Mie Cafe: "Best food I ever had"
We were a large group and ordered absolutely every item from the menu, to share - there is not even one dish that we did not absolutely adore! It is for sure the best choice in Siem Reap and in Cambodia!Reverie Siam Pai: "Delightful hotel"
We had a four day stay at the Reverie Siam with my elderly parents and two month old baby. The staff were excellent - very kind and flexible when it came to accommodating our baby. I felt comfortable breastfeeding in the restaurant and by the pool which was a massive bonus for me since I didn't have to hole myself up alone to feed. The rooms were beautiful and we loved the jacuzzis. The pools are lovely and we were lucky that the hotel wasn't too crowded - we had sun loungers every day. One thing that was slightly disappointing was the food. Although reasonably priced, I was sad that the meals were not exactly generous in size. The pizzas were especially tiny! Someone is very good at writing menus because everything sounded delicious, but nothing really lived up to its description. Breakfast was big - two dishes, a hot drink, and a juice, but again, the taste just wasn't quite there. All in all though, we had a really great stay and will definitely return if we can.Hotel Tugu Lombok: "What a nice place"
"We (couple with daughter) spent 3 days at this exceptional hotel. Usually we go out to explore the surrounding but this time we stayed at the hotel because it is such a nice place. The staff and management are really motivated to give the guests an unforgettable time. The place is spacious and the rooms are big and very nice decorated. Only downside is the beach. Good for having a relax time on the sunbeds but not so good for swimming. There are some sea urchin. The hotel provides special shoes so you still can go in the water. A better alternative is to go to Gili Air for swimming, diving or snorkeling. It is very close (20 min. by boat). Or just stay at one of the pools and enjoy the very good bar and restaurant. Thanks to everyone who made or stay so nice. We will be back for sure!"Sandat Glamping Tents: "Heaven on earth"
Decadent, Eco friendly accommodation with a difference- I booked two of their tents which included private pools. My family spent one night. They provide a very flexible shuttle into Ubud, with wonderful drivers. We were picked up in Seminyak and the dropped to our next accommodation in Sanur, all preorganised via the internet- really a must do.Talabgaon Castle: "Royal Rajputana Hospitality"
Guaranteed Royal Rajputana Hospitality... SUPERB place to relax with added bonus for horse and Polo lovers... Recommended as must visit for luxury lovers looking for an out of the box destination. Just 1.5 hrs away from Jaipur, you can make this your break journey to Ranthambore.Mathis Retreat: "Charming place"
"We stayed in one of the lovely cottages for three nights. The staff are very friendly and Karin introduced herself to us on our arrival. It's a very tranquil place to relax in. The pool area is wonderful and the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed a delicious evening meal at the restaurant. The hotel is a good walk from Ubud so we hired a driver and a moped during our stay, which the staff arranged for us. We arranged a massage on the morning of departure which was the only disappointment of our stay. The massage room was nice but the gowns provided were old and grey and the massage felt a little rushed. The two therapists were also whispering to each other throughout the treatment which ruined the relaxation somewhat. Overall though a wonderful stay."Tugu Lombok: "WOW"
From the moment we stepped out of the cab my mouth dropped! Tradition, yes and then some! Massive, manicured grounds, Infinity Pools everywhere, your eyes feast from one marvel to another! The staff couldn't be friendlier and more accommodating, they all knew my grandchildren's name in one day! If you wanted to have privacy the grounds are so massive you could have a secluded vacation here! Totally restful and awesome time here.Reverie Siam Pai: "Lovely and different hotel"
Pai was our second city stop in our Thailand trip. We decided to stay at the Reverie Siam as it is close to the main streets of Pai but caters to guests outside of the backpacking crowd. It is definitely like stepping back in time with the type of decor and being slightly secluded with wonderful views of the mountains and river. We stayed in a private villa which offered its own garden view. The bedroom itself is air conditioned but the bathroom is not. We stayed at the end of May/beginning of June and really didn't find the no ac a problem - although I never tried to blow dry my hair for those who would want to do this. The hotel included breakfast every morning from an a la carte menu and we decided to have drinks there every evening. The bar offers lots of fun cocktails, infused gins, and one of the better wine lists we saw while in Thailand. The shuttle runs frequently to the main streets of Pai in the evening, and is only a short 3-4 minute ride. We swam in both pools and enjoyed them both and overall felt very relaxed during our time in Pai.The Cabochon Hotel: "Home away from home"
We loved staying at the hotel, it felt like a home away from home. We were three generations staying there, and we enjoyed it immensely. The staff is professional, accommodating and very welcoming. We will absolutely return.Cabochon Hotel & Residence: "A little slice of heaven in bustling Bangkok"
A small hotel providing 2 and 3 bedroom self catering apartments, appropriate for small families. Very friendly staff and very good service. Located close to shopping facilities and the BTS train services.
