Rachamankha: "Destination: Another world"

Review by: JulzE | Source: Trip Advisor
This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. Architect designed as a labour of love. The inspiration for the buildings has been gleaned from chinese courtyard hotels, roman peristyles, palladian, and 20th century modern. The result - perfection. I immersed myself in the architect's thinking, enjoying an afternoon in the library surrounded by his architecture, art and design books, and enjoying a glass of brandy. Every angle and line in this small boutique complex is simple, harmonious and peaceful. The hotel is hidden behind a series of courtyards, taking you deeper into the private and serene inner sanctum of the hotel. The main courtyard has the rooms leading off either side and at the end, and looks like it may have been built 600 years ago. There is a central "longhouse" style open area where we enjoyed a glass of wine at the end of each day, lounging on the sofas and browsing the art books and the decorative displays. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and well appointed. Nice bathrooms, lovely furniture, modern TV and audio, and more art books :). The pool is beside the main courtyard and behind the library. This pool area is a little more modern, resort hotel in style, but still beautifully designed. The pool is bright and clear, and refreshing. A house at the end of the pool provide towels, and upstairs you can have a massage. There is a restaurant and a boutique at the front of the hotel. There are many cafes, restaurants, sights, and shops within walking distance, the hotel being not far from the wall and close to several temples. A tuk tuk will take you further if it is too far to walk. However, I really didn't want to leave.

The Island Lodge: "A Great Place for Weekend Getaway"

Review by: Kin S L | Source: Trip Advisor
"A very nice boutique resort, one hour drive from Ho Chi Minh City. Stayed one night at this remarkable resort for my family of four. Relaxed and enjoyed totally with the attentive service from all the staff. Restaurant offer good food and beverages with reasonable price. The sightseeing tour is sufficient and good for the kids to explore the locals in Mekong Delta. Only one negative comment is that the wifi connection in room was not stable throughout my stay at The Island Lodge. Highly recommended for a short trip stay (2 nights) away from the bustling of Ho Chi Minh City."

Neeleshwar Hermitage: "Idyllic stay"

Review by: Rachel R | Source: tripadvisor.com
The perfect place to relax for 2-3 days at the end of a holiday in India. Very comfortable and spacious bungalows set widely apart in landscaped grounds right next to the Arabian Sea. The sea was rough while we were there so we took advantage of the pool area instead, which was quiet and peaceful - some of the bungalows were unoccupied but I don't imagine the hotel is ever noisy/busy. This is a place to relax and unwind. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and we appreciated little touches like the leaving gifts and the postcard that arrived for my birthday 4 months later! Will definitely visit again one day.

Maduzi Hotel: "Truly the best ‘boutique style’ hotel in Bangkok"

Review by: PhillVM | Source: Trip Advisor
"The Maduzi never fails. Fantastically located just off Asoke & about 200 metres to the SkyTrain. The Maduzi is stylish, modern though at the same time it feels like you’re at home. The rooms are fantastic, large, the biggest beds you’ll find in Bangkok & lovely appointed bathrooms with amenities. The hotel has a good size restaurant which serves beautiful breakfasts & to say the most gorgeous bircher muesli I have ever had. So many hotels are alike but at the Maduzi, the staff really makes this place top-notch. They are always welcoming, friendly & always up for a chat. Undoubtedly, the best small hotel in Bangkok. Cannot wait to return!"

jing: "Old world charm in total comfort"

Review by: Claire C | Source: tripadvisor.com
"This is a lovely hotel in the historic city of Pingyao. The owner has spared no expense to create a comfortable hotel but you definitely know that you are in China. It is located in the center of the small town so it is convenient for sightseeing and walking. The staff was personally trained by the owner and they are always attentive. It is a very special place. Tugu Malang: "The most incredible place"

Review by: Blaqat | Source: Trip Advisor
"We stayed here for 1 night and had the best experience! The food was delicious, service was impeccable, the room was spacious, clean, beautiful! I had to attend a business dinner and the hotel had kindly assisted me with ironing and pressing my clothes at such short notice and on time. If you are after a 5 star authentic cultural experience in Malang, this hotel delivers it on point and more. Stayed March 2017, traveled on business"

Cheong Fatt Tze – Blue Mansion: "A really beautiful hotel"

Review by: ADix16 | Source: Trip Advisor
"The Blue Mansion is such a beautiful hotel. The history, decor and ambiance are so relaxing. The staff were very friendly and willing to help with anything. It's in a good location and they also lend you push bikes to go exploring on. There were so many thoughtful details eg in the presentation, room ""turn down"" with cake tin, and homemade jams and marmalades for breakfast. Fantastic. Room Tip: My room was on the supposed ""loud side"" but it didn't bother me. I could hear the kara..."

Samanea Beach Resort: "Girls Trip in Cambodia"

Review by: goadkimberly | Source: Trip Advisor
Beautiful, secluded resort. The hospitality and atmosphere is beyond expectations. We arrived in early afternoon to welcoming arms and were escorted to our villa. We enjoyed the delicious lunch and partook in 2 for 1 drinks at happy hour. When the bar tender discovered I preferred Bacardi Rum to what they offered, he went to a market and purchased it for my next drink! Unbelievable people! The servers gladly held our second round of drinks for after we returned from dinner. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and kind. The outdoor bath and shower were a perfect ending to serene and peaceful day.

It's hard to find old machines as of these days, if you wish to feel like travel back time, visit this hotel! I love our huge rooms just open your door and jump in to the pool! Thanks for the birthday present! Foods is fabulous, restaurant is very romantic for couples! Very serene and quite place. If you love nature here in Asia this is the best. And oh! "This is an awesome restaurant that has relocated to a beautiful facility near the old city. (50 baht Uber ride). A most enjoyable evening, one I wish we hadn’t missed during our visits to CM over the past 7 years. We will not make this mistake next year. Thank You David for a superb dining experience."
