Satri House: "Very nice hotel with Italian management"
"Has been one surplice for me to meet one Italian manager there I've meet him in phuket when I sleep In his hotel in Patong. The place is nice with a log of green and the staff a lot can speck English .the room are not small I can suggest to go there."Tugu Bali: "Amazing hotel, local feel in a very touristy zone"
Loved this hotel. The location is great, across the lawn you've got the beach, the pool is lovely, set in a magical garden. The hotel food is fantastic, highly recommend you take a cooking class, I loved it and learnt a lot. Our room was so romantic, the "open air" bathroom was an unique experience, even during monsoon season. The hotel history and decor are stunning and the whole experience, great staff, was really worthwhile.Tugu Malang: "Pleasant Surprise"
Spent Christmas and New Year at the Tugu and was not sure what to expect as the hotel was fully booked. However, we received excellent service from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. The staff remembered our names and made a genuine effort to make us feel welcome. Despite the size of the hotel it retains a boutique feel. The sheer quantity and quality of the antiques warrant visiting the hotel for the guided tour even if you're not resident. The complimentary afternoon tea is a great experience. The downside is, because it is popular, it gets busy and seats aren't always available. Great looking spa, never got to use it though. Will definitely stay again - off season next time though. The Apsara Rive Droite: "A gem in the jungle"
I don't usually write reviews but this is an exceptional one. A perfect & reasonable priced villa for a quick getaway and a relaxing laid back holiday...The manager, Mr Haan and the staffs are very hospitable and very dedicated to provide good service and assistance to ensure our stay is as comfortable and memorable one.Continental breakfast is excellent with fresh and warm croissants and good home made jam, and pretty table setting too...so lovely, ooh la la...All in all, we had a good time here and will come again soon...Villa Song: "Absolutely worth a stay! One of the nicest boutique hotels and great service."
From soup to nuts, the experience was superb! Greeted by a big smile and by name upon reaching the check in desk. They were prepared. The room is beautiful and clean. Refill of the complimentary mini bar each day was a great added bonus and not expected, plus it ensured you had fresh water in the room. The pool area and pool was lovely and inviting. I spent more time in and around the pool than I do in most locations. So relaxing! It was nice touring during the day and completely relaxing when at the hotel. Breakfast time could be chosen all day -- another absolutely amazing and much appreciated bonus to this hotel. Loved the food and the setting out by the river was so nice. In fact, I imagine the food was so good that they ran out of a couple things I really wanted to try on a couple of occasions. The boat ride into town was unique and let you experience the quiet outside of the center when at the hotel. The spa/massage was fabulous as well. In short, no complaints. Highly recommended. I would absolutely stay here again!!! Another bonus: the cream puffs at the turn down service one night were delicious!!Reverie Siam: "An experience to remember"
Reverie Siam will always be a very special place for my mother and I. As soon as we arrived we were transported, this place is so much more than a hotel. Every detail has been thought about, the staff were always one step ahead of us. A special thank you to Mr Sabastian for making each night so lovely, we thank you for your talent and experience. To Toffy for your humor and care, we looked forward to seeing you every morning. There is no doubt we will be back to visit you again and will recommend this oasis to all the special people in our lives. Thank you!Maison Polanka: "A Delight"
We stopped in Cambodia for five days on the way back to Australia from Europe. We wanted a few relaxing days in a warm climate to beat the jet lag and wind down from a busy family-oriented trip to the UK. Maison Polanka was everything we had hoped for from the friendly greeting at the airport from Sopharin, the beautiful compound, stylish and comfortable room and the fantastic staff, including Francis and Cathy . It really is a special place that comes to feel like it might be your very own! The food is wonderful, which can be unusual for in-house hotel kitchens, and we ate in several times as a result. Maison Polanka organised a full day temple tour for us with the delightful and knowledgeable guide Mr Kim Chour and our inimitable tuk tuk driver for the week, Mr Binthoun. Both were friendly and just great. All in all, it was a really good experience and a brilliant hotel - we hope to return ❤️ We would also like to give the Phare Circus a plug, a truly fun night out and a great cause!Maison Polanka: "Serenity Now!"
A beautiful setting with and Exceptionally attentive Staff. Excellent Food cooked to order from a small, but skilled Kitchen. Room & Shower were very nice. The rabbit likes Bananas. The grounds are lovely and the pool is perfect.Jing’s Residence: "Why did we stay only one night?"
"Actually, the answer to the question in the title of this review is that we didn't have more time to spend on holiday. Our greatest mistake was not having two nights at this lovely hotel. Imam at reception was kind and welcoming. He made us feel right at home. The room was gorgeous and the courtyards of the hotel are lovely. The hotel is so quiet - it was the best night sleep we had the whole holiday! The breakfast was off a menu and the choices were both Chinese and Western. And both of our choices were delicious. We also decided to eat dinner at the hotel. It was ""upscale"" pricewise, but the food was excellent and well presented. We also were able to try some of the local dishes which we would have missed out on if we were just wandering the streets. We would recommend this hotel to anyone - and we hope that one day we will find ourselves back in the Jing Residence.... "Flower Island: "Pristine paradise!"
"We spent 2 nights at flower island resort and loved every minute! The corals surrounding the island are stunning and thriving with life. We saw a turtle on our first snorkelling just a few metres away from the beach. The visibility is great, around 20-25m and there is plenty of fish. Our cottage had a direct access onto the beach with a beautiful view (especially for sunset). The staff on the island is very friendly, they even prepared a last minute dance show for us on our last evening there. We also had the chance to visit one of the pearl farms nearby, a fascinating industry. This place is a true paradise, we did not want to leave. Thank you flower island resort for such an amazing time."
