Start the journey driving from the airport to Kota Kinabalu jetty for a boat ride to this tropical hideaway, which is one of the five islands of Tunku Abdul Rahman Park. Staying at your Hillside Villa facing the sea, explore the island from a pristine rainforest, beautiful white sand beaches, ocean kayaking and diving to see the protected coral reef. There is a selection of diving courses available to become certified for non-certified divers. For snorkeling, enjoy a wide selection of sites including right in front of your chalet where the reefs lie in shallow water. Make your way from Manukan Island by boat back to Kinabalu Jetty and drive to Poring, which is known for its hot springs. Located 400 metres above sea level in a lowland forest with large rainforest trees, unwind amongst the property’s lush greenery and cleanse your mind and body with the healing water infused with variable minerals. Explore more around the retreat including a butterfly farm, orchid garden, bird-watching spots, and a breathtaking treetop walk on a 43-metre-tall canopy walkway.

 
 
Leave Poring Hot Spring and drive to Kinabalu Park located 1,585 metres above sea level at the highest point between the Himalayas and New Guinea.
