Cuisine Wat Damnak: "The Best – Delicious food, wine, amazing service"

Review by: Nicole M | Source: Trip Advisor
"This was easily the best meal we ate in Cambodia. It was absolutely brilliant. The food was incredible. It uses Cambodian flavours with modern techniques and presentation. Most importantly though, everything tasted divine. Great wine list and excellent recommendations from the chef. Cocktails were also great. Service was perfect, friendly and helpful. Loved to see the chef speaking to people in the restaurant. Overall, cannot fault this meal and experience. Absolutely loved it."

Inle Heritage Stilt Houses: "We found perfection"

Review by: Marc C | Source: Trip Advisor
"If you want a perfect place this is it. Very nice bungalows (only 6) perfect service and outstanding cooking. Basically it is strctured as a foundation (non profit). The bungalows and restaurant finance the integrated tourism school dedicated for students of a poor financial background. Since 2009 48 students yearly can learn all the basics in tourism. A splendid idea. It is worth to pay the price just for all theses reasons. Additionnally they do whatever they can to respect the environment. And all the food comes from their organic garden. Don't miss this place Stayed August 2016, traveled with family"

Supanniga Eating Room: "Wonderful food"

Review by: Lin_Xia_Jie | Source: Trip Advisor
We went here on our last night in Bangkok and it was great. Highlight of the meal was the deep fried lotus root and mushroom, served with a sweet mango sauce.

Rice & Zen Boutique Resort: "Exceptional"

Review by: ExeterHilary | Source: Trip Advisor
Like all the other reviews I can only agree that Sea Dance is very special. From the moment of arrival to the sad departure 7 days later we were so well looked after. Poy,Faith and the team went out of their way to help. Never intrusive but always there if needed with recommendations and support. We left feeling we had made good friends. So, the accommodation was great, we had villa 30 and it was very private. A short walk to the excellent restaurant where the service is exceptional and the food delicious. The setting by the sea is magical and the swimming pool is beautiful. Facilities in the villa have everything covered from comfy bed to lovely toiletries.

Muang La Lodge: "A stunning gem in a remote location"

Review by: Don A | Source: Trip Advisor
"This unheralded, stunning resort is a great reward for the traveller who is prepared to undertake a relatively long road journey. Though arduous, that journey is not without some great experiences and vistas. Guided trips would be essential to help reveal the highlights along the way. Planning an extra night stay might appeal to those seeking even more pampering after their endeavours. The swimming pool is wonderful. The hot spring baths and massage service offer other opportunities for indulgence. The accommodation is beautiful and well designed. The beds are sumptuous. The river views are majestic. The restaurant provides fantastic meals, particularly the set five course dinner. The variety of tasty ethnic and local dishes each night was unique. Breakfast was excellent and personalized. The provision of gluten free pancakes demonstrated not only skills at improvisation but also determination to ensure guest satisfaction. For me it was a real bonus and very touching. The walk to the nearby village was great but knowing precisely where and how to access the exciting bamboo raft ferry back across the creek is recommended. The service was superb at all levels within the stablishment."

Rachamankha: "Superb hotel"

Review by: Bobtdiver | Source: Trip Advisor
Built in the style of an colonial residence, beautifully laid out, lovely rooms, super-helpful service - loved it. Lovely pool to hang out by. Restaurant was superb (and not too expensive). Would stay here again!

MRAUK U PRINCESS RESORT: "one of the best hotels in Myanmar"

Review by: Offrocks | Source: tripadvisor.com
"It is a bit tricky to get to the hotel but I really advise you to go by boat instead of the land route from Sittwe . You will disembark just in front of the hotel. The hotel has only bungalows . Nice garden with green lawns and ponds with flowers. The bunglow has huge bedroom and nice bathroom. The kitchen has excellent food. The service is fantastic and very helpful. I can really recommend this place in order to investigate all the pagodas around it. "

Neeleshwar Hermitage: "Unbelievably restful hotel"

Review by: wandagold | Source: Trip Advisor
The hotel is a small oasis of tranquility, beautiful rooms, great service, lovely beach and really attentive staff. The place is quite small and for a couple of days only 3 of the cottages were inhabited but even when 15 people were staying it was still calm and uncrowded. The pool is relatively large and there are plenty of beds there and in the garden. There is also a tailor on site and he copied a linen dress and a pair of linen trousers in less than a day perfectly

Yandabo Home: "Paradise on Irrawady"

Review by: Chris-sim69 | Source: Trip Advisor

David’s Kitchen: "Exceptional service and attention to detail"

Review by: patrickmT9038RK | Source: Trip Advisor
"From the moment we (my husband, adult daughter, friend and myself) were collected from our accommodation, greeted warmly on arrival and chauffeured back to our hotel, our experience at David's Kitchen will be remembered as a highlight of our holiday. The staff were attentive but discreet. David's hospitality was much appreciated as was his advice on matching wines with menu choices. And the meal did not disappoint - exceeded all expectations. The food presentation was only excelled by the amazing flavours and textures of each course. I have no hesitation in recommending David's Kitchen for those visiting Chiang Mai who are looking for a very special dining experience."
