JL Studio: "Superb meal and experience"
I really like this restaurant. It doesn't have too many tables, so it's not crowded. The kitchen is open to the customers - always a good sign. The staff are all good. The food, cooking, and experience, all superb. Not too expensive, although it is not cheap. The pork fat candles were excellent. Everything was excellent. Had a glass of very good wine. The wait staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. The chef came out to talk to us. We had a lovely time.Tugu Bali: "Good Service, feel Healing and Relax"

"The rooms are comfortable adaptations of traditional wooden houses, the lighting is a little dim but they are clean and comfortable, the grounds are green and beautiful. The pool is warm and welcoming. Free tea and real coffee are available on demand from the friendly helpful staff. Whatever you do make sure you get the set menu dinner four delightful courses (and if you are lucky an interesting and fragrant amuse bouche as a bonus) for just $12! We also really enjoyed a delicate duck soup for breakfast, though Continental (with eggs) and American alternatives are available if you want. Stayed here in a Rejang suite for four nights and loved every minute. This hotel is the pinnacle of Indonesian beauty, design and hospitality. All the furniture is antique yet comfortable, and there is a mysticism when entering the rooms. Echo Beach is right off the back of the hotel - a beautiful spot to relax, read, swim, watch surfers. I also appreciated that the hotel fumigates the rooms twice a week to help with the mosquitoes. :) Canggu is a great town to stay in if you're looking for peace and relaxation. It's away from the crowds further south but has more than enough life, shops, restaurants, etc. Borrowed a bike one day to explore the surrounding villages and rice patties. Stayed here on a friend's recommendation and would definitely return.Golden Buddha Beach Resort: "The Best"
"Just go! It's THE Best. I would suggest spending at least a week. We only got 4 days, and it wasn't enough. I can't wait to go back. The staff, food, and rooms were all wonderful. As far as Baans go, I'd recommend Baan Tamarind. It's location is awesome, and it's very private. Also if you like to snack get some from the mainland to bring. There isn't much snack wise, and it can get expensive to buy what snacks there are. "Anopura: "Weekend gateway"

"This is a relatively new hotel built in traditional Thai style. It is beautiful - everything about it is beautiful, the architecture, the furniture, the fittings, the ornaments, the swimming pool. Best of all is its location - easily accessible to the main temples in Chiang Mai and within walking distance of the main shopping streets. "This is one of my favorite places in the world. As soon as you wade ashore off the long tail boat that drops you off you know your somewhere special. It's a wonderful escape from work, city living and the world. There's nothing to do here but relax. A 10km long beach with pretty much no one on it and beautiful water. Small islands and mangrove swamps to explore by kayak. Beautiful beach homes to kick back in. The option of yoga in the morning and massage any time of day. "This little secret retreat is not easy to find... but the the cruise to access, the service at the property and the discovery around Mrauk U are exceptional. A truly unique destination. I recommend to take the cruise on Mrauk Oo Princess boat, as it is an experience in itself. The lunch on board and the views all the were surprising. The hotel has also a floating swimming pool in the middle of a lotus pond and about 20 bungalows in a vast garden. one suggestion: develop the river side, with a deck (maybe a lounge) to enjoy the river even more"
