. I was there before with friends and then the 2nd time with my hubby as i cant stop talking about it. The 2nd visit was a surprised for me for our annivesary. We have been upraded to old kitchen with private jacuzzi, it was fantastic. And we have an old kitchen stove preserved by unesco in our room, what else can we ask for more. The mansion, believe not need introduction or promotion, the building speaks for itself. The best conservation and well preserved building in Penang and Malaysia...so far...Tugu Bali: "A true gem"
We stayed at this beautiful and unique hotel two nights and enjoyed every moment. There is much to see with it's great collection of art and well curated furniture. General feeling is very welcoming, easy going and effortless luxury. The room was really our kind of taste: eclectic furniture, natural and nice ocean view. "We had a great time staying at this resort. We really do appreciate all the attention to details as well as all the special care that we had received from the staffs and management throughout our stay. Foods at the restaurant were very nice from breakfast dishes to lunch and dinners. We were lucky enough to be able to meet with the young owner. We can tell that he really love what he is doing. "Great boutique hotel with excellent reach to shopping and plenty of food options. The team was very accommodating to my request for a quiet room and provided a free upgrade when we arrived at 8pm. Room was very large and well decorated. The bed was the largest I have ever seen and so so comfy. Room layout was way better than any other 5 stars hotels I have stayed in Bangkok. A great bargain if you intend to eat, shop and get massages as they are all within walking distance. Not suitable for people who want to enjoy a sunbathing or pool access as there is no pool. I was aware but perfect as I intended to do other things around Bangkok. Highly recommended."
