Rachamankha: "A Jewel of Tranquility"

Review by: pjandd300 | Source: Trip Advisor
What a lovely architectural masterpiece, making a simple but classy and tranquil base during our visit to Chiang Mai. Beatiful rooms, lovely swimming pool, fabulous event dining room and bar. The buildings and the grounds combine together to give charming and interesting views of well considered artifacts and decoration. Teak doors and furniture within plain white walls. Ceiling fans in open areas and AC in the lovely rooms. Great en-suite.

Tugu Bali: "Hidden gem in Canggu"

Review by: Shawn W | Source: Trip Advisor
Hotel Tugu is a magical place, with an amazing location and fantastic decor / atmosphere. This is the perfect place for couples looking for a few days of quiet and calm. We enjoyed a moonlit dinner at Tugu's beachfront garden and also had a fun cooking class with Daisy! Highly recommend making Tugu a part of your Bali trip!

Talabgaon Castle: "Unreal Experience"

Review by: A TripAdvisor Member | Source: Trip Advisor
"My wife and I recently visited this resort on our trip from San Francisco and could not have been happier with our stay. It is a beautiful property and the staff could not have been more hospitable. The grounds were beautifully maintained, the rooms were gorgeous and comfortable, and the food was fantastic. We stopped here for a night in between Agra and Jaipur. It is in the countryside so it is a very tranquil and peaceful setting when compared to the city. We were treated like royalty at this 200+ year old castle that was recently restored to this beautiful resort. The resort sits on 100 acres with expansive lawns, a pool, gardens, and a polo field. It is a perfect place to spend a night or two to unwind and get way from the hustle and bustle of India. 5+ stars across the board. Stayed February 2017, traveled as a couple"

Supanniga Home: "Nice stay in Khon Kaen"

Review by: Asian_Traveler_1980 | Source: Trip Advisor
We had the Velu Villa. It is a nice modern villa of 2 rooms. The garden of the Supanniga is very nice with a lot of squirrels (so nice) but too many mosquitoes (less nice)...the staff were friendly and breakfast good. We will go back there certainly.

Chakrabongse Villas & Residences: "Hospitality and Location"

Review by: Ling S | Source: Trip Advisor
Exceptional location and warm hospitality. Our family of four booked one of the river suites and one of the garden rooms for 4 days over Christmas. First off, the property is a gem in the heart of the historic area. It makes it very easy to walk to many of the top sites, take the ferry, see the flower and medicine markets and more. Secondly, both Atom and Ohm and their warmth made the stay exceptional. They provided so much historical and local knowledge that was pure gold. Thirdly, the owner, the third generation from one of the last kings, was in town, and she kindly sent around champagne for Christmas. A nice touch. And finally, the river view for dinner and breakfast was lovely. This is a true oasis in the heart of Bangkok. Skip the soulless hotel and experience a Thai boutique villa. Thank you again, Atom and Ohm!

Le Du Wine Bar & Restaurant: "Excellent Modern Thai"

Review by: Kwan_Nyom | Source: Trip Advisor
Tucked away a little the restaurant is in a side street in the bottom floor of an apartment building. Friendly staffed showed us in and made sure we got the menu's with 3 choices, A la carte, a fixed price 4 course menu choosing from the menu or the 6 course tasting menu. We choose the 6 course menu and enjoyed the journey through some amazing Thai dishes that had some modern touches or tastes. Each course allowed you to enjoy the Thai flavours but with a twist or addition. One of the best 'Thai' meals I have eaten. So an excellent range of dishes, friendly service and a nice comfortable ambiance to wrap up an amazing meal.

Rice & Zen Boutique Resort: "Ideal place to rest"

Review by: Alanstours | Source: Trip Advisor
"I have thought long and hard about this place and in truth would have given a 4.5 rating, it deserves more than a 4 but not quite a 5 for me. It has been mentioned e resort is remote, this is a bonus and a hinderance depending on the length of your stay. Here more than a week and you may feel a bit trapped, a few days and an idyllic escape. There is a restaurant near the main entrance, face 7/11, turn left and walk about 120m and it is next to a Korean restaurant. Never got there ourselves but a chef on holiday went and highly recommended it. We took a taxi into Chongmon for an evening away. It must be said the food, accommodation, service and staff are very good and worth staying to eat, but it is more expensive. Just outside the hotel are a couple of taxi/travel shops. We used one for taxiing to Fishermans Village one evening and a mornings trip round the Island and found them good value. Another hotel resident had issues with them on car hire, so go carefully. We had a sea view room with pool, well worth the extra for us when you want some privacy. You also have the hotel pool and beach nearby if you want to be sociable. Beach is OK and shared with the Outrigger Hotel next door. Some rocks to snorkel round and can be a bit rough, but that's nature and varies. On Sunday afternoons a live band, quiet good, and Wednesdays an evening where guests get a few nibbles and drinks. Pay the owner is often around and a pleasant host. Faith is resident hotel liaison and good for sorting anything you need from local tips, hotel issues or advice where to visit Not far from ferry to Ko Tao and Koh Penang and also close to airport but flights do not disturb hotel. Well worth a visit and hope to return. Room Tip: All with pool were good"

The Island Lodge: "One Night Not Enough"

Review by: Neil E | Source: Trip Advisor
We stayed here as part of our Les Rives two day Mekong Delta tour and couldn't have been happier. It was on an island in the middle of the Mekong and the setting was wonderful and relaxing. We were met by Michel, the owner, and his wife and were informed we were the only guests that night, which meant the staff were all ours! We relaxed by the pool and had a wonderful dinner in the restaurant, with a very affordable bottle of French wine. Our room had a wonderful view of the Mekong and was fitted out with quality fittings, including a lovely four poster. The whole hotel is full of hand picked vintage items from the region and this adds to it's charm. All in all a great stay but be warned one night won't be enough in this beautiful resort. Thanks Michel.

The Apsara Rive Droite: "Start and end your day with a boat ride, what could be better"

Review by: PHWalker | Source: Trip advisor
Stayed here with friends for a business meeting and leisure trip last September. What a find! Perfectly located a short boat ride (1 minute) across the Nam Khan river from old town Luang Prabang with river views from the rooms, this is a really charming property offering all you need for a great Luang Prabang stay. By the way, it is owned by the owner of The Apsara (a hotel/restaurant) which is on the opposite side of the river and has just the best dining for authentic, and delicious Luang Prabang cuisine...not to be missed! I cannot fault my stay at the Apsara Rive Droite. The room was a highlight - big airy rooms tastefully and purposefully decorated (loved the coffee percolator with local fresh ground coffee), big balcony to sit and enjoy the peaceful river scene below, and super comfortable big bed (a lot of bigs there for a boutique hotel!...who says size isn't everything, you cannot beat a nice spacious room and bathroom). But the top highlight for me at Rive Droite was the staff, from the owner to the boatman (yes the Rive Droite boat is on call at all times and just part of the service for their guests) warm, friendly and always ready with a tip on how to get the best from your stay from recommending me a bicycle ride to sourcing some Luang Prabang sausage for me to take home, it really was like staying amongst friends. I have to say, there really cannot be a better way to start and end any day than a slow boat ride across a lazy river...
