Reverie Siam: "Lovely food and great prices"
Highly reviewed restaurant. Silhouette at the hotel we thought we would go for a nice date night we had four drinks a started and 2 mains all for 1000 THB approx £25. Great prices for the food and atmosphere and service.Tandjung Sari: "Bali dreaming"
So greatfull that our friends recommended this gem. It was not too far from airport as I had an early flight the next day, however I was able to be in that old style Bail atmosphere for one night only. Nice cocktails, good food and comfortable spacious villa. Canopy bed to rest peacefully in. I even had a midnight swim! The Cabochon Hotel: "Calm at the end of a quiet Soi"
With restaurants and bars in the same Soi you can easily not travel far from base if you want! Styled on an old English colonial theme but built in last 10 years, it combines interest, comfort, a great Thai restaurant and a 22m rooftop pool. We stayed in a corner suite that had its own sitting room which was lovely for relaxing. There are many services apartment hotels in the area but this allows you to treat yourself a little with space and a balcony/garden.SEEDS Restaurant & Lounge: "Stunning Culinary Address"
"Seeds delivered quite the fine dining experience, but at the same time, managed to maintain a cozy, home-y and hospitable atmosphere. The location is a winner. The outdoor decking is a perfect spot for a sunset aperitif, situated on the Inya Lake amongst a breathtaking garden of lotus flowers. The interior design and the table setups are simply elegant. A lot of the chinaware is custom-designed and you can really tell. The service was excellent. The entire team was really attentive, and even Lucia and Felix themselves came over to our table to make sure everything was well. We really appreciated the hospitality. And of course, last but not least, the food was exceptional. The amuse bouche of lobster bisque was delicious, so were the appetizers like the pumpkin soup with scallops, and our mains of pork fillet, lamb and beef. All of the dishes had extra little ingredients that, together, created an explosion of harmonized flavors on our palates. The truffle ravioli, apparently a Chef Felix special, was also a delightful surprise. All in all, compliments to Lucia and Felix, and the entire Seeds team."Misool Eco Resort: "Active Family with 8 year old and 4 year old boys"
"We traveled all over Indonesia for 9 weeks, and we absolutely LOVED Misool. Here's the scoop: 1. Accommodations - There is nice variety of room types, and every room has a fantastic view. In my estimation the resort's website accurately portrays the cottages and villas. They are all tastefully appointed, very clean, and well maintained. Stunning views right over the ""house reef"" (a large beautiful reef right out in front of the resort that is teeming with wildlife - sharks, turtles, and a huge variety of sea life. We stayed in one of the largest villas - Villa Utara - HIGHLY recommend this unit if you're 4 or more people. All units have their own decks with direct access right into the lagoon and over the reef.(...) 4. Diving and Snorkeling - Let me first state that I have been diving in more places around the world, than anyone else I've ever met. That being said, Raja Ampat is the best diving I've ever done, seen, or heard of on the planet. Dense population of wildlife, massive variety... simply awesome. The snorkeling on the house reef is better than most of the diving that people would rave about elsewhere. 5. Children and Family - at age 8 and 4, our boys do not dive. However, they still had a blast. They learned to snorkel, we went paddle boarding, kayaking, playing on the beach, looking for coconut crabs at night (found many)... no shortage of ways to fill the day and have a great time. Look, if you've read this far, I'll tell you that I only have a few reviews on trip advisor. Like most people, I'm more inclined to whine if things don't go well than to report my good experiences (check my other two reviews that are one star). However, we loved this place so much that I feel compelled to urge you to go. "Maduzi Hotel: "great hotel"
Nice location and the room is nice big and clean, especially the bed is really huge. The staff are so friendly and we had a good experience in the hotel, and also good location which is nearby the MRT and BTS .Cabochon Hotel & Residence: "A peaceful and luxurious haven"
From the moment I arrived I felt at home in my comfortable room. Very friendly staff, excellent service wished I could have stayed longer. The food was fantastic too and as for the quirky interior design it must be seen to be believed. This will now be home from home whenever I come to Bangkok. They also arranged a trip to a tranquil and beautiful spa for me,Rachamankha: "The most refined hotel in CNX"
I've been to this hotel for around 10 years. I can say that this is the most refined hotel in town. The design is impeccable. All details are well executed and tasteful. Food is super scrumptious. The pool is adorable. The location is in the heart of the city! What else do you want?David’s Kitchen: "Excellent food, service and atmosphere."
I was visiting Chiang Mai for a short weekend and read about this restaurant online. Reservations were made easily online and followed up by email. The restaurant was easy to find but location change across the river. The restaurant is beautiful inside with a very cozy atmosphere. There was a live piano during my dinner, which was nice. David personally came and greeted every table. He stayed by my table for a bit because I was alone and made me feel at home. The food was exquisite. I had a raw salmon appetizer, lobster bisque, and lamb chops - all of which I would recommend. David suggested a restaurant for lunch the following day and sent me a very detailed and warm thank you email the following morning. Thank you David!Satri House: "Absolutely loved this hotel"
"Really enjoyed our stay here. It was tranquil, lush gardens, very professional staff and the loveliest rooms with a morning makeup and evening turndown service, even replacing our towels at both times. We enjoyed the a la carte breakfast. Plenty of choice. Most days we headed out to sight see, which the hotel staff organised without a glitch. Upon returning from each tour, we relaxed poolside. Both pools were lovely, we preferred the smaller more refreshing pool after a hot day out. Be sure to take out one of their bikes to explore this beautiful town. And the French Bakery in town makes the loveliest, croissants, pastries and baguettes. Highly recommend!"
