Locavore: "Bravo les chefs"
Every year when I visit Bali I always wanted to dine in Locavore, but it was so difficult to book a table. This year we are lucky to get a table for lunch, and we are not disappointed despite of high expectations! The ingredients are very good quality, and we see their efforts to find out many local herbs and vegetables and cook in their way, with perfect occidental culinary skills and amazing combinations. Definitely come back next time when I visit Bali.Hotel Tugu Bali: "Heritage meets comfort"
I have been now twice and both were such a relaxing and comfortable stays with the feeling of heritage and historic ambiance and modern comfort at the same time. The staff is very attentive and supported me in my extra demands. I highly recommend (and have to my friends) Hotel Tugu Bali.THE SAMAR: "The Samar Villa & Spa Resort"
I highly recommend this delightful boutique hotel in Siem Reap. The staff were welcoming, efficient and professional. We received good advice with regard to visiting the historic sites from the General Manager Bertrand and arrangements were put in place to make it very easy for us to make the most of our time there yet we were still able to fully enjoy our stay. Situated near to Angkor Wat and the center of town yet peaceful and quiet within the bounds of the hotel. A clean and pleasant swimming pool. We were served a very generous breakfast. All the meals we ate at the Hotel were well presented and very tasty with dishes on the menu to suit all palates. The Hue House: "Roof restaurant Tops it in Ho Chi Min City"
"This roof top restaurant is a lovely spot in district 3. You wouldn't know it was there as the front of it looks like an office block. Look for the Masters Building in Tran Cao Van (just around the corner from the Novotel Hotel). Food was sensational together with great service from our waiter Anh Phuc. It has a lovely ambience and decor with a great drinks / food variety menu catering for all tastes. We went there twice whilst in HCMC, highly recommend this restaurant. We didn't book either time and was able to get in easily . My tip: try the Ga Nurong Dan Toc A Luoi - grilled Chicken"Maison Polanka: "Beautiful property with the best staff"
"My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay here during our trip to Siem Reap! Everything surpassed our expectations. When we arrived, we were greeted at the airport by Francis and a car that drove us straight to the hotel to make sure it was a seamless trip. The purple room was perfect for us - very spacious with high ceilings. Francis, Cathy, and the entire staff at Maison Polanka ensured every detail of our stay was perfect - from packing us breakfast for when we left early to watch the sunrise, to giving us recommendations on where to eat in town and which other temples to visit. They patiently answered all our questions and made us feel completely at home. The grounds of Maison Polanka was like its own world, a quiet haven away from the hustle and bustle of downtown while located just 5min away. Another outstanding feature of the hotel was the kitchen - we loved all our meals there and the dishes were our favorite by far in Siem Reap. We ate basically all our meals and loved everything we had, especially the local Khmer fried rice and beef lok lak. It was so convenient to be able to come home after a long day touring the temples to enjoy a delicious meal in the outdoors dining area, prepared meticulously by such a great chef. We'll definitely be staying here again on our future visits - we can't wait to come back!"The Cabochon Hotel: "a charming colonial style hotel off the main drag – perfect"
an ideal location in a busy bustling city ! a perfect antidote to the chaos of bangkok. charming staff, excellent food and a great ambience. The Rooftop pool is excellent, the library well stocked, and the rooms a good size for the price.Rachamankha: "New year"
"New Year count down was memorable ..The fabulous new year count down party are the best ,we never enjoyed and have much fun with all the east meet west as the hotel provide..We love everything the food and non stop Champagne... Will going back soon! "Villa Song Saigon: "Amazing experience"
We have just finished 3 nights here at Villa Song before departing on a river cruise and we wish that it could have been longer. This is an old French colonial house right on the Saigon river. The rooms are beautiful as is the grand winding staircase. We arrived on a flight at 11 pm and we're quickly shown to our room which was very spacious with a great bed and bathroom. The next morning was a wonderful experience as I walked down the stairs and onto the foyer to reveal an amazing view of the restaurant and outdoor dining on the Saigon river. Food was great, staff were superb and overall a great experience. This hotel is in a quiet area in district 2 so is a fair way out of Saigon Central, but hotel car runs frequently during the day to Central Saigon and finishes at the Opera House. But anyway even though it's a huge bustling city the taxi fare is around $A10. A wonderful stay.Reverie Siam: "A special spot"
One of those rare places where the photos don't do it justice and you have to go there to experience the beauty. So much care has been taken in the architecture, interior, landscaping and staff to create a unique environment. The hotel perfectly compliments the most picturesque setting. We are already planning to return.Villa Mathis: "Gorgeous setting, great service"
My stay at Villa Mathis was a great experience, the setting is what I expected of Bali, the Villa was large, clean and comfortable. Excellent service, very accomodating as to my request for vegetarian dinners, actually one of the best I have had.
