"The most amazing safari from start to finish. My husband and I stayed 2 nights at this wonderful campsite. Due to the experience of our main guide Dilanka and the team, we saw leopards, elephants, sloth bear, and many beautiful birds. We also met some fantastic people from other countries. The jeeps are really comfortable and looked much better than other companies we saw in the park. The food was exceptional and the facilities around the campsite certainly made this glamping. Our tents were cleaned a few times a day and we got to shower in hot water under the stars at night. Everyone looked after us so well and they are very professional, warm and the nicest people. "Tugu is absolutely soaked in colonial era charm. It comes through in the way they support you throughout the visit. It's in the architecture and extensive art collection. It's all through the menu in the restaurant. It's in the amazing choices of furniture and design. We were given the exact suite we asked for. The tub was beautiful and nicely proportioned. The linens are really comfortable, and high-slung bed is interesting. We spent a lot of time relaxing at the hotel, because it was just that nice. (...) By all means, stay at the Tugu and really explore the place. It's got all kinds of interesting nooks and crannies. Check out Mount Bromo too - and bring your warmest clothes... it's really chilly up there in the morning. Tugu has fast internet, which is good too! Fuimos a este restaurante la última noche del viaje en bali y fue la mejor decisión que tomamos.. Se nota que hay mucho trabajo y disciplina en cada uno de lo detalles de este restaurante desde el diseño el personal el concepto......llegamos aqui a las 6 de la tarde para tomar un almuerzo-cena... The hotel has been furnished from the owners private collection of antiques. Each piece has a story and specially placed on the property preserving his love of Balinese history. The antiques may be old, but the hotel has all modern wants for luxury but with the a unique touch in their boutique rooms. The baths & plunge pools are the highlight with tubs that you will want to build in your own home. This is a small, simple hotel, where the emphasis is on the setting, the lake, the garden, the service rather than in-room facilities. The rooms are quite simple, but perfectly comfortable, with all the facilities you reasonably need, and mostly look over a wonderful little lake with waterlilies and all kinds of flowers. There is a small restaurant serving simple but beautifully prepared food, and offering three set breakfasts - all very well judged. The most notable thing, however, is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff - they really make you feel as if you were in your own home. "We were staying next door at the Ahimsa Villas and popped in here for last minute dinner before we flew home I wish we had more time - it was amazing - tapas type dishes - all superbly presented. "It's a village so it's not in the middle of town but absolutely worth finding. From the time you check in, until you finally have to hand back the key, MesaStila pampers you up & down, in & out. The staff at the resort were the friendliest has we ever encountered. Everyone from the greeter at the gate, the check in staff, restaurant wait staff and spa/pool staff were so welcoming. Up and down the hills, the team will help you get around in their activities. Hiking, coffee plantation, yoga and various activities are available to tire you out. Go ahead and get tired. The room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable Room amenities include the robes and sundries you'd expect in a property of this calibre so it ends up being the staff that makes MesaStila such a great place to stay. Very nice rooftop view with the great astmophere, can make you feel like you're in Hue. The food was so awsome and exotic with stranger names like Cao Lau, com Am Phu... The owner is very funny and friendly.
