Dewakan: "Amazing culinary experience"
We have such lovely dining experience there and feel really proud to have such good quality fine dining in Malaysia. We love how they tweaked the local ingredients in every single dish they served even for the cake we separately ordered for our friend (we were there for birthday celebration). The cake was so beautifully presented and the birthday girl was very happy and satisfied with the cake (jackfruit with creamcheese) and of course the entire dinner.muang la: "A real Gem"
"We stayed three days and two nights in this slice of paradise. The setting is terrific and the service and attention to detail was even better. The fusion of French and Lao cuisine was sensational and the presentation a delight for the eye. The staff to a person clearly has been well trained and look for opportunities to please. We happen to be visiting a day after my birthday and of course they surprised us with an evening of lighting candle lanterns to send off good blessings into the clear evening sky. Truly a place to revisit and restore. Bravo on all fronts. "Supanniga Eating Room: "fantastic"
Still cocktails! Great list... great taste! Wonderful dining experience. Nice dishes from all over Thailand. We loved everything. Nice and relaxed evening. Great memories!Tugu Bali: "The Best Holiday Experience"
Amazing experience, location and service. Highly recommend for anyone looking to truly experience a relaxed and friendly environment. We were able to relax and rest in this amazing hotel! The staff offer exceptional service and have excellent attention to every detail, we will return and holiday here again. Thank you!Rachamankha: "Lovely setting, great service, amazing food"
"Me and my fiance spent two nights here and it was great. The staff was wonderful, very attentive and happy to help with anything you need. The setting was beautiful and felt authentically Thai, my only complaint would be that the shower was very utilitarian, just a head and in a stucco rectangular room which made leg shaving difficult. Also, there were some small bugs in the shower. Though the shower did add to the authenticity of the hotel. But the real highlight here was the food. When we first arrived we ordered a ton and each dish was more delish than the last, the menu has Thai, Indian, European, and American options so were not expecting it to be particularly good because the menu was so diverse but every thing was presented beautifully and was gourmet. There were also an impressive number of vegetarian options and a vegetarian portion of the menu. Skip the spa. There are much cheaper options and the service was unremarkable. Rachamankha is Thai serenity at it finest."Labyrinth: "Substantial improvement and deserving of a star"
This is our second visit and our 125th starred fine dining restaurant. The innovation of the food, presentation and quantity has improved(you now get an umbrella with the crab!) and it is truly deserving of it's starNeeleshwar Hermitage: "A perfect resort in an ideal location – worth every minute of the journey to get there"
We have just returned from our trip to Kerala and Mumbai and have to say that this was one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in. Our room was delightful, simple but to a very high standard with perfect attention to detail - sitting on our cottage verandah looking out onto the sea was amazing and very tranquil and relaxing - the cottages are designed so that we had privacy and never felt overlooked. The outdoor bathroom was luxurious and simple. Staying at this hotel was the most wonderful experience ever and I can't wait to return. The Hermitage has a peacful ambience - it is eco tourism at its finest - I particularly loved the fact there were no plastic bottles to be found on the resort! The food was superb, the swimming pool out of this world - and the staff were lovely and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. A perfect place to spend some time relaxing and being at one with nature.Noel Rodrigo’s Leopard Safaris: "A Wonderful Wildlife Safari ro remember forever"
"We were a big family comprising 3 generations, mostly inexperienced campers plus one passionate elephant keeper/ animal conservationist,,and we arrived to a warm welcome which included delicious cold drinks and towels. Very welcome after a long drive from Ella .Right from the start of my research into a safari into Yala NP over a year ago, I had a special feeling that this safari was going to be a huge highlight of our big family trip to Sri Lanka. Wonderful pre trip communication with Sophie and Noel, and then we met Sajit, Praneeth , Damien and the rest of the wonderful team. Our great, comfortable tents ( I could even use the outdoor shower at first go ), delicious, varied food. We had 3 picky children, a 15 yr old vegan and all the rest, and we loved ALL the food. Great get togethers in the communal areas, with those G&Ts and Tiger beer. What can I say about the fantastic expertise of Sajit and his team. We learnt about animal alarm calls, Sajit provided us with a priceless example of using them to spot a glorious leopard in the fading dusk light. Of course when you go on safari you hope to see the prized animals, and we sure did, but we also learnt about the expertise and experience required to locate these majestic creatures. We also loved the colourful birds, mongoose, jackals , peacocks and the stunning varied landscapes. 2 dawn safaris, 2 dusk safaris, a bear, elephants, numerous deer, families of monkeys, and miraculously a few sightings of leopards. An experience of a lifetime, We Thank you All from the bottom of our hearts, A true highlight of our trip, and we hope to return and have recommended you to family and friends. Kind Regards from Jennifer, Juris and family. Room Tip: The best safari tents, great beds and very adequate amenities."Reverie Siam: "A wonderful escape"
We stayed 2 nights in the family villa and absolutely loved it. The thought and style put into the room was obvious from the cool little pieces or art to the location of plenty of power points and towel racks. Staff was fantastic and the included breakfast far exceeded our expectations. Also the little things, like a cell phone for our use while in town and the free shuttle service from the property to town were greatly appreciated and showed us a new level of customer service. We stayed during low season so the rate was very reasonable, if you can afford it, the value for money here is as good as I've ever had!Labyrinth: "Wonderful and Playful interpretation of Singaporen cuisine"
Restaurant Labyrinth has successfully took interpretation of Singaporean cuisine to the next level.
