Maison Polanka: "Outstanding boutique hotel"

Great quality hotel with exceptional staff who could went out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable. The grounds are delightful and the rooms spacious. The hotel is in easy reach of the town yet far enough out to offer a peaceful setting.

Tugu Bali: "Beautiful, Peaceful in Canggu"

Loved Tugu Hotel. Amazing staff, wonderful location. The hotel sits right next to the beach in Canggu. It neighbors Canggu's most popular hang out, The Lawn. The area is full if amazing restaurants, bars and hangouts.The hotel offers a tea, coffee, and cake every day from 4:30 - 6:30pm. I totally recommend this place to anyone looking to surf as well. The hotel sits on a big surfing beach! A+++ on location for this place.

misool: "Phenomenal! The most incredible experience and marvelous resort"

"This is our favorite place in the world now! Raja Ampat is astounding and Misool eco resort is the true gem of the region! We were there as snorkelers and loved every aspects of our stay there. Everything was organized and personalized flawlessly, from the booking process and transfer from Sorong to our perfectly set snorkeling planning on a great variety of gorgeous sites, everything about our stay was indeed quite perfect! Our bungalow was impeccable and spacious, wonderfully appointed and located, with the best outdoor bathroom of all times, the food was incredible with a variety of local and international choices, the snorkeling sites were remarkable. And maybe above everything else, everyone at the resort was formidable, each and every person working there warmly and kindly gave us the best experience of our lives! We are traveling around the world for a couple of years and this is by far the most amazing location and resort we've visited! The conservation efforts of the resort are working, the area is thriving again, it's inspiring. To us, Misool eco resort is a true haven and bliss is what we continue to feel when looking back at our time there. We will return for sure and highly recommend them. Thank you all again for making our time in Raja Ampat so unique and unforgettable. "

The Island Lodge: "Paradise on the banks of the mighty Mekong"

We had 24 hours at Island Lodge in April and from the moment we were collected at the main road in the Lodge's golf buggy and whisked down the narrow lane to the hotel, we knew we had found something very special. Michel and Francoise have gone to enormous trouble to make sure that every detail is perfect. The staff are charming courteous and discreet. The rooms are large, cool and ours had a terrific balcony overlooking the infinity pool and the Mekong River beyond. We had a very pleasant afternoon boat tour round Unicorn Island before settling down on the terrasse with an ice cold beer to watch the evening light on the river and the boats of every size and shape. Swimming early in the morning in the large 24 m pool with the Mekong just a few metres away was surreal.

Tugu Malang: "An Amazing Stay"

This historic hotel doesn't look much from the outside as it is surrounded by busy traffic. However, it is an oasis with such traditions as high tea and excellent service. The room was small but has been updated to contain all the modern cons. The bath is unusual in the material it is made from. The food in the dining room is excellent as was the staff. We were welcomed with a personal message painted on a large leaf. There is also a very interesting collection of artefacts.

Tiger Mountain Pokhara Lodge: "Fabulous Respite"

"We stayed here after a grueling six day trek, and what a welcome reward it was! From the moment we disembarked from our jeep, up the steep driveway to the property, our entire group was awed. Literally perched on a mountain top, you have sweeping views from both sides of the mountain. The villas scattered around the property work to maintain privacy, while the beautiful common area has little nooks for privacy, or you can choose to sit on the beautiful verandah, to take in the views, have a drink and rest. The dinner, meanwhile, was delicious, with the tables elegantly set in a non-pretentious way. The villa was beautifully decorated, and again, after our hard work and life in a tent on the trek, the luxurious bed and bathroom was so welcomed! It is truly a retreat - either from the demands that wonderful Nepal asks of you as her traveler, or from the demands that your daily life asks of you. I will certainly return - and might just take in one day in Kathmandu, then come directly back to Tiger Mountain Lodge for three days of beautiful relaxation and rejuvenation."

Arumdalu: "Impressive place"

We visited Belitung island on Dec 2015 with my little children. It was great experience during staying in this hotel. Guests can feel warm hospitality and nice views. Fortunately we met owener of this hotel and heard his way of thinking about of this hotel. I was really impressed by owener.

Supanniga Eating Room: "Like it so much that we went again within 5 days!"

The night that we went for dinner, the restaurant was packed! Good thing we made reservation. We're ushered upstairs our table was a low table with 2 armchairs near to a window. Restaurant is small and it is a tight squeeze. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is yummy. We had the mixed appetizer, the Ma Hor is fantastic, spicy morsel of meat goes well with the tangy orange. We also ordered the crab fried with yellow peppers amongst others. It was this dish that made us go back! And we didn't regret it. For our 2nd dinner we had other dishes beside the crab. All turned out to be so good! Definitely a must try place. Oh yes, don't forget the drinks, the cocktails are very good too. We didn't have dessert there as we planned to walk down the street to Maevaree for their fantastic mango sticky rice.

4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "Floating holiday"

Very enjoyable weekend on kayaks, in waterfalls, jumping into the river. The staff was very helpful, and we enjoyed the meals. After the busyness of Phnom Penh, 4 Rivers was a perfect escape. Glamping turned out to be a lot of fun, and I recommend 4 Rivers.

Villa Song Saigon: "A wonderful boutique hotel"

"Villa Song was the first stop on our recent SE Asian odyssey and it did not disappoint! We arrived after the best part of a day's travelling so were quite tired and ready to relax and chill. The reception staff were great and got us booked in very quickly (lovely watermelon juice as well) and off we went to our room. Beautiful view over the terrace, restaurant and Saigon River, the balcony was fairly small but there was room for 2 chairs and a table so that's really all that's needed. There was plenty of storage, a very nice bathroom including many extra accessories such as a sewing kit, cotton buds, wipes etc and the queen sized beds were extremely comfortable. We repaired to the beautiful poolside where we were able to recharge our batteries and partake of the gorgeous cocktails (Happy hour was 5 - 7 pm with 2 for 1 on cocktails and various other drinks). The breakfasts were awesome! Fruit platter to start and the menu had 15+ items on it from English breakfasts to Continental to Pancakes to Vietnamese specialities - you could have as many dishes as you wanted, plus you didn't actually have to have it at breakfast time (although we did). Being in district 2, Villa Song is a little way off the beaten track, however there was a complimentary river shuttle from the hotel to downtown which ran several times a day and which we utilised on our free day so that we could spend the entire day downtown - I recommend taking the shuttle, much more interesting than a taxi. Lastly I must give a huge shout out to the staff at Villa Song - nothing too much trouble, always smiling, checking we had enough coffee/tea/beer/cocktails/juice...I think with the hotel only having 20 or so rooms it has a real family feel to it. I would highly recommend Villa Song to anyone Stayed February 2017, traveled with friends"
