Supanniga Luxury Bangkok River Cruises: "Amazing cruise with fabulous food"
We had an amazing dinner with very romantic atmosphere and a perfect service. We enjoyed the food and champagne a lot!MesaStila: "Flavour of true and sweet Indonesia"
High level place, perfectly managed, top level food, wonderful garden and atmosphere, a rare sample of kindness from all the staff. All the forniture of the place is really antique. The pool view on the forest is unique.Thank you Mesastila.Noel Rodrigo’s Leopard Safaris: "Family friendly, excellent safari and food"
"We stayed in the camp for two nights with our five year old son. They entertained him and the staff was very child friendly. They were professional in showing us the best of the wildlife. The native food was delicious, eating outside under the stars was fantastic. They are a professional team in wildlife and we felt safe travelling with them. It was a excellent experience and we could highly recommend it as family adventure. Our son still talks about this experience. As we also stayed two nights in Wilpattu he has difficulties to decide if Yala or Wilpattu was the best but would love to go back to both. (So do we)"Villa Song Saigon: "Top Boutique Hotel"
Our trip to Vietnam concluded with three nights at the Villa Song a delightful French Colonial Villa converted into a five star hotel situated next to the river. Everything about this hotel oozes class and the staff, food and accommodation were excellent. The hotel has its own motor launch which we took advantage of to visit the floating temple, a great experience and not to be missed, add to that the complementary shuttle service to the centre of Saigon, the free mini bar and breakfast availability at any time of the day and really I can't imagine there is a better place to stay if visiting SaigonVilla Song Saigon: "Great location"
Extremely well run hotel, the staff are outstanding. The riverside location is peaceful and stunning. Shuttle or boat to town if you want the bustle. Restaurant is good, but could do with less European dishes and more Vietnamese dishes. Breakfast is excellent, have the Pho.Inle Heritage Stilt Houses: "A total pleasure"
"My wife and I are delighted to add another 5 star review. Apart from the ever friendly staff what makes Inle Heritage so special is their attention to detail. The quality of all the furnishings and fittings, the roses on the pillows at bed time and bathroom facilities. As noted elsewhere the hotel is a non profit organisation, only 6 guest villas and run for the benefit of staff training. An excellent kitchen supplied from their own vegetable gardens. Service was very efficient and a pleasure to drink the local wines.at a reasonable price - imported wines being so expensive in the country. Our two day trips to Kakku and Sankar gave a further opportunity to see more of the lake environment and Buddhist culture. The highlight of our 2 week stay in Myanmar"David’s Kitchen: "Best experience in Chiang Mai"
We went to DK to celebrate our honeymoon... since the beginning the staff was very nice, they set us up a table for "honeymooners" with roses and a special card signed by David and his wife. The food was excellent!!!! Every single plate we ate. David arrived to our table and was very kind and friendly to us, we even took a picture with him!! His wife is very nice too. We highly recommend David's KitchenNeeleshwar Hermitage: "Holiday perfection"
"This is our second time visiting here and better than ever. The staff and rooms are amazing. The food is the best I have ever tasted and I love Indian food the stability of the Hotel from the manager to the gardeners is wonderful and doesn't change. Anyone who needs to unwind this is the place to do it if you love the beach and the sea you have it in abundance. Room Tip: Pay a little extra and have a sea view room so tranquil"Arumdalu: "Arumdalu Resort Belitong, Great and Awesome Place!!!!"
"Arumdalu Resort was opened on May 2014, I would say a doubt at first time during on the way to the Resort taking by the Hotel driver, when I ask the Driver how good the Resort is, such as a food, area etc etc, he always said Lumayan ( Not too bad ) :), keeping me curious whether he doesnt even know the place or something that would say... you see the facts..... When I get there, Wow... unbelieve, its a completely remote area facing the amazing white sand and blue blue clean beach!!!! They have huge Villa and great pool exactly infront of the Villa. Beside the great Service from the staffs, Beautiful and clean Resort..(...) We really had Great time there and highly recommended, I love to come back!!!"The Island Lodge: "Superb"
"I stayed at the Island Lodge with my wife and two young kids as my first hotel upon arrival in Vietnam, with the idea of using its relaxing environment to acclimatise to the weather and time zone. It fulfilled this brief perfectly. We were picked up at the airport in HCMC and transferred to the hotel which was just under 2 hours drive away. On arrival at the hotel we were treated with a refreshing drink and delicious canapés while we checked in. Michel had previously suggested pre-ordering a meal as we arrived around 9pm after travelling all day. This was a great idea and was a lovely start to our 3 night stay at this hotel, and was our first insight as to the thoughtfulness, service and high quality that was typical at this hotel. The food here was consistently excellent (as to be expected from Michel and Françoise who hail from France's gastronomy capital - Lyon) and was a highlight of our stay. The wine selection was also excellent and on reflection was great value for Vietnam. Breakfast was a treat to look forward to every morning, with the Eggs Benedict a particular favourite. Also, I was delighted to find that good european style coffee is served! The hotel itself is beautiful, and decorated with an Indochine theme. We stayed in a River View room, which was lovely with a nice comfortable balcony to sit on and watch the activity on the river, however the garden rooms also looked very nice and I would have been happy in either room type (FYI river room views are on first floor and so persons with mobility issues may prefer garden view room). The staff at the hotel are excellent - friendly, attentive and obviously well trained and professional in their service. The overall highly positive experience of our stay here allowed us to relax, get over our jet lag and energise us for a great holiday in Vietnam. The only negative about staying here as our first hotel in Vietnam is that we found ourselves comparing all subsequent hotel stays against this one, and they all fell short! For a stay in the Mekong Delta area I would absolutely recommend that you don't look any further than The Island Lodge."
