Tugu Bali: "Amazing hotel in the center of Canggu"
My husband and I were charmed by Tugu property. The lobby is magnificent and the lotus pond stunning. Our room was decorated with lots of flowers. We had a good glass of wine on our first night with a Nasi Campur. We highly recommend this hotel! We will come back!Nimmu House: "A really nice change of pace!"
Most people spend their first night in Ladakh in Leh (the site of the airport) which is fine, but another- and arguably better- option is to drive one hour west to the village of Nimmu near the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar rivers, and stay at the wonderful Nimmu House. I stayed in one of the excellent and comfortable tents, which were both spacious and quiet (unlike Leh). The food was really good, especially the lemon chicken which was absolutely delicious. The staff is friendly, and the only improvements I could suggest would be some better grounds maintenance. I would definitely stay here again!Cheong Fatt Tze – Blue Mansion: "Nice place & nice service!"
This place is so mach beautiful!!!!!! Though we haven't much time to look these view, but I'm pretty sure that I will choosing here to stay if I come to Malaysia next time. And their room services are very nice, you can find some drinks in the refrigerator of the room. Also you can eat some cookies, nyonya cake which on the desk of your room. All for free, don't worry. And when you wake up at morning, you can eat the best breakfast with the best view. I have a nice day at there, hope each one can go to there to feel old Chinese culture.Muang La Lodge: "Belle adresse"
Here every detail is a plus that adds to our well-being ... The first place along the river, the garden, pavilions, swimming pool, warm pool .... Breakfast and good and well presented dinner. I enjoyed a nice massage. Small various attentions provide comfort (brazier, fruit in the room, tea and water available in various places) rewarding excursion in the villages. Welcome by Raphael and Mathilde.Noel Rodrigo’s Leopard Safaris: "Leopard safari"
"A fabulous 2 nights, expert rangers Noel and Sajith, amazing leopards and bird life, wonderful camp. The Sri Lankan food was the best we had in our two weeks so we can highly recommend. Stayed in a basic double tent the first night Absolutely all you need but the AC double on our last night was a complete treat, beautifully hand made furniture. Will not forget the sounds of wildlife all around Jo and Damian Stayed February 2017, traveled as a couple"Muang La Lodge: "Da non perdere"
If you go in northern Laos you should definitely stop at the lodge. Rooms comfortable and spotless hospitality and impeccable service. Lovely pool ... turkish bath massage and two beautiful pools of thermal water from which to admire the view while sipping a delicious cocktail. Breakfast and dinner excellent. Delicious also picnic during a hike.Satri House: "Pure love"
"I loved our stay at Satri House. The property is beautiful, extremely well maintained, the staff is so helpful and friendly and funny, breakfast, all our requests were attended to. One of the best hotels I've been to by far, and I've stayed in much more expensive ones. 2 things bothered me: the noise from the music played across the hotel's main entrance at some open air bar/party venue, and the fact that the power points were too far from the furniture."David’s Kitchen: "Best dining experience in Chiang Mai"
This restaurant is a must if you are in Chiang Mai. The food, service and overall experience were exceptional. David greeted us upon arrival to the restaurant and continued to check in on us throughout the meal. He and his staff made us feel like royalty. The food was second to none. Highlights included the pumpkin soup and wagyu beef cheek. We walked away with full stomachs and fuller smiles. We can't wait to come back next time.Glenburn Tea Estate: "Shangri-La in Darjeeling"
We spent four wonderful days in this Shangri-La situated in the Himalayan Mountains, surrounded by tea gardens, hikes through the tea gardens and tiny villages, scenery to paint, and of course wonderful tea picked at the estate. Each evening a delightful family meal, meeting fun and interesting people, and wonderful food from a different region each evening. A little off the beaten path, but worth the little extra effort to get to paradise.David’s Kitchen: "More than fine dining.. it was an unforgettable experience"
"To start, I NEVER write reviews.. but David, his staff, and the entire experience altogether surpassed our expectations! We were running thirty minutes late because of the taxi.. not even knowing if our reservation was still held (we didn’t bother getting SIM cards so we weren’t able to call.) As we arrived, we were personally greeted by David, himself! The conversation was far from your typical owner/manager greeting. He shared life stories, genuinely asked about our trip, and even gave us recommendations for the following city we were visiting. This, alone, was enough for us to come back if we were ever in the city again. The table was beautifully set with rose petals and a birthday greeting card. David’s “favorite” table definitely served its justice. I definitely felt special, as there were about four other birthdays that same night. The food was PHENOMENAL and boy, did we order a bunch of food/wine! Surf and turf is to die for!! As for the service, we were catered to like kings and queens. We aren’t very needy people at restaurants but let me tell you... one glance up and the waitress was ready to hurry over to our table! As I reread this paragraph, I realized that words really cannot justify to our exceptional experience. By far the best experience I had with ANY company that I’ve been a customer to. I promise you will not be disappointed!!! Thank you, David and staff!"
