Satri House: "Peaceful oasis in Luang Prabang"

Review by: nmc2409 | Source: Trip Advisor
"Recently spent 4 nights at the Satri House and can't say enough good things about this place. Where to begin: 1. Property is gorgeous. Because few rooms, we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. And the pool is set in a magical setting 2. Rooms our spacious and very clean 3. Free access to bikes and loved riding into town everyday 4. Great breakfast 5. Lovely staff. Helped us organize tours in Luang Prabang. Must go to waterfall and Mekong river cruise. Both highlights"

Sandat Glamping Tents: "Serene start to honeymoon"

Review by: alice h | Source: Trip Advisor
"We spent the first three nights of our honeymoon here and it was perfect. From the moment we arrived to our personal tent with the plunge pool filled with petals, to the beautiful candles lit to guide your way to dinner and the incredible food! It is very much off grid, and of course there are the occasional jungle sounds and a few lizards to keep you company, but that is what makes it such an unusual place. We have glamped in other parts of the world and this definitely had the edge on luxury, and the least bugs!! The site is nestled unobtrusively among rice fields and feels very blended wth the local area. Although slightly out of the hustle and bustle of ubud, the free shuttle is excellent and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Thank you for a lovely Stay!"

Heritage Suites Hotel: "Gorgeous hotel"

Review by: Hayley L | Source: Trip Advisor
We had a great stay at the Heritage. Our room (which was upgraded) was really spacious open plan with a huge bed and bath. It was really peaceful and a nice retreat after busy day visiting temples. The staff were helpful and polite. The pool was nice a cool and great sun loungers to relax on. Only downside was the hotel did not have everything from the menu. Highly recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again when next in Siem Reap.

Les Maisons d’Itac: "Great place to stay"

Review by: MrsFanke | Source: tripadvisor.com
We really enjoyed staying at this resort. We slept at Maison Ulysse and I really enjoyed the interior and . The resort has a lot of details and it very well looked after. It is hard to communicate with the staff as they hardly speak any English. But Bryan (the manager) is most of the time present to help and give you tipps. Due to the fact that this resort is very small, it has a familiar atmosphere which we enjoyed. We also felt very safe, never looked our hut

Nimmu House: "Un pur moment de bonheur"

Review by: Duchalard | Source: Trip Advisor

Tugu Bali: "Wow hidden Jem in Canggu"

Review by: Lynne E | Source: Trip Advisor
A must check out for excellent service & food combined with traditional architecture “As good as it gets !” . We found this hotel in Canggu Bali 18mths ago and returned to re visit this fabulous hotel. Sumptuous decor of the traditional Balinese type. Idyllic garden pool area just by the beach . A haven of tranquility and delight in the hustle & bustle on Canggu. Nothing is too much trouble. Check out their Balinese Dance Evening Thursday’s .... will be back !

Nam Bo Boutique Hotel: "Quaint hotel in a great location"

Review by: jdmcg47 | Source: Trip Advisor
"On arrival we were invited to sit down & enjoy a welcome drink & snacks whilst checking in. We were then taken to our suite, which was unexpectedly spacious with a separate lounge/dining room & lovely hardwood floors throughout. Blossoms on the bed were another nice touch. However, the highlight of this hotel is the restaurant on the roof, which provides top quality food together with fabulous views of the promenade & Mekong. The breakfasts are exceptional with trays of pastries & fruit, freshly squeezed juices, yogurt & hot food cooked to order. We were there for dinner on Christmas Eve & Santa visited the restaurant & gave us all very nice presents. This was another unexpected treat. All of the staff were friendly & helpful and the service throughout our stay was of the highest quality. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel."

The Island Lodge: "Perfect"

Review by: Gakeitse | Source: Trip Advisor
"We spent a few wonderful days here after a cruise on the Mekong. We received a warm welcome and brilliant service throughout. We took full advantage of the infinity pool and it was a great place to lounge and read beside. We cycled around the island and noticed that lots of weddings were being celebrated. Our stay coincided with New Years eve and we hugely enjoyed the special dinner served. Don't forget to ask the owner to tell you the story about the Opium related artefacts!"

Mie Cafe: "Good menu well executed"

Review by: Mebent | Source: Trip Advisor
"Left our group for dinner here with my wife. Was not disappointed. Simple but very pleasant atmosphere. Very good service. A well thought out menu with interesting takes on Khmer cuisine. A great take on beef carpaccio, wonderful snake head fish ceviche, outstanding huge langoustinos in curry over sweet potato purée. The krill raviolis were were milder than expected, but well prepared. Great ice cream and sorbet. A coconut milk panna cotta with black rice and mango sorbet was wonderful. A little more expensive than other places, but worth it."

Le Du Wine Bar & Restaurant: "Awesome fine dining in Bangkok"

Review by: eddiewfong | Source: Trip Advisor
"I managed to get a reservation here during a recent business trip to Bangkok. The restaurant was also incredibly accommodating to my schedule as I wasn't sure when I was going to land and get through the airport so I booked it for late, but they were willing to let me arrive earlier than my reservation. The restaurant is small and intimate though the tables were quite spread out so one could still have some privacy during dinner. Most of the patrons though were foreigners though one thai couple did come in during the night. The chef could be seen working closely with his team in the back and more often than not, would also come out to the serving area where another crew of 3-4 chefs would finalize the various dishes. Lots of people would ask to take pictures with the young chef (next time I will as well). I had their four course menu as I wasn't feeling super hungry and I was happy. I wouldn't have been able to eat the full chef tasting menu (six courses which a near by table ordered). I ordered a white and then a red glass of wine and again it was perfect for me. In the end, I was completely stuffed and very impressed with the quality of the food. It was a mix of thai mixed with western style preparation that just blew me away. I would come back here next time I am in Bangkok. One interesting note, I originally thought my server was from the US as she had what appeared to be a strong American accent, but it turned out that she had studied at a local international school which I guess were taught by American professors."
