RACHAMANKHA: "Oasis"
"We were fortunate to stay here, albeit during the coldest weather in years! This is a true 5* property with wonderfully gracious staff. The location is perfect for walking to most areas you would want to see while in Chiang Mai. Breakfast is more than most would expect and in the evening the food is very good. "Samanea Beach Resort: "a hidden jewel"
An excellent place for quiet relaxing, a small place with much personal charm. Very nice and helpful staff, excellent food, very nice premises and very good installations. The only drawback is the lack of a proper beach.Cheong Fatt Tze – Blue Mansion: "Fantastic Peranakan Experience"
Very beautiful place with a rich history to it. The close-to-Pernankan experience was awesome with a rich architecture and straits born designs! Food was good. Breakfast selection limited but rest assured that it's very tasteful! Service was excellent esp Shiro who made our stay more than wonderful than it already was! I will definitely go back again!Villa Song Saigon: "Best staycation"
River view, love garden, boutique pool, and of course must mention the beautiful villa where accommodate 10+ rooms in colonial designs. We stayed in 3 different types of rooms at Villa Song & all have its own uniqueness.Tiger Mountain Pokhara Lodge: "Amazing place"
Tiger mountain lodge is amazingly relaxing, an oasis of beauty and organisation and fantastic food in the midst of a fabulously beautiful environment. The chef is splendid, the walks wonderful and the people and enthusiasm for the locale and the villages something to behold. There is a surprising amount to do and you are also on the verge of the Annapurna range and its extraordinary trail.Muang La Lodge: "Beautiful lodge"
Mung La Lodge is a beautiful ecolodge and a bit of paradise. The hot spring baths, the wonderful dinners and the terrific service contribute to a terrific relaxing stay. We stayed three nights and didn't want to leave.Mie Cafe: "Charming, Delicious and Pretty"
We had a wonderful dinner here. Glad we made reservations as people were turned away. I had the vegetarian price fixe. It was perfect. Nice flavors and charming setting. we sat outside and could still see the prep work in the kitchen. I would highly recommend.Villa Song Saigon: "Beautiful, a true gem in Saigon"
"Stayed here for 5 nights and its absolutely wonderful. Excellent friendly service. I would however warn guests to steer clear of room 101 or 102.... dreadful smell in room and low roof which I found difficult being claustrophobic. Loved the breakfast being available when it suits the customer! Would definitely return and stay here but not in the above rooms mentioned!!!"Cheong Fatt Tze – Blue Mansion: "Excellent say in a period mansion"
"My wife and I stayed here for 9 nights recently in the traditional Nanyang room and the enormous 50's retro rock n' roll style room. The mansion has undergone a superb restoration unlike the mostly shabby restorations seen in similar historic buildings in China. A lot of care and love has gone into this great house. The staff were all excellent and helpful. The breakfast in the superb dining room was a highlight. The food was a basic buffet supplemented with cooked to order choices. Everything was fresh and tasty. Did not try the inhouse restaurant but other guests we spoke to recommended it. Location is excellent. Will come back again."Tugu Malang: "Tugu or not Tugu? Gu! And quickly!"
"If we had to give an example of what a dream hotel would be, well... the Tugu Malang would come in handy! The crazy dreams of an art lover reside in this hotel where you feel at home very quickly. The decoration is just unbelievable, and would deserve a special edition of any decoration magazine. The deluxe room we had was very nice. The staff is very friendly and efficient, even if you are not staying in a suite. The cycling tour with John is perfect! The complimentary tea + + is fab! The swimming pool is great! The guided tour is very interesting. Go! You won't be disappointed!"
