Mie Cafe: "Splendid dinner … best yet in Siem Reap"
Lovely setting, great menu, and food was perfectly cooked and presented .... Crab Bisque, then Curried Langoustine ... All outside seating, fans no A/C, but fine for us ... Give it a try !Locavore: "Amazing lunch"
we really enjoyed the lunch. So amazing. And the service also great too. Wanna go again for dinner. It's so hard to book the time.Manda De Laos: "Amazing"
It blew my mind! On top of a picturesque setting, food was beyond compare. I would pick it over and over again.Cuca: "Brilliant Taste and Service"
My fiance brought me here on our anniversary last year. From the beginning upon arrival until farewell, we had a spotless service. The staff is highly attentive, yet undisturbed our romantic moment. Perfect! The food? can't ask for more. You should experience yourself for Chef Kevin's masterpiece in this beautiful restaurant. Thank you Cuca and team for the lovely dinner. You guys are amazing!Maduzi Hotel: "Our Bangkok oasis"
"We have stayed here numerous times and we'll keep coming back for more. The location is second to none, perfectly located right near the ever so efficient BTS, ASOK station, yet you feel as though you're In your own little oasis once you walk through the gates. (Do yourself a favour and buy a 'Rabbit Card' so you can jump on and off the transport system with ease and enjoy all that this vibrant city has to offer). The staff are always happy to assist with anything you require (btw, they won't accept any tips, it's their policy - no matter how hard you try.) The rooms are spacious, clean and beautifully appointed. The mini bar is included in the price of the room too, another quirky yet welcome Maduzi offering. Breakfasts are delicious! We almost always get the Japanese set breakfast. You can enjoy this in their fabulous restaurant where you'll also have a buffet to pick from, all inclusive. Or, you can order it to your room and they'll put together a buffet selection for you. Yes, this is a small boutique hotel with only 40 rooms and 7 levels, no pool or laundry (you can get the hotel to organise your washing for you) but the beautiful ambiance all around, central location and friendly staff make up for the lack of amenities. We'd choose this place over any of the big guys any day!"Nimmu House: "Amazing place for a relaxing & peaceful stay in Leh"
"We arrived in early May and were the first guests of the season. PROPERTY: It's a beautiful property with tons of apricot, apple & walnut trees which were in full bloom. The courtyard / terrace with comfortable seating & hammocks was paradise. One could spend an entire day lazing in the sun, gazing at the amazing views and spotting beautiful birds that would fly by and occasionally perch on the trees to feed (the photographs cannot do it justice - no offense to the photographer). The WIFI is patchy when it works, and that added to the charm of being totally disconnected. ACCOMODATIONS: As it was too cold (especially at night) we stayed in the heritage rooms instead of the tents. The rooms are cozy though small. They have all the basis amenities and the beds are comfortable. The hot water bottles & space heater (when the power was on) made the rooms bearable at night. The typical Ladakhi furniture was a nice touch. Though, watch out for the narrow and short doorways, after a couple of bumps we got used to them. THINGS TO DO: We were there for just 3 days (our only regret was we couldn't stay longer). The first day was spent relaxing on the property to acclimatize, which was a treat by itself. The manager gave us tour of the house and the history of the house and the family that owns it is fascinating (we got to meet some of family and they are gracious and friendly and it was a pleasure meeting them). We also visited the Alchi & Likir monasteries which were built in the 11th century and are very well preserved with beautiful paintings/murals. We also did a day trip to Pangong Tso, which was amazing and a must do. The hotel management made all the arrangements and they were top notch. [A heads-up though, the hotel only accepts CASH (no credit cards); so bring enough!]. MANAGEMENT & STAFF: The best thing for us about Nimmo House, is the management & staff. Couldn't say enough nice things about them. They treated us as family (in a good way!!). It was a pleasure to get to know all of them, hearing their fascinating stories about what brought them to to this remote place from all over the world and their experiences in Ladakh."Rachamankha: "Most beautiful, well-managed and lovely hotel we’ve ever experienced"
A stunning architectural delight and oasis from the bustle right in the thick of the Old City in Chiang Mai. Just a block from the largest temple complex in the city and an easy walk to anywhere in the old city. True five-star service. Wonderful pool. And a library!Heritage Suites: "Amazing Boutique Hotel"
"I stayed at the Heritage Suite Hotel for a friends wedding and it was literally the most beautiful experience. The staff are beyond helpful and lovely. The rooms are amazing. The pool is so serene! The food is amazing and I had the best time there. Highly recommended!"Cheong Fatt Tze – Blue Mansion: "Enchanting stay"
"The Blue Mansion is a beautiful historic building with so much charm, the room had so many thoughtful touches from under bed lighting and bathroom lighting to a basket to take to the pool. Service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant is the best in Penang and the quality of wine excellent. Breakfast was good and the tour of the property is worth doing. Located in the heritage area of Penang it is on the door step to little India and China town. A must do when visiting Penang!"Maison Polanka: "It’s even more beautiful the 2nd time around"
I consider this my home in Siem Reap. Everything about this place is pure magic. From the whole ambiance and the garden, the rooms, the pool, and most of all the restaurant, everything is simply exquisite! The owner Nathalie is a sweetheart, her and her staff are one of the warmest people you will ever meet there in Siem Reap. They arrange trips for you and make sure you are taken cared of even if you are outside the premises. I love love love love Maison Polanka, I'm so grateful to have been there.
