Tiger Mountain Pokhara Lodge: "The best views in all of Pokhara"
"What a magical stay this was! With breathtaking views of the Himalayan mountain range right from your balcony any time of day, the views alone are worth the stay. When the skies are clear, and if you ask, the staff will come to your room and wake you up so you can watch the sun rise from the mountains -- a view that will bring you to tears. Meals are included in the price -- the chef cooks the best Nepali curries I've ever had the pleasure of trying. The estate itself is lovely, quaint, lodge-like and smack right in the middle of nature. The hotel itself is also part of the Pack for a Purpose initiative -- where you can pack school supplies and give them to a school at a local village nearby. Another truly authentic and beautiful experience. I'd go again in a heart beat next time I find myself in Pokhara."Labyrinth: "Gastronomical experience"
A good take of Singapore's famous and iconic dishes. The chef played with texture, sight and temperature. A witty and successful attempt. Recommend tourists and locals to visit this restaurant. I like the signature chili crab and pen cai risotto. So good I wished there was more.Manda De Laos: "Not to be missed"
"We were staying nearby and saw that Manda de Laos had a good rating so we decided to try it and what a pleasant surprise it was! Let me start by the service which was superb! The waiter took the time to take us through the different dishes and explaining them to us! The setting is out of this world, i don't think many restaurants can beat such a romantic setting! The food is extremely tasty triggering every single taste bud I have! All in a superb experience not to be missed"Supanniga Luxury Bangkok River Cruises: "A beautiful birthday celebration"
I celebrated my birthday with my husband onboard the suppaniga cruise :) the food is exceptional, the staff were attentive to your needs, and the whole experience gives you blissful serenity. Indeed, a perfect way to celebrate my birthday and end our 5-day thailand vacation.misool: "Beyond beautiful"
"As a long time diver in the Caribbean and the Great Barrier Reef, I was amazed at the diversity and abundance of the: soft and hard corals, the fish, sharks, nudibranchs, clams, starfish, mantas etc at Misool. The colors are amazing. I had to remind myself that the reefs were real and not computer generated. Everywhere you looked there was a different coral and an unfamiliar fish/animal. We stayed in a Water Cottage built above the water on stilts. Each night we slept to the sound of water rippling against the pilings, in a very comfortable king size bed surrounded by a canopy of mosquito netting. There were few mosquitos near us though others reported some. Food is abundant, delicious, amazingly varied and served family style so you get to know everyone there. You walk along boardwalks surrounded by flowers to diving, presentations and the dining area. We felt pampered our entire time at Misool, by the diving staff, the kitchen and wait staff, house staff, the management and the astounding beauty of the place. Equally impressive is the work the owners of Misool do protecting the reefs, providing jobs / job training and education to the community. The beauty and health of the reefs at and around Misool is do in large part because of the work that Misool does in protecting the reef with it's ""no take"" zone, employing local men to patrol and monitor fishing, as well as the recycling programs that keep the waters clean and also teach the children about the value of their ocean. Misool is a very special place, most of the people who were diving with us were returning because they love it. We also hope to return. "Nimmu House: "Absolutely wonderful"
Nimmu House is a boutique hotel 45 minutes from Leh. It's a wonderful place to stay: the charm of the old house, the fruit trees garden, the personalised service... The rooms are clean and beautifully renovated, as well as the rest of the house. The food is excellent and for all tastes. And the aperitif around the bonfire is a must!Mume: "Modern contemporary cuisine in Taipei"
Helmed by chefs whom trained at the world renowned Noma, comes a modern contemporary restaurant with Taiwanese elements. Ingredients are mostly locally sourced I believe. The sensibilities are quite close to the Nordic style of cuisine, which is subtle in flavour albeit quite well balanced.Misool Eco Resort: "Wow, What an amazing Place"
"this is the one place the journey to get there is worth the experience, the resort is spacious and well laid out the rooms are well laid out and the outdoor bathroom/shower while strange for the 1st time soon became normal. the food and the dining area was great, there is beer and wine available but no spirits or bar service, so if you have a favorite tipple then you will need to bring that with you, but food and accommodation aside you are here to dive and you wont be be disappointing, the house reef Jetty dive is probably the best house reef dives in the world, this is only location I am aware of were you can see Reef Mantas and Oceanic Mantas interacting at the same cleaning station, the variety of see life is incredible, Pygmy seahorse, turtles, sharks, Nudi's, corrals, if you can think of it there probably is one there somewhere, we even had whales passing the bay during evening drink times. if you are into photography, you are going to have a few challenges, makro, wide angle, video, the dives are so diverse you need every option available, the other challenge is the sea life is so rich the fish keep getting in the way of your shots... overall this resort is not easy to get to it is at the upper end of the cost market, but is it worth it, yes and Yes my last comment is a bit selfish since I have now had the honor of visiting this region is that we (the traveler) continue to seek out remote untouched places to visit, they then become popular destroying the reason we went there in the first place, the management of the resort and the sanctuary zone is extremely well done, i truly hope it does not bend to more commercial pressures."Dewakan: "A culinary gem"
Heard about this place from friends n social media so decided to give it a try. Wow! Love love love. From the moment we walked in until we walked out, the experience was memorable. Food was excellent n service was top notch. Only setback is the distance. Truly a culinary gem.Yandabo Home: "A special place"
"Having enjoyed our river cruise from Bagan, we were whisked by a small boat to arrive at Yandabo Home and a warm greeting from the staff group. A real achievement to create this boutique hotel here, off the beaten track. Simple bedroom with a high quality bathroom and products and food well presented. Friendly staff took us to visit the local villages with tea and biscuits on the way on the boat back a nice touch. Thanks to all the team. Stayed February 2017, traveled as a couple"
