This property is away from the town ,so u can really enjoy walking up hearing bird singing . I highly recommended nature lover and prefer quite and peace .NOEL RODRIGO’S LEOPARD SAFARIS: "Incredible Experience"
"We visited the Leopard Safari February 2015 while on a long overseas trip to SE Asia-- hence I am posting this a year later! It was a remarkable experience. The camp itself was a pleasure to stay in-the tents and beds comfortable and spotless--a remarkable feat given the rain and mud. We were travelling with a four year old who explored every path and the staff were marvelous help keeping her amused-they were genuine and attentive which we appreciated! The food was memorable and we felt completely catered to--my husband and I prefer food on the spicy side and the chefs certainly delivered! Now for the wildlife: we were extremely lucky--saw leopards every second time we went out (we went out a total of 5 or 6 times) so we would recommend staying at least two nights--we stayed three because we wanted to increase our chances of seeing leopards. In one encounter, we tracked a leopard as it moved around a large watering hole and the guide accurately predicted where it would emerge and you could actually see the animals reacting (giving their warning calls) to the hidden leopard as it moved around the small lake. It was like living a National Geographic episode! The guides are clearly leopard enthusiasts but the number of exotic (to us) birds, reptiles and small game they identified for us made each trip out an experience to remember. The icing on the cake was seeing young leopards playing together only about a car length away from us! The guide generously shared all his high res photos with us; our camp seemed to be in a prime location to access the park; our tour appeared more intimate than others we saw and our guides seemed to be highly respected by the other drivers (who shared tips and sightings freely with us). This really is a first class experience and we would and have recommended Noel's Leopard Safari to anyone travelling to Sri Lanka. "Satri House: "Wonderful"
This is a most elegant and beautiful hotel with lovely facilities- beautifully furnished - lovely swimming pool and other pools. Gardens a delight. It is in a lovely quiet area, tucked back from the road and only a 15 minute stroll into town.Villa Mathis: "Wonderful stay"
Our stay at La Villa Mathis was simply the best we did in Bali! The team is lovely, the room classy and cosy, the food is exquisite, the Spa is lovely and of course the four pools are just amazing !! The whole place is magical and so peaceful ! Thank you Sam for your great welcoming and your kindness :) We definitely recommend this hotel !Satri House: "Wonderful attention to detail"
From the moment you arrive you know you are somewhere very different. Every little detail is taken care of and the personal touch of the owner is everywhere. Satri House is absolutely stunning and we will be back!Rak Ko Jae Seoul: "Beautiful traditional house/inn in traditional Bukchon neighborhood – wonderful to stay and wander nearby"
"This beautiful traditional house (hanok) is set on a side street off Bukchonro road in the center of the Bukchon neighborhood. A convenient subway stop (Anguk Station) is about four blocks away. Rakkojae's four rooms surround a quiet courtyard. The are four rooms are lovely – each different. We had the smallest room, but it came with a lovely wooden porch overlooking the peaceful and beautiful courtyard. We sat on the porch to read in the morning and afternoons. We also had delicious breakfasts on the porch (we chose the delicious Korean breakfast, but Western is also available). You can arrange to have a Korean dinner served on the porch or in your room – we chose the Galbi dinner, which arrived with many small dishes (panchan) and chapchae (noodles) -- everything was delicious and beautiful. There is a small sauna tucked into the hanok – woven mats on the floor and patterns of cherry blossom trees on the walls. The manager Mr. Kim is friendly and helpful. He provided us with ideas and recommendations as we planned our explorations around the Bukchon neighborhood. We loved staying in the Bukchon neighborhood - fun, with a mix of old beautiful traditional buildings and cute and trendy clothing shops and coffee shops. Two palaces are close by (Gyeongbokong Palace and Changdeokgung Palace) as well as the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art and many art galleries (in Seochon neighborhood nearby). There are also small traditional handcraft workshops to visit. Because of the convenience of Anguk Subway Station and the efficiency of the Seoul subway we were easily able to use Bukchon as our base to explore all of Seoul. We were so happy with our choice to stay at Rakkojae and in the Bulchon neighborhood."David’s Kitchen: "Good food good Ambience"
A lovely surprise in Chiang Mai. Good food and service and a great night out. French cuisine served in a semi formal setting. Personal attention to detail is impressive.Rachamankha: "A perfect oasis in the city"
It is everything that all the positive reviews have been about. The perfect getaway for someone who needs a beautiful ambience, and oh so different from the cookie cutter chains with their flashy marble foyers and crystal chandeliers. Truly a boutique hotel. Small enough for personal service but large enough to provide all the comforts needed. A beautifully maintained garden, extremely tasteful. A credit to the owners who I gather live within the compound. Incidentally it is well located, within the old walled city. Highly recommended.Tugu Malang: "One of the World’s Great Hotels"
"It is rare to find a hotel where service is flawless in every detail: The Tugu Malang, one of the world's few truly great hotels, is such a place: The hotel is of such astonishing beauty and the staff are such nice hard-working people, anxious to please in every way, that the Tugu is in fact a destination in itself. If you have no other reason to stop in Malang, then do so to enjoy the extraordinary pleasures of the Tugu. The rooms are ravishing, each one with some element of art and designed thoughtfully for maximum comfort. Exotic fruits await you; the bed is turned down with a friendly note before you go to sleep. Want your shoes cleaned? They come back polished better than when they were new. Breakfast includes almost unlimited pleasures: the menu is vast and you can combine local and Western dishes. Everything is both artful and delicious and the restaurant setting is a work of art in itself. Afternoon tea is included, with an array of local delicacies, served with the ever-present Tugu charm. The hotel owner has built a world-class museum into the hotel. Seemingly endless antiques and art are fabulously displayed; and the best part is that the hotel supplies a brilliant and knowledgeable tour guide to take you round. My guide was Wahyu, who clearly loves the hotel and told me he takes considerable amounts of time to research the objects on display so as to give the best presentation. His tour was completely involving because of his intelligence and enthusiasm -- it felt like being a celebrity receiving a highly-privileged personal presentation from the head curator of a national museum! I do hope that management will recognize Wahyu's excellence and ensure his career development in both museum curating and management! Reception also has the best people: kind, knowledgeable, helpful. They can get you wherever you want in town and make any needed arrangements for you. If you'd like to visit Bromo I'd highly recommend taking the cross-desert route from Malang: it is highly scenic and also quite surreal in places. I did the trip the other way round by ojek (motorbike taxi), but you can also do it by jeep and the Tugu can make arrangements. The ability to take this mindbending route is reason enough to stay in Malang. But you don't even need that reason. The rare graciousness, fragrant beauty, opulence, detailed service and pure delight that exemplifies everything the Tugu stands for means that you should head for the Tugu if you are anywhere in the region for no other reason than to stay in one of the most fabulous five-star hotels in the world at a price for which you would get something only very ordinary in the USA or Europe. This is a best of the best, a treasure, a complete delight: don't miss the opportunity to stay there!"
