Les Maisons Wat Kor: "Maison Wat Kor – Peaceful, beautiful, welcoming"
This is a small, simple hotel, where the emphasis is on the setting, the lake, the garden, the service rather than in-room facilities. The rooms are quite simple, but perfectly comfortable, with all the facilities you reasonably need, and mostly look over a wonderful little lake with waterlilies and all kinds of flowers. There is a small restaurant serving simple but beautifully prepared food, and offering three set breakfasts - all very well judged. The most notable thing, however, is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff - they really make you feel as if you were in your own home. We cannot recommend if highly enough - we really didn't want to leave!Sea Dance Resort: "Spot on – relaxed vibe, great hospitality, great team and lovely, clean rooms"
Thanks to the team - Faith, Helen, the entire staff at Sea Dance and Poy, the hotel owner, for making us feel so welcome and answering all our questions and giving us great recommendations of where to eat, what to do and see. Lovely beach, infinity pool, the place to chill after a day of exploring Ko Samui. The live music and buffet evening was outstanding and fun, kicked off by free cocktails on the pool deck. Absolutely gorgeous rooms, we had a pool villa which was private. Shops are around the corner, busy Chaweng about 10 minutes away. This lovely retreat really hit all the right spots for us and we would return in a heart beat. Go on and book it, you won't regret it.David’s Kitchen: "Best Restaurant in Chiang Mai"
What a wonderful evening at David's Kitchen. Even though it was a monsoon outside, the restaurant was absolutely packed. Both food and drink were great. I highly recommend the lobster bisque. The cocktail and wine list were both excellent. Chef David stopped by every table to chat with the customers and make sure they were having a great meal. Excellent and personalized service at its best.Villa Song Saigon: "Magnificent hotel and fantastic staff"
Villa Song really is an impressive hotel, set in pristine grounds on the banks of the Saigon River in District 2. My family and I had the most divine stay, which coincided with both of my parents' birthdays. In addition to the accommodating staff who were considerate of my family's needs, my parents were treated like royalty and were each presented with a beautiful bunch of flowers and a cake at breakfast. The rooms were fabulous and plush, the free mini bar was a really nice touch. We took the extremely convenient shuttle speed boat to the centre of town along the Saigon River and we also enjoyed an afternoon relaxing by the pool in luxury. Highly recommended place to stay, thank you so much to Ms. Thuy and all the staff for helping to make our stay so memorable.Tiger Mountain Pokhara Lodge: "Stunning views of Annapurnas"
"Loved this sanctuary at the foothills of the Annapurnas. The host was Super friendly and had dinner with us our first night. We had a villa just near the restaurant/bar which was quintessentially Nepalese. This is not for Budget travellers as the restaurant is on the expensive side and there's no where else in the immediate vicinity to dine. Stayed March 2017, traveled with friends"Rachamankha: "Serenity in the city, beatiful interior, outstanding services, love breakfast the most esp in December"
Quality of everything in the hotel are outstanding. The owner and staffs are very dedicated. A real hideaway break that you can find in the city of Chiangmai. Walking distance to weekend night market and close to temple and Oasis SpaCuca: "Exceptional!"
"This was easily ranked one of, if not, the best meals we've had in Bali. The property sits on a beautiful idyllic garden surrounded by coconut trees. It has an open concept kitchen and I diners sat by the kitchen counter. Service was excellent, in fact, more than excellent. So much attention to details without being intrusive. Food was an explosion of Flavours. I'm not going to list what we ate but everything we had was amazing. It's the first time I went to a restaurant and not take pics of the food as pics will not justify the experience. Like it says in the menu, come with an open mind and an empty stomach! Totally worth it!"Rahai’i Pangun: "Beautiful"
Wow Borneo is very well run. The boats are clean, modern and the crew fantastic. The food is without a doubt 5 star. The 2 owners are really committed to giving you the very best service. I have been 3 times now on the boat. You see the orangutans up close and its such an intimate experience. You enter by small boat to see them. The Dayak villages are so beautiful and keep their old ways. Its a great trip. Such a beautiful part of the world.Hotel Tugu Bali: "hidden gem in plain sight"
"i am a vintage girl when it come to property, and i already known tugu as one of the heritage hotels in Indonesia. Never visit the other site tho, but the brand is all about antique and vintage Javanese set up in my mind. And the one in Bali for sure was stunning set up. With all old Javanese furniture in lashes green surrounding. As now, the area is becoming upscale and trendy and hip area, Tugu hotel is seriously get away from modern and chic neighborhood in just steps away. If you like vintage hotel, this is THE one."The Island Lodge: "Wonderful place, exceptionally well run"
We stayed for 2 nights in this idyllic place. Michel has an excellent team of friendly and dedicated staff. Every detail is considered and the food is fabulous. Not cheap but there is a generosity of spirit here and an attention to quality that makes it good value. We will return. An easy journey from Saigon and seamless transfers.
