Neeleshwar Hermitage: "Paradise on earth in God’s own country!"

Review by: shirishnv | Source: tripadvisor.com
This was our 2nd visit to Neeleshwar Hermitage but this time with our extended family of 15 with the oldest being 79 yrs & the youngest 9 yrs. Neeleshwar has still maintained the high standards it has set for itself. We had the whole resort for ourselves as there was no one else the 1st 2 days. Located on the beach in the Arabian Sea, this resort is an ideal place for a quiet holiday with all the comforts of a 5 star hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & a big thanks to Jayan & his team for making our holiday that much more relaxing. Will definitely come back.

The Apsara Rive Droite: "Lovely quiet place in Luang Prabang"

Review by: Alex K | Source: Trip Advisor
We chose to stay at the Apsara Rive Droite because it is close to the old town of Luang Prabang (without being in it) and on the banks of the river. The hotel is small but has everything you need: charming + helpful staff, swimming pool, delicious breakfast, a boat to take you across the river to the old town, bicycles and lots of recommendations of things to do. We had a great stay and would recommend anyone going to Luang Prabang for a few days to stay here.

Muang La Lodge: "Magical"

Review by: Natin237 | Source: Trip Advisor
"On arrival we were upgraded to a river view room. The rooms are wonderful. Decorated in local style. very comfortable beds. Bathroom huge with both shower and bath. Plenty of hot water. The restaurant fantastic. Meals a sheer delight for taste and presentation. The staff are so friendly and helpful. There is a bridge over the river and on the other side you will find the pool - wonderful setting then there is a viewing tower where you can enjoy a G&T as the sun goes down. As the lodge is situated high up it can get chilly in the evening. Fire boxes were put by your table. A hot water bottle in the bed and heaters in the room. The hotel provides trips. We went on a walking trip to a village and waterfall where we had our picnic lunch. We only stayed two nights. I suggest more nights are needed to enjoy other trips and the village, and also the grounds and delights of the lodge (own hot spring) Muang is definitely a hidden gem. Wifi very strong in reception Room Tip: All rooms would be wonderful"

Villa Song Saigon: "Beatiful oasis just outside the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh City"

Review by: Jill S | Source: Trip Advisor
This hotel is truly a little gem! We were glad to be close to the city when we chose to go in, but so glad to be able to come back to the peaceful and beautiful grounds of the Villa Song. From the time we checked in until we left, the staff was attentive, professional and very friendly. Excellent customer service! The room/bathroom was spacious, well decorated, spotless and had all the modern amenities. We ate several meals there and in each instance they were very good and the kitchen went out of their way in the presentation of the food. The menu was diverse and wine list comprehensive. A special shout out to Kevin who went out of his way to accommodate our special menu requests plus genuinely take an interest in the guests. This hotel truly deserves an excellent rating in all areas of operation!

Tugu Bali: "Best location in Canggu"

Review by: FredericSiebold | Source: Trip Advisor
"Tugu Bali offers the best location in whole Canggu. It is right opposite Old Mans Restaurant which is a huge meeting point for all the surfers and hip people in that area. The hotel is so close to the beach and has its own private garden area which overlooks the beach. The Tugu Totel has some impressive historical pieces of the Indonesian history. It is so interesting and the staff can even tell you something about it. When we arrived we got welcomed by the lovely staff which sat down with us to do the check in. While that happened we got served welcome drinks and ice cold towels. You can choose your own welcome drinks. We chose a refreshing watermelon and a fruit shake. I’ve got the biggest watermelon I’ve ever seen and I was surprised how good it tasted. The staff brought our luggage to our Rejang Suite which was upstairs. It is nestled within private gardens, small “rivers” and ponds of fish. The Suite is impressive and very spacious. It comes with a huge king sized bed. It is air conditioned and has asian décon and wooden furniture. Our room view was towards the gardens AND the ocean. The bathroom has a well pressured rain shower and another room also offers a spacious bathtub. The room gets minus points for its poor Wi-Fi and for the mosquitoes. Luckily the bed comes with a huge mosquito net. Make sure there aren’t any in there before you go to sleep. I really liked the traditional architecture and the wonderful gardens on the property. It is a perfect place to relax as it is really quiet everywhere. I only used the pool once to cool down at night and I loved it. During the day the pool is not crowded at all and invites you for a refreshing dip. The private garden area at the beach is also a highlight. It comes with huge sun lounges and beds. You can even have breakfast here. You can have breakfast everywhere and anytime you want. I fell in love with that service right away. From that garden area it is only a couple steps to the beach. The staff or security will watch your stuff, no worries. Be careful on the beach and keep in mind that the beach is mainly for surfing. Sometimes there are huge waves and strong currents. I really enjoyed that but if you aren’t a good swimming you should really think twice. During sunset the garden/beach area is also highly recommended. You can watch a beautiful sunset with a lot of privacy and in peace, while next to you a hundred people sit together on the grass of “The Lawn”. You are going to feel special on your spot.  The Hotel comes with in-house restaurants which serve authentic Indonesian food to Chinese and Japanese cuisine. Another highlight is their own Japanese Restaurant called “Ji”. We were blown away by any dish. Every single dish was so delicious, from the Sushi to the tenderloin steak to the desserts. Oh and don’t forget to try the afternoon tea. We always enjoyed that on a big sun lounge on the private garden area next to the beach. You’ll served tasty Indonesian sweets. It’s a nice experience. I had a really relaxing stay there and can highly recommend it."

Villa Song: "A very special place!"

Review by: DublinGommer | Source: Trip Advisor
"As many have said, Villa Song is a bubble of peace and tranquility in a chaotic and noisy city. I would thoroughly recommend it. The boat is a great way to get to the city. The room (Art Suite) was beautiful, with river views. If I was to be critical about one thing, it would be the restaurant menu. The kids menu was excellent, however the regular menu we found a bit strange. It was fusion-ish! Strange combinations. It all tasted pretty good mind you, but I would prefer to see more true Vietnamese on there. Personal taste perhaps. A real gem. We will be back for sure! Gareth."

Supanniga Eating Room: "Top Thai ~ without a doubt"

Review by: 763Kiwi_traveller007 | Source: Trip Advisor
"My only disappointment is that it took me so long to experience this treasure of a restaurant. It’s world class, not only in its delivery of exceptional Thai food but it’s down to earth nature. One for a repeat visit at every opportunity and I’ve been enjoying Thai cuisine for 30 years. Full marks to the owners, a wonderful gastronomic experience. Sorry for the limited images as I was too busy enjoying it all. Authentic Thai"

Les Maisons Wat Kor: "Calming and traquil setting"

Review by: steve f | Source: Trip Advisor
Beautiful gardens wrapped around central pond/lake overflowing with blossoming lotus flowers ... truly beautiful. Salt water pool, good kitchen and friendly staff. Beautiful rooms but shower recess could be better. Photos evidence a visit by Brad and Angelina Jolie staying here ... this speaks for itself. Quiet retreat at the end of sometimes frantic days.
