The Island Lodge: "Natural elegance."
The Island Lodge is a luxury property in a natural location. The ambience is unique in the Mekong Delta. The pool, the food, the rooms, the staff, the welcome, the good-bye, the attention to detail in every regard are nothing short of spectacular. This is a 5-star resort in an otherwise humble Delta surrounding. Although the prices are considerably higher than the local competition, the value is definitely there. If you want to pamper yourself in every way, this is your destination in the Mekong Delta. Everything you need is available on the premises. We went on a boat trip to a floating market, and the Lodge provided us with one of their staff to act as our personal guide, without additional cost. Every detail is covered.4 rivers: "A Perfect Romantic Getaway"
"We travelled overseas for the first time and we are anxious and excited of what we're going to see. We visited Siem Reap first and then the amazing 4Rivers Floating Lodge. It was a genius idea on how it was built and Anna's dedication in preserving the river and the surroundings of Tatai is just magnificent! A perfect destination for couples. Lovely view of nature, high-class accommodation, an efficient booking system, and the warmth and hospitality is very much felt and experienced. I have to give a special shout out to the kitchen staff because I could not even find the right word to describe how delicious their food is! Beef Loklak is extraordinarily tasty, and even the simple fried rice is sumptuous! How can you not enjoy your vacation when your tummy is happy? Just as expected, 4Rivers is beautiful and would definitely come back and recommend it to our friends. "Maduzi Hotel: "Favourite Hotel"
Their service is always impeccable. They revamped their breakfast menu and it's amazing. Apart from healthy options, they added fancy options like truffle quiche. You must try their freshly baked croissant too... you will not regret it. It is literally the best croissant I've ever had. I've stayed in Maduzi for my last three trips to bkk and I plan to come back for my future trips.SEEDS Restaurant & Lounge: "Neues Spitzenrestaurant in Yangoon"
Wir haben ein hervorragendes Dinner in einer wunderschönen Umgebung direkt am See genossen. Der Service war sehr freundlich und kompetent.Cuca: "Best food I have eaten….anywhere"
This restaurant is without doubt the best I have ever visited. The food was absolutely delicious, modern cuisine that took us on a culinary adventure. I personally think it's good value for money, a little more expensive than most places in Bali but 100% worth the money.Reverie Siam: "An experience to remember"
Reverie Siam will always be a very special place for my mother and I. As soon as we arrived we were transported, this place is so much more than a hotel. Every detail has been thought about, the staff were always one step ahead of us. A special thank you to Mr Sabastian for making each night so lovely, we thank you for your talent and experience. To Toffy for your humor and care, we looked forward to seeing you every morning. There is no doubt we will be back to visit you again and will recommend this oasis to all the special people in our lives. Thank you!Satri House: "A pleasant stay"
"We stayed here for four very comfortable nights...a quaint hotel, comfortable rooms with a balcony....very antique furniture collections from all over the world...and some special touches. It's not hard to find yourself lost here with all the different walkways to different rooms etc. took me a couple of days to finally get it right!!! Service was excellent.... In the afternoons a knock on the door with a small snack....mini bar restocked each day. Wifi good. Easy access to the town...not far to walk. No tv...which is a plus to relax and enjoy. There is a library! Full breakfasts were lovely...we had cooked every day..starting off with a large fresh fruit salad and yoghurt. Staff and management were friendly and helpful. We paid the bill and received a farewell gift. Thank you Satri House."tugu bali: "Can’t keep the secret"
"My wife and daughters spent a few days at the Tugu in 2015 and could not wait to return again, this time with me. They were right to be so positive. The hotel lives up to all expectations with lovely traditional Balinese style rooms with many novel and attractive features. The exclusive hotel garden provides direct access to the beach and uninterrupted views of the sea and the stunning sunsets. A very short walk along the beach leads to some friendly and pleasant beach bars serving a range of food and drinks. A good tip would be to plan a visit soon as the Canggu area is developing quite quickly as more people discover this lovely section of the west coast. Finally, a word about the staff at Tugu. A very special group of people who work very hard to ensure that the guests have a perfect stay. All in all a very high recommendation for those who do not want to stay in large and impersonal hotels in the more well known Bali tourist areas. "Le Du Wine Bar & Restaurant: "Light modern fusion"
We dined at Le Du in Feb 2017, a modern Thai gastro restaurant with a twist. We selected the four course menu with inventive, tasteful dishes where western textures are fusioned with Thai flavors. Examples are the river prawns with egg and chu-chee curry or the mango panna cotta with passion fruit and smoked coconut icecream. A decently prized wine list completes the gastro experience. The place is popular, thus crowded with poor acoustics i.e. too noisy for a normal conversation. I was told management is working on a solution.Maduzi Hotel: "Great hotel and very convenient location"
"Summary - great hotel, we were upgraded to a suite as booked through SLH, which was wonderful. Pros -Lovely hotel, suite was huge and bathroom was massive. -Very sleek minimalist decor. -Coffee machine, that made cappuccinos! -Snacks provided daily including drinks, chips, etc. A nice touch. We kept nipping into the nearby 7 11 for beers, water and additional stacks. -Great service. -Great breakfast, although this was only included due to SLH booking. If it is not included it is a little pricey. -Very convenient location to access the rail transport. -Loads and loads of restaurants within walking distance. Cons -We had constant issues with the toilet. It was one of those poorly designed American ones, which tend to block ridiculously easily. However, the staff were great about dealing with the issue on multiple occasions."
