Rachamankha: "Best of Chiang Mai"
I've stayed frequently in Chiang Mai, and this place is gem. Peaceful, quaint, friendly. A real oasis of calm and serenity. Great restaurant - for breakfast and for dinner. Lovely pool. Old world charm. Excellent service. No drama, and an escape from the hustle and bustle.Misool Eco Resort: "Umweltfreundliche, entlegene Taucherlodge in paradiesischer Umgebung"
Stayed January 2017, traveled as a couple"4 Rivers Floating Lodge: "Fabulous Eco-chic"
"Magical stay at 4Rivers floating lodge at Tatai river. The eco resort is beautiful and lovely settings. The private tends are well appointed, with air conditioning and toilet. Although, during the night the electricity went down a couple times. Take the waterfall tour with picnic and go and enjoy a pure natural environment. The resort is located in the middle of a private natural reserve , 6h from Phnom Penh and 5h to sihanoukvillle. The place is truly magical and if you want a real peaceful experience to relax from daily stress, this is the place to go. Restaurant menu limited but very good. The wifi exists but it's limited. There's also DVD and books available to guests. You could swim and jump from your tend directly to the river. Water is mixed (fresh and salt) and it's secure (no crocs) although it's impressive to swim without seeing the bottom. There's only 6 tends on each side, with magnificent jungle view which gives you a sense of peace and tranquility. Our 2 days stay was memorable and magical. We are a family with teens and they loved this resort. Stayed April 2017, traveled with family"Reverie Siam Pai: "Wonderful 2 night stay"
We had an amazing stay here, highly recommended from the lovely mountain view room to the lovely breakfasts and dinners. The staff were so friendly and welcoming I would not hesitate to recommend this resort.SEEDS Restaurant & Lounge: "must visit when in yangon"
My husband and me went for dinner to this amazing restaurant which is so lovingly handled by the chef and his wife. The food is amazing, service top notch and the place itself is so beautiful. I would recommend this over Le planteaur anyday. The food here is tastier and better value for price. They serve a starter plate and salads, tasting desert plate. Attention to details is amazing. Must not miss this when in Yangon.Tandjung Sari: "A Lovely Place to Stay"
"The Tandjung Sari at first glance may appear to have been eclipsed by other flashier new hotels along the Sanur Beach. However it is all the things this hotel doesn't tell you on its web page which make it so special. The fantastic collection of Indonesian antiques that adorn this pretty hotel, the attentive staff, the amazing food from the kitchen and the sheer peace and calm would be hard to find anywhere else. The bar is manned by a pair of enthusiastic, fun loving mixologists who are constantly devising new drinks for the guests full of natural fruits (none of your nasty sugar based cordials). The breakfast choices were the finest we had ever had staying anywhere and so generous that you don't want to eat midday. Add to this the gentle patronage of the arts by the hotel's benevolent and kindly managers, which allows local children to practice their traditional dances within one of the bales and to perform for guests and you have a perfect, well priced vacation. This is a vision of old Bali. We will definitely be back. "Tugu Bali: "Bali at its best"
"You are surrounded by fabulous art and exquisite architecture and that Balinese attention to every detail... Tugu is pricey but is a worthwhile splurge. The vibe is very colonial era, and the charm is for REAL (but, the wifi works fine too). When we needed proper Balinese formal attire to attend a religious ceremony (Melasti) on the beach, the staff lovingly suited us up in style... Tugu rocks it: Service ✔ Spa✔ Restaurant ✔ Beach ✔ Performances✔ The most beautiful room and bath tub ever✔ This is the real thing folks, this is what you come to Bali for. "NOEL RODRIGO’S LEOPARD SAFARIS: "Excellent safari experience in Yala National Park"
"We loved every moment of our time with Sajit, Praneeth and the boys at Leopard Safaris in Yala National Park. We stayed for 3 nights in March 2016 and would definately go back. Luxury camping at its best with one of the most comfortable beds throughout our stay in Sri Lanka, our own flushing loo and warm water shower. The food was excellent and plenty of it (it was great to have explanations on the local cuisine, it's ingredients and how to eat like the locals). The game drives were of course a highlight and our guides worked very hard to ensure we got the most from our experience - each safari was unique and it was nice to be able to explore different sections of the park. We appreciated each and every aspect of our time with Leopard Safaris and would absolutely recommend this company to anyone thinking about a stay in Yala. "Tugu Lombok: "Paradise!"
Where do I start?! Our greeting on arrival was kind and sincere. We had a tour of the complex by the manager, who pointed out everything you needed to know. While unpacking, we received fresh coconut water which we could see being chopped down just outside our bungalow. The rooms were lovely, with a grand outdoor bathtub and a large open shower. The grounds were stunning, and everyone who worked there were incredibly friendly. The hotel has two beautiful pools, it's right on the beach and they do private day tours to the Gili islands which I would highly recommend. The breakfasts are to die for, and a good hour every morning was spent enjoying and trying everything on the menu (over the 4 days of course) which was no mean feat as the menu was huge and catered for everyone. There is also a gym which you can create a decent work out in. We enjoyed an amazing couples massage by the beach, followed by champagne and dinner under the stars. It was a truly unforgettable experience and I would really love to return one day. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff for making our stay!satrin house: "Great service, beautiful grounds, wonderful experience"
"We stayed for 3 nights and were very pleased with the helpful and friendly staff. Our room was large and comfortable and the food excellent. The Hotel is within walking distance of the night market. We highly recommend Satri House. "
