4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "Amazing ,seculded art of the world"

Review by: Jo T T | Source: Trip Advisor
"Unique part of our holiday - the team service, smiles and activities are exceptional The glam-tents accomdation provide a location that is remote and provides eceptional insight into a ruggedly beautiful art of Cambodia. We highly recommend a minimum night stay to breath in and be art of this secial environment - Cambodia has so much more to offer in terms of natural beauty and environment luxury and Uniqueness than Angor Wat"

Tugu Bali: "Paradise within Paradise"

Review by: Julie G | Source: Trip Advisor
"My husband and I were gifted an incredible trip to Bali. We stayed 4 nights at Hotel Tugu Bali and it was the best choice possible for lavish relaxation! We were treated like a king and queen from the moment we departed immigration. Picked up at the airport with refreshments waiting for the journey in to Canggu. The hotel staff were kind and gracious and attentive at every turn. Our room, Rejang suite, was amazing. Each night we were literally lulled to sleep with ocean sounds as we slept in a perfectly comfortable king size bed! Perfect for a relaxing rest for two tired teachers! We ate breakfast in our room and in the hotel lobby overlooking the beach. We walked in Canggu and enjoyed the shopping and some cool food. At night, we ate in the Amazing Japanese restaurant Ji - the food was heavenly and so good we kept coming back! We had a super cool cocktail and the kobe style beef was to die for! The restaurant is in the most amazing rebuilt temple over 300 years old. If you come to Bali, you have to come to Hotel Tugu and do not miss out on Restaurant Ji. The entire stay was relaxing. And on that note - book a massage because they are gifted in that area as well!! Thanks Hotel Tugu! We will be back and tell all our friends about our amazing stay with you! Room Tip: We stayed in a suite. Rejang! Definitely an excellent choice!"

Heritage Suites Hotel: "Perfect Place to Spend the Rest of My Life… If only I could."

Review by: BuryMeInVirginia | Source: Trip Advisor
My sister and I shared a bungalow suite and felt very much like queens. She's used to 5-star service, but I'm still a little awe-struck. The room was large with a sitting room, private outside area, and a large king sized bed, with a sturdy mattress and high quality bedding. The service was wonderful. While all of the staff were friendly and helpful, stand-outs for our stay were Sim and Sippa. They were both very attentive to our needs, and suggested things when we asked questions, and Sippa was able to find several options when we told her we wanted to see an Apsara dance. Breakfast is included and is delicious. The coffee was wonderful, the fruit ripe and tasty and the mini croissants and pain-au-chocolats crafted the French way. We ate at the restaurant for dinner once, and we all loved the food. I'm a vegetarian and the chef made sure I could eat eggs and added one to my rice and veggie dish. Tip- get the passion fruit sorbet. To Die For. The pool was lovely and we had drinks two afternoons in a row sitting by the pool. We also got massages while there- they are excellent for relaxing massages but if you're going in for some kind of sports, technical, injury related massage, my advice is to wait for your regular masseuse and enjoy their relaxing massages, which are very good. We had a wonderful time and hope to return one day. The return flight about killed me, but this place is worth another visit.

Noel Rodrigo’s Leopard Safaris: "Absolute magic. Just go"

Review by: Will H | Source: Trip Advisor
"If you are considering a trip to Sri Lanka, this has to be on your list. We spent a week travelling all over the country but our single night at Noel's camp in Yala summed it up - the welcoming and charismatic people and the pride in the land and its nature. We arrived just after midday and were met by Danu - who was to be our guide for the trip - in full safari regalia in his 4x4. We were already laughing at animal stories as we bounced down the track to the campsite - which has a special entrance to the park which beats the crowds we'd heard about. On arrival there was cold juice, beers and space to chill out before our first game drive. We'd booked normal tents but they were beautifully equipped, totally private and immaculately clean. An outdoor, screened shower as well as charging for phones topped it off - luxury for the middle of a national park! Over the course of our two game drives we were lucky to sight birds, wild pigs, water buffalo, crocodiles and of course - a beautiful lone elephant at sunset and a leopard at sunrise. Danu knew the right spots to take us to catch a glimpse, chose always to work with the local wardens on drives, and had a network of spotters on the radio to get us to the scene of sightings. Racing along the track, holding onto the truck with one hand and the binoculars with the other, laughing all the way was pure excitement. We would recommend anyone going to Sri Lanka to consider a safari a must. But don't go cheap - it's easy to drive around the park and spot no major game, or get stuck in traffic through the normal entrances, if you pick the wrong company and guide. Danu and all the guys at Noel's - Dilanke and the others - had a spirit of adventure and commitment to conservationism that was contagious. The park and animals of Yala are in good hands with these boys - and you will be too! You MUST do this."

Reverie Siam Pai: "Upscale resort in the mid of Pai valley!"

Review by: Nathantran | Source: Trip Advisor
Upon arriving at the resort after a long and exhausted journey from Chiangmai, I found a germ in the hill country town of Pai. Unassuming but luxurious, the resort was truly a rare find in this remote area of Thailand. Its garden with well maintained and manicured green "maze" lead to the pool and bungalows. Room was large with a spacious bathroom with beautiful 19th century style bathtub. From the room's balcony, you can have view of surrounding mountains and the beautiful landscape of the whole resort. Staffs were friendly and helpful. However, the most impressive thing about this resort was its opened air restaurant. The foods and service were outstanding, especially its pizza and Italian dishes-no less authentic and delicious than the same dishes in Rome or New York! We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. The resort was about 10 min ride by the complimentary electric cart provided by the resort and only 2 minutes from the best spa in Pai.

Tugu Bali: "4 day get away"

Review by: Lonely_Thinker | Source: Trip Advisor
Very surprising when approached from the road- one would not expect the interior or reception that you are greeted with - the antiques / pictures / statues dotted around are quite fascinating - the staff are more than willing to enlighten you on the history and ethos of the owner.

The River Resort: "Sérénité, luxe & gentillesse"

Review by: Tintinsansmilou_sa | Source: Trip Advisor

Maison Polanka: "Small Paradise"

Review by: Carsten R | Source: Trip Advisor
"Maison Polanka is the most pleasant hotel we have ever stayed at. It is a well-hidden green and peaceful haven in Siem Reap, away from the buzzing markets, nightlife and crowds of backpackers. Maison Polanka is a perfect place to relax before or after visiting the temples. It is a small hotel with only four rooms and the wonderful Khmer house, where we stayed. The most important asset of Maison Polanka is the staff. The manager, Julia, and the entire staff are friendly, attentive and discreet. They make you feel at home, as a valued guest, and not just a customer. The service level can compete with any five star hotel. Maison Polanka is expensive compared with other hotels in Cambodia, but was worth every cent. If we ever get the chance to visit Siem Reap again, we will definitely stay at Maison Polanka again."

Discover Muang La | Visit Laos | Luxury & Boutique Hotel: "Good food, clean, comfortable and tranquil"

Review by: asclepios | Source: Trip Advisor
Spa water fills the hot water tubs, in which you can relax before supper. The setting is by a stunning river, with farmers working the fields. The food was of a high standard. The rooms large and comfortable. Ours had a veranda overlooking the spa pools by the river in which the local villagers come to bathe. Very polite and attentive staff. It is worth doing the day trip to see the local hill villages. They have few western visitors and are fascinating and friendly.
