"I went to Misool Eco Resort again (5th time). The diving seems to be better every year. For the past 7 years fishing around the resort is not allowed anymore, so there is more fish every time. A few years ago i saw a shark every now and then. Now there are sharks on every dive. Saw mantas several times. This was the first time i was there in March/April and the visibility was very good. I found my stay here very relaxing, even with the 45 dives i did in two weeks. The weather: mainly sunny. I think it rained at night a few times. What a great find, quiet, clean and comfortable, and more than I was expecting. Thank you Yu for all your help, you were the perfect host. This hotel is very close to the night bazaar and restaurants. There are loads of travel shops advertising trips, but we used the nearest one just around the corner and had a great trip with them. The White Palace and the Black House are a must to see as they are so unique. On a rainy day we went to the 3D art exhibition at Art in Paradise, it was such good fun, and far more than an exhibition.Heritage Suites Hotel: "Excellent hotel!"
We were at this hotel as part of our honeymoon trip. Very well located, near the airport, and near the center of Siem Reap, our stay was very pleasant. The rooms are really nice and comfortable, and the staff people are very friendly, like all the people you know in Cambodia. "I have never been to a place like 4 Rivers Floating Lodge. We were amazed by the spectacular view, the tranquility, and the over-all ambiance of the place. The travel going to the hotel was a little long from Phnom Penh but everything was worth it. I highly recommend 4 Rivers floating Lodge to people who just want to escape to a world of peace and quiet. The staff were great. I also loved the food that was served.But what I'm truly impressed about is that the operations of the hotel is sustainable and environmentally sound. Kudos. "I remember we arrived at Tugu around 9pm. While checking in two families arrived. They were on the same flight we were from Singapore. Looking all around I exclaimed ""What a beautiful place!""... And the guy next to me replied ""It's a magical place!"" That's what Tugu is. A magical place. It's not a luxury place, it may not be the best hotel you've ever been! But it may very well be an experience you will never forget.
