The Cabochon Hotel: "Hidden Treasure in the heart of Sukhumvit"

Review by: Peter S | Source: Trip Advisor
Cabochon is hidden inside Soi 45. Once you reach there, it has a real peaceful and charming feel. The decor is exquisite with very fine attention to detail. They have a lovely bar and also a very tasty Northern style Thai restaurant. It is a definite place to visit for food, drinks or a relaxing night. I will definitely be back here! Until next time...

David’s Kitchen: "Outstanding food and outstanding service"

Review by: Bruce B | Source: Trip Advisor
My wife and I ate dinner at David’s kitchen and found both the food and service to be world-class. The fois gra was exceptional and my duck with orange sauce was perfect. Both the quality of the ingredients and it’s preparation made the meal memorable. The presence and attention of David was fairly unique given the size of the establishment. I would unconditionally recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves French food.

Neeleshwar Hermitage: "Relax in luxury"

Review by: a visitor from ireland | Source: Trip Advisor
"From the moment you enter this resort you start to relax. The resort is well designed so you feel very secluded from other guests. We had a seaview room which was very comfortable. It was spacious and had a nice sit out area which was shaded at all times. The pool is magical with great views over the sea. We stayed for 4 nights and for most of the time we were the only guests as it was the start of the season. I started each day with the yoga, the instructor Anil is excellent and he was patient with this beginner. The food is very good, no western food on the main menu but they did offer to create some for us - but we couldn't resist the local dishes. The do have indian beer and wine but no cocktails or spirits. The staff were very attentive and we were looked after very well. The spa is an oasis of calm and I recommend trying some treatments, the therapists were great. The beach was lovely to walk along, easily accessible from the resort. It's not a private beach so we met some very friendly locals. I only left the resort once, for a short cycle on one of the hotel bikes which was fun. I'd love to return here and could easily stay for a week. Total relaxation in this beautiful oasis of calm."

SEEDS Restaurant & Lounge: "Superb dining in lovely location with tastefully decorated restaurant."

Review by: lynn s | Source: Trip Advisor
We wanted to have a memorable meal on our last night after three years in Yangon, we were not disappointed. As soon as you arrive you enjoy the calm and sophistocated atmosphere, the restaurant is beautifully decorated with the table ware items in gold and whire all made in Myanmar, just wish i could find out where. The service is pleasantly attentive without being intrusive, the food is devine we opted for a set menu which was presented well and tasted fantastic. The garden owner chef and his wife add a personal touch and speak to every guest, they are charming hosts. Superb restaurant for fine and friendly fine dining. We were able to enjoy the garden and lake view it will be superb in the dry season.

Cheong Fatt Tze – Blue Mansion: "Nice Place, Friendly Guide"

Review by: Salsabila Putri P | Source: Trip Advisor
Aside from the unexpectedly historical building and the long tale of Cheong Fatt Tze and his family, the guide who told us the story was also amazing. Talking enthusiastically about history for almost 2 hours straight mustn't easy. On top of that, she's super friendly and willing to answer every visitors' questions.

Flower Island: "Your own Island Paradise"

Review by: DA P | Source: Trip Advisor
"You will really feel you own the Island, serene, quiet, and picturesque, you will really have a perfect time here to soul search, perfect also for a romantic honeymoon! No hassle, food, transfers and tours can be arranged by the resort management. Plus! There is a lovely dog in the resort named Amber that will greet you as soon as you dock in the island!"

Glenburn Tea Estate: "What a stunning place"

Review by: Jonathan F | Source: Trip Advisor
"After a bad experience in one of the ""top"" hotels in Darjeeling itself, we came to the Glenburn a night earlier than we had planned. As soon as we arrived and got a very warm welcome from Alex we knew we would like it here. Our room was spotless and beautifully decorated in a colonial style. After settling into our room tea and cake was brought down to us (another major plus as far as we are concerned). The staff were fantastic. Dinner was very civilised and the food was great. A 2.5hr trek down to the river was another highlight...it's quite a trek but we had a great guide and upon arrival one of the team was waiting with cool towels and a drink. We then had G&Ts and a delicious lunch served by the river bank. Magical. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back."

Rachamankha: "Well design secret hotel"

Review by: beico | Source: Trip Advisor
Very good place to relaxing. Nice swimming pool, kindness staff, and well design environment. Full of ancient boutiques furniture in the hotel. A nice place to make you feel peaceful. Superior room is small/simple. Although the electronic device in the room is old, I will still recommend this hotel, because of it's really beautiful.

Slow Villas and Spa: "Just perfect!"

Review by: julian_koe | Source: Trip Advisor
"On our 3 weeks roundtrip through Bali and Lombok my girlfriend and me have stayed 3 nights at Slow Private Pool Villas and it was supposed to be the highlight of our trip. To shorten the story: The Slow was even better than expected! Our private villa was surrounded by a huge and nicely planted garden. The pool was just awesome - perfectly clean and bigger than expected. Furniture, tapware and decoration were beautiful and definitely chosen with a huge amount of passion for the details. The staff was always friendly and helpful - no matter if we wanted to go diving, book a snorkeling trip or had some other questions: there's nothing they can't help you with in order to have the perfect time at Gili Air. The breakfast is definitely another highlight. It's getting served at your Villa at your preferred time and tastes delicious! We can't wait to come back next year! But then for longer than 3 nights. :)"

Satri House: "High-end colonial feeling!"

Review by: Tgvienna | Source: Trip Advisor
Colonial feeling like in a private Villa. The lovingly furnished interior, the pool, the complete architecture is marvellous, just like the home made-jam,, the Croissants and the Baguette at breakfast.
