MesaStila: "Perfect!"
"The architecture, ambience, landscape, surrounding, view, amenities, facilities, service, all perfect! We stayed at the Ambar family Villa which has beautiful view to the mountains & lush greenery. I & hubby particularly enjoyed the in-house coffee plantation tour."Cuca: "Gastronomical delight & stunning experience"
Myself and my husband went to this place on my birthday. This is one of the finest places I have been in Bali. The service so apt and upto the mark cant complain at all. We had ordered cuban corn, smoked butterfish, marinated pulled pork. Each dish was outstanding and very neatly presented. Also they explain the dish when they serve and explain how one should eat it. That is truly remarkable. And for the desert we atually ended up ordering Bali breakfast which was coconut cream, passion fruit and runny mango which was so delicious. I would always visit this place for tapas, its ambience, its service.NOEL RODRIGO’S LEOPARD SAFARIS: "Happy memories for life"
"Warmest of welcomes to the campsite from Dhanu and the crew Superb accomodation combining outdoors and luxury The best food we ate (and we had a lot to compare to!) in fantastic setting outdoors with just the right amount of background to the ingredients. We were also made to feel very special as it was our honeymoon And of course, what we came for was the safari and it far exceeded expectations. Not only were we lucky enough to see a leopard, but we were given so much time and care to ensure we got the big picture and could enjoy the breathtaking wildlife and scenery We will be talking about this short trip for days!! Thank you "David’s Kitchen: "Exceptional service and attention to detail"
"From the moment we (my husband, adult daughter, friend and myself) were collected from our accommodation, greeted warmly on arrival and chauffeured back to our hotel, our experience at David's Kitchen will be remembered as a highlight of our holiday. The staff were attentive but discreet. David's hospitality was much appreciated as was his advice on matching wines with menu choices. And the meal did not disappoint - exceeded all expectations. The food presentation was only excelled by the amazing flavours and textures of each course. I have no hesitation in recommending David's Kitchen for those visiting Chiang Mai who are looking for a very special dining experience."Villa Song Saigon: "One very happy customer"
What a pleasure to stay in your wonderful villa and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. A beautiful hotel which isn't too fussy with protocol which looks after your every need. The breakfast are a delight and the restaurant serves delicious food.Mathis Retreat: "A disconnected enclave, perfect for unwinding"
"This is a great place to just relax, slow down and unwind. It is secluded property with a stunning rice field view and an infinity pool. The property can be hard to find, as the resort has undergone a brand change and the boards for the new MATHIS are not updated. So best to have your driver call the hotel for directions. The rooms are clean, extremely spacious and we used 3 persons in a room (with an extra bed charge) and it was still very comfortable for us. All amenities are provided as best, and the quality is excellent. The breakfast is very fresh and dinner options are quite good. The menu can be expensive for the style of resort it is - and there are few options immediately outside. But its not far from the bustling marketplace & the resort runs a ferry pickup and drop every hour during the day, which is very helpful. The wifi is very good. The TV has few channels and is very bad reception. The staff are very helpful, but sometimes find it hard to communicate easily. The property manager is very kind and does well to mingle with guests where possible. I would definitely visit again."MesaStila: "I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Central Java"
We had such an amazing stay that we wondered if we could extend our trip, despite needing to pay extra to change our flights. The room was super comfortable and artfully decorated. The vibe from the entire property was welcoming, peaceful and relaxing. I feel like we've been transported to a land without worries. The ever smiling and helpful staff definitely helped! The Turkish bath and massage was 12/10. Must try. I felt like a newborn right after. The Hue House: "Wonderful dinner"
Really enjoyed our dinner here. Came here with our friends and we were all happy. The food was typical from Hue - the centre of Vietnam. The flavors were so good with authentic tastes and very tasty. Staff is friendly and attentiveSEEDS Restaurant & Lounge: "If I could give 6 stars i would"
"We had heard that the Swiss owners of this restaurant, with their Michelin star history had created something special, but this was beyond our high expectations. The setting is romantic and set off on a beautiful lake. The building was redone to hip minimalist beautiful décor. The food was out of this world. Service was impeccable. The owners have even sought out hard to find wines and serve at reasonable prices to fit any budget. The restaurant is not cheap for Myanmar standards, but a third of the price you would pay in Europe or the U.S. for food that is in a word...memorable. The chef and his lovely wife both came to the table and their watchful eye was on every detail. Although Michelin tends to be giving stars for micro-cuisine, this is a finer restaurant than most multi-Michelin star restaurants that we have frequented. You know, that feeling that each course is perfect and you don't want it to end. The only thing sad about this review, is being in Yangon we can't just go back there next week!!! This is a restaurant that you will use as a standard by which to compare others."Cuisine Wat Damnak: "Make reservations way in advance"
I was warned to make reservations in advance (which I did) as the restaurant is small. Boy was I glad. It is a wonderful set menu in an intimate restaurant where the chef actually comes to meet the diners. My 10 y/o daughter did not finish her last dish (but of course she had the dessert) and they charged us only for 5 dishes for her instead of the set 6 dish menu. So very nice of them. Each dish was well presented and was delicious. A must try when in Siem Reap.
