Anopura: "A lovely escape"
My mother and I had one of the nicest stays of our trip to India here. The food is excellent. The staff are lovely and the location is peaceful. It was a nice break from the frenetic cities of Rajasthan. The accommodation is excellent. The decor is very tasteful. We regretted not being able to stay a second night. The staff are very well trained. They are helpful without being intrusive.Arumdalu: "Best so far on the island"
"Im giving 5 as this is the best one so far on the island. They have to aware that it is easy to beat them if there is another villa compound opening on the island. The villa is big, toiletries is good, but there is no mirror in the bathroom. The private pool is refreshing, overlooking the forest. The food though is amazing. They took it very seriously. Great job for the chef. But the staffs at the restaurant need to level up their standard, both knowledge and service level. The beach is stunning. They should maintain the complex very well, otherwise it runs down fast."Amata Lanna: "Amati Lana Chang Mai"
Very relaxing nothing is too much friendly staff home from home kinda place excellent like an oasis in the bustling town which has a real regular night and day marketsRoom are very comfortable and spacious with double bath and copious amounts of Teak wood which the place a touch of classInle Princess Resort: "A beautiful, peaceful place to stay"
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had a garden room rather than a lake room, but still beautiful. There's no tv in the rooms, but who needs that? It was just so peaceful. Great pool, bar and restaurant too and the staff were more than ready to help out with anything. I have coeliacs and the restaurant staff were happy to make something special for me, although that wasn't required as the food on their daily changing menu gave me lots of options. We were there late January and most of the other guests (and the staff) seemed to think the mornings and evenings were cold. Not for us. While the temperature was a little more temperate than other parts of Myanmar, we were perfectly comfortable without long sleeves and scarves, but I suppose that's a subjective experience. Room Tip: You could probably pay more and get a lake view room, but it's not necessary."Dewakan: "An Excellent International Standard Dining with a great experience of local recipes"
Although the journey into the restaurant is a bit difficult to find, however, I am guarantee you will not regret on the quality of the dining experience to another level. This restaurant has been using a lot of local ingredients which the Chef himself, source all these around the entire Malaysia. Normally, we experience these ingredients through the local cuisine; but here at Dewakan, the Chef has been improvising these ingredients to a high level of dining standard, which is I can call it as Fine Dining standard. Please do not expecting some food like caviar or fois gras, it is all about for you to experience the Malaysia food, a place I call home.Summertime Villa: "Blissfully chilled"
We absolutely loved Summertime and cannot wait to go back. The owners have spent a lifetime delivering amazing holiday experiences in India and it feels like they poured all their learning and experience into creating and running this idyllic house.Flower Island: "Gorgeous, stylish resort with a strong personal touch"
"Stayed three nights here last week, and had an unforgettable time. I think what sets this apart from some of the top end resorts is the personal touch and the tasteful, considered aesthetic. The cottages and restaurant are set back behind the palm trees so as not to create an imposing man made frontage. The use of natural objects like sea shells, bamboo and palms feels, along with the 'ethnic' decor somehow feels more inspired than the cliched attempts you usually see in these sorts of places. (....)the island does genuinely create a special sort of intimacy and calm. I really can not speak highly enough of this place."Cheong Fatt Tze – Blue Mansion: "A must see"
"The so called Blue Mansion located on 14 Leith Street, is one of the places you cannot miss in Georgetown ,Penang. There is a 45 minute daily tour at 11 a.m., 2 p.m. and 3.30 p.m and the price is around 17 RM per adult. These tours are in English but there are tours available in other languages as well. The only thing that you won't like about it, is that it is not permitted to take photographs inside the house, which is a pity because it's beautiful. In spite of this drawback the mansion is worth visiting . The mansion is also a boutique hotel for those who want a traditional style accommodation and there is a restaurant as well. Visit my blog The Leisure Diaries to see some pictures."SEEDS Restaurant & Lounge: "Wow"
We were seated at the chef's table got to watch The Kitchen Magic. One of my favorite all-time meals treated to a 10 course dining experience, the service was great and the dining with Windows overlooking the gardens you're breathtaking. The prices were great for the meal we received I would highly recommend and hope to return some dayThe Apsara Rive Droite: "Fantastic stay"
"Had a beautiful second floor room, facing the river with a balcony. Location was perfect (little bit quieter part of town but easy to walk everywhere). Comfortable room, comfortable hotel, great for a relaxing vacation. Really enjoyed all interaction with all staff, everyone was helpful and welcoming. Included breakfast was delicious, ample free water was provided. We had a couple of yummy meals in the restaurant. Highly recommend staying here. Stayed January 2017, traveled as a couple"
