Sea Dance Resort: "Wonderful resort"
I have booked for three nights. The biggest problem this resort has is its location. Not the best one I would say. Being located in Choeng Mon, the taxi drivers will struggle finding it as it's not on the main road and the signage is unclear. The fun in Samui is in Chaweng and if you're not renting a bike you're being ripped off by taxi drivers to get there, unless you will share a baht bus/tuk tuk... The other minus for my stay was the weather. Unfortunately, almost forgot how the sun looks like during my stay.. too much rain and clouds.. and this stopped me from spending some time at the wonderful pool this resort has. The staff is incredibly nice and the food is good though expensive.. the decoration is amazing, the garden and nature is heaven... If I were to recommend it, I'd say it's for people who look for peace and quiet, couples and families. But you should definitely research the weather, it rains a lot in Samui!! From what I heard until October it's nice and you would definitely enjoy your stay at Sea Dance.. also I had an unexpected guests in the first night, a lizzard :)The Island Lodge: "Lovely rest at the end of our trip to Vietnam"
This was a great place to finish up our trip. Boutique hotel, lovely facilities, not busy, excellent restaurant. The staff were particularly good, so helpful and charming, We thoroughly enjoyed our last few days in this wonderful country,Inle Heritage Stilt Houses: "The best"
We stayed here for two nights and it was wonderful. The individual room is beautifully design and has their own little balcony. The food at the restaurant is excellent. The reception has a great library. It is good to know you are supporting the local community as well. One of the drawback is that given it is so ecofriendly, we kept hearing noises from various animal on our roof which disturb our sleep a little bit.VILLA SONG SAIGON: "Sanctuary by the Saigon River"
"This is an outstanding hotel. Beautifully refurbished former French colonial mansion with about 25 rooms. We stayed in a Sanctuary room on the top floor. High quality dining at tables beside the Saigon river. Rooms are beautifully decorated with every facility. Loved the TV that rotated 360. The hotel's own speedboat runs a shuttle service to the city centre. Staff excellent. Attention to detail (eg anti mossy spray on dining tables) My wife had a birthday while we were there. Bouquet of flowers and special cake unsolicited. "Noel Rodrigo’s Leopard Safaris: "Exceptional safari experience . Don’t think twice"
"The most amazing safari from start to finish. My husband and I stayed 2 nights at this wonderful campsite. Due to the experience of our main guide Dilanka and the team, we saw leopards, elephants, sloth bear, and many beautiful birds. We also met some fantastic people from other countries. The jeeps are really comfortable and looked much better than other companies we saw in the park. The food was exceptional and the facilities around the campsite certainly made this glamping. Our tents were cleaned a few times a day and we got to shower in hot water under the stars at night. Everyone looked after us so well and they are very professional, warm and the nicest people. This was a truly exceptional experience and I would highly recommend it. Thanks to Noel and his team for the amazing safari."MesaStila: "Peace and Silent"
I stayed on weekday and I impressed with service of the staff, the landscape, the view, the touch of luxury in this resort. this experience remind me of my childhood memories. for you who are looking for a place to escape from busy and noisy city life, mesa is a great place to be consider.Villa Song Saigon: "Elegance and class in a beautiful setting "
What a gorgeous hotel, dark wood floors, marble, elegant art work and that view....all make for one very chic launch pad from which to see Ho Chi Minh. We only had one night here but we will be back. The breakfast was lovely, the transfer was super luxurious and the bed was heavenly. Come here, chill out and watch the saigon river roll past with a cocktail... You won't regret itFlower Island: "Pristine paradise"
"We spent 2 nights at flower island resort and loved every minute! The corals surrounding the island are stunning and thriving with life. We saw a turtle on our first snorkelling just a few metres away from the beach. The visibility is great, around 20-25m and there is plenty of fish. Our cottage had a direct access onto the beach with a beautiful view (especially for sunset). The staff on the island is very friendly, they even prepared a last minute dance show for us on our last evening there. We also had the chance to visit one of the pearl farms nearby, a fascinating industry. This place is a true paradise, we did not want to leave. Thank you flower island resort for such an amazing time."Locavore: "The food were bold, well executed, well thought of,"
"Initially I was just curious about this restaurant in Ubud that people and media were talking about, and decided to give it a try. I went there for lunch and tried their 7 dishes (which turned out to be almost 14 dishes in total!). The food were bold, well executed, well thought of, and full of passion and love. It is as if they are not being humble at all, they are making a statement, what coming out from the kitchen is not just usual dishes we eat every day, it is extraordinary. I saw all chefs are busy in the kitchen, and they are quite mobile as they make time to go to our table and explain about each and every dish. I believe this is something we don’t see often in similar restaurant in Bali, maybe in Singapore or Hong Kong, but Bali? I dont think so. Service team looks impeccable, they dress up casual yet very neat and they are very professional too. When it comes to the price, a restaurant this caliber could have charged arms and legs, but this one surprisingly worth the whole experience (it was 850k++/pax ) Having had a great, memorable and satisfying lunch in Locavore, Ubud, it has set for me a high standard of a posh lunch should be, and by far the best lunch I ever had in such a long time. So, if you plan to try them, make a booking at least 3 weeks in advance, if you are lucky."SEEDS Restaurant & Lounge: "After dinner time.."
"Few weeks ago I tried the lunch set menu Of course so delicious and for a good value On day time we enjoyed this beautiful Inya lake view and peaceful ambiance The food was so tasty, well presented Service super Nice What Else ??!! seeds still to be the best restaurant in Town"
